PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN SETS PADA KETERAMPILAN MENULIS CERITA DONGENG BAGI GURU PAUD ANANDA DESA MARGOYOSO KECAMATAN KALINYAMATAN KABUPATEN JEPARA

ABSTRAKKegiatan Menulis Cerita Dongeng merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan guru PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) untuk memperkenalkan nilai-nilai moral bagi siswa sejak dini. Cerita dongeng juga cara yang ampuh untuk mempermudah mereka memahami akan informasi yang diperoleh. Dalam kegiatan mengisahkan cerita dongeng, maka perlu diadakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif terhadap pembelajaran Menulis Cerita Dongeng bagi guru PAUD di Sekolah PAUD ANANDA Desa Margoyoso Kecamatan Kalinyamatan Kabupaten Jepara. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan penerapan pendekatan SETS pada keterampilan menulis dongeng bagi guru PAUD ANANDA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini dilakukan melalui tahap observasi dan penerapan pendekatan SETS pada keterampilan Menulis Cerita Dongeng bagi guru PAUD ANANDA. Para guru PAUD ANANDA menyatakan bahwa penerapan pendekatan SETS dapat membantu mereka dalam menulis dongeng. Dalam pembuatan cerita dongeng, para guru PAUD ANANDA menjadi mudah untuk menulis cerita dongeng. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa naskah cerita dongeng ditulis guru telah memenuhi unsur science yang berkaitan dengan ilmu pengetahuan, environtment yaitu memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar, technology yang visualisasi cerita digambarkan dengan memanfaatkan teknolgi komputer dan internet, serta society yaitu isi cerita dongeng membawa dampak kepada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai dalam kemasyarakatan. Kata Kunci: SETS, menulis cerita dongeng, guru PAUD ANANDA Margoyoso Kalinyamatan Jepara. ABSTRACTStory writing activity is a form of PAUD (Early Childhood Education) teacher activities to introduce moral values to students from an early age. Fairy tales are also a great way to make it easier for them to understand the information they get. In the activity of telling fairy tales, it is necessary to hold more interesting and interactive learning about writing fairy tales for early childhood teachers at ANANDA PAUD School, Margoyoso Village, Kalinyamatan, Jepara Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the SETS approach to story writing skills for ANANDA PAUD teachers. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. This qualitative descriptive study was carried out through the observation stage and the application of the SETS approach to writing fairy tale skills for ANANDA PAUD teachers. ANANDA PAUD teachers stated that implementing the SETS approach could help them write fairy tales. In making fairy tales, ANANDA PAUD teachers find it easy to write fairy tales. It can be seen that the fairy tale script written by the teacher has fulfilled the elements of science related to science, environment, namely utilizing the surrounding environment, technology that visualizes the story depicted by utilizing computer and internet technology, and society, namely the contents of fairy tales have an impact on the community concerned with values in society.. Keywords: SETS, writing fairy tales, PAUD teacher ANANDA Margoyoso Kalinyamatan Jepara

Tinjauan Hukum Pidana Terhadap Penangkapan Ananda Badudu Sebagai Penggalang Donasi (Crowdfunding)

This study aims to examine the criminal law provisions governing the arrest of Ananda Badudu as a crowdfunding-based fundraiser, as well as the criminal law defenses for Ananda Badudu as a crowdfunding-based fundraiser. The novelty of this study is to analyze the legal protection of the Anand Badudu case as a fundraiser on student protest in 2019. This study was conducted utilizing a normative legal approach. The result of this research are: The arrest of Ananda Badudu by the police was an arbitrary act as it was not in accordance with the provision contained therein The Code of Criminal Procedure as well as the Chief of Police Regulation that has resulted in a violation of human rights. That act alone is considered arbitrary and Ananda Badudu must get legal protection in accordance with the laws and regulations. One of the grounds why legal protection must be pledged is to create legal certainty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai ketentuan hukum pidana tentang penangkapan Ananda Badudu sebagai penggalang donasi berbasis crowdfunding dan mengkaji tentang perlindungan hukum pidana terhadap Ananda Badudu sebagai penggalangan donasi berbasis crowdfunding. Kebaharuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum kasus Ananda Badudu sebagai fundraiser dalam kegiatan crowdfunding pada aksi mahasiswa tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Penangkapan yang dilakukan oleh polisi terhadap Ananda Badudu tidak sesuai dengan prosedur yang sudah diatur di dalam undang-undang baik di dalam KUHAP maupun Perkapolri, sehingga menyebabkan suatu pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dan merupakan perbuatan sewenang-wenang serta Ananda Badudu harus mendapatkan perlindungan hukum sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Salah satu alasan mengapa perlindungan hukum harus diberikan ialah agar menciptakan suatu kepastian hukum.  

IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM LAYANAN ANANDA SEHAT DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KOTA SUKABUMI

The Children’s Birth Certificate Service through Online Immediately, Easily and Quickly or called Ananda Sehat Service is a form of online service operated by means of an application with the purpose of making the community easier, faster and happier for obtaining birth certificate. The research was aimed at finding out the implementation of the Ananda Sehat Service program at the Population and Civil Registration Department of Sukabumi City. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The techniques of collecting data conducted included observation, interview and documentation. The research applied the three dimensions of program implementation from Charles O Jones. The results indicate that the implementation of the Ananda Sehat Service program at the Population and Civil Registration Department of Sukabumi City is considered to be still less optimal because the application of Ananda Sehat Service often experiences bugs during accessing its services; the information about the existence of Ananda Sehat Service has not evenly been distributed to the society; and, there is no clarity regarding Standard Operating Procedures and schedule for system maintenance of the Ananda Sehat Service

Studi Kasus: Penggunaan Intervensi Token Ekonomi Untuk Menurunkan Perilaku Agresif Pada Anak Usia Dini

Metode modifikasi token ekonomi yang digunakan dapat menurunkan perilaku agresif ananda, hal itu dikuatkan oleh keluarga dan guru saat mengadakan follow up. Guru kelas mengungkapkan bahwa annada berkurang perilaku mencubit, memukul temanya dan kadangkala ananda sudah dapat berbagi dengan teman-temannya di sekolah. Comparison of the Effect of Quality of Nursing Work Life Dimensions on Turnover Intention in Private Hospitals and Government Hospitals

This study aims to analyze the effect of the dimensions of quality nursing of work life on turnover intention in RSIA Ananda and RSKD Mother and Children Pertiwi. This type of research is a quantitative research using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study were nurses who worked at RSIA Ananda as many as 72 nurses who were representatives of private hospital nurses and nurses who worked at RSKD Mother and Children Pertiwi as many as 70 nurses who were representatives of government hospital nurses. The results showed that there was no statistically significant effect of worklife/homelife dimension on turnover intention at RSIA Ananda (p=0.239) and RSKDIA Pertiwi (p=0.055), there was no statistically significant effect of work design dimension on turnover intention at RSIA Ananda. (p=0,260) and RSKDIA Pertiwi (p=1,000), there was no statistically significant effect of work context dimension on turnover intention at RSIA Ananda (p=0,093) and RSKDIA Pertiwi (p=1,000), there was a statistically significant effect work world dimension on turnover intention at RSIA Ananda (p = 0.016) and there is no statistically significant effect of work world dimension on turnover intention at RSKDIA Pertiwi (p = 0.684), and work world dimension variables that have an influence on turnover intention at RSIA Ananda (p=0.047). It is suggested to the hospital management to review the situation of the nurse's work environment in order to improve the quality of her work life and commitment to the organization in the hospital and to pay more attention to the fulfillment of the nurse's personal needs

Penelitian ini berisi tentang Perlakuan Akuntansi atas Aset Tetap Terhadap Laporan Keuangan. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui apakah Yayasan Ananda Prima Indonesia sudah melakukan standar perlakuan akuntansi keuangan yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriftip, yaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan kepala bagian di Yayasan Ananda Prima Indonesia, metode ini memperoleh fakta mengenai kebijakan perlakuan akuntansi atas aset tetap berwujud dengan cara mengamati dan menganalisa suatu masalah objek penelitian yang terjadi pada suatu tempat penelitian terhadap kesesuaian yang ada mulai dari pencatatan sampai dengan menyajikan laporan keuangan kemudian menarik kesimpulan yang diteliti dengan judul perlakuan akuntansi atas aset tetap terhadap laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjalankan kegiatan akuntansi yayasan ananda prima indonesia sudah melakukan dengan baik menurut PSAK No. 16 hanya saja dalam penyajian laporan aset belum sesuai dengan draf PSAK 16.
