    实施大规模定制需要综合考虑企业内外的影响因素.首先分析了产品、模块的批量和品种与MC实施模式之间的关系,并根据定制化程度提出了三种不同MC实施类型.讨论了模块化方法以及模块划分层次规模对产品开发过程中供-需关系的影响,并给出了企业实施MC过程中供应商选择的基本过程.最后结合几种典型产品分析、讨论了三种定制程度模式下的产品模块化实施以及供应商选择的基本特征和方法,为企业根据自身情况选择合适的MC模式提供了借鉴.It is necessary for enterprises implementing MC to take synthetical consideration to the effects of external and internal factors.The relationships between the variety and volume of product and module and the implementing pattern of MC are analyzed.According to the degree of customization,three MC implementing patterns are proposed.The impact of the pattern of modularity and identification level of modules on the customer-supply relationship is discussed.Then the process of supplier selection in MC is proposed.Finally,the methods of product modularity and supplier selection based on the three patterns of MC are discussed,a reference is provided for enterprise to choose the suitable pattern of MC.国家自然科学基金(70402013)资

    选择合适的供应商并根据企业产品开发的需求确定其合适的参与时机和参与程度,是跨企业产品协同开发中供应商选择的关键问题。产品结构特征、企业资源和供应商资源的分类及其之间的关系是影响供应商参与时机和参与程度的重要因素。基于此,给出产品创新程度、零部件以及所需参与供应商的定义,提出基于“之”字映射的产品/供应商定义模型和算法。在综合考虑物料供应和新产品开发的基础上,从供应商满足和超越客户需求能力、参与开发风险及可信度四个方面定义了满意度、柔性度、风险度和信任度指标模型,并提出供应商选择的过程模型和方法。给出客车新产品研发过程中的供应商评估和选择的实例。It has been found that selecting proper participator to involve effectively in product development process at right time and to right extent is vital to the success of product collabora- tive development. The characteristics of product structure and the classification of resources and suppliers, and the relation between them are regarded as the main factors affecting the time and degree of supplier involvement. The definition of the degree of product innovation, the classification of components and involving suppliers are proposed. In order to find the rela- tion between different types of components and involving sup- pliers, a mapping model and a design algorithm that describe the zigzag mapping process between product domain, decision domain and supplier domain are given. Considering the re- quirements of material supply chain and new product develop- ment, an index model including satisfaction, flexibility, venture and confidence indices for measuring the extent to which both the customer requirements and supplier capabilities match or mismatch is presented. The supplier’s evaluation process and algorithm are proposed subsequently. During the procedure of product development, choosing the optimum strategy of parts' external-cooperation system, or taking the enterprise itself as excellent parts/components supplier is getting to a trend.     在企业实施大规模定制过程中,模块化被认为是一个特别重要的影响因素,它与企业产品结构体系、产品开发过程和供应商等资源的组织模式具有密切关系。分析了互换/共享、混合、总线以及组合等模块化模式的特点及其对外协活动的影响,然后从定制化程度角度给出了上述几种模块化模式的演变图谱。分析了大规模定制与产品、模块品种、批量和客户订单分离点的关系,并根据产品批量/品种比例关系和不同的客户订单分离点定义了深度和浅度两种产品定制化模式。然后结合汽车、液压机、机床和家电等产品,分别讨论了两类大规模定制情况下应采用的模块化方式以及供应商选择和合作模式。最后分析了模块层次规模与供应商资源规划及外协规划决策之间的关系,并给出了面向资源规划的企业大规模定制实施的过程。Modularity has been recognized as a vital factor to implement mass customization, it has strong relation with product architecture, product development process and supply chains. The characteristics of different types of modularity (i.e. component swapping/sharing modularity, fit-to-cut/bus modularity and component combination modularity) and their impacts on component sourcing are analyzed. An evolution diagram is presented to illustrate how the level of customization affects the type of modularity. Furthermore, the relationships among the customer order discoupling point, the variety and volume of product and module, and the level of mass customization are discussed. Then, according to different ratios of product volume to product variety, two types of product customization are defined , namely, the high and the low degree of customization. Based on cases study of automobile, hydraulic press, machine tool and domestic appliance, the proper type of modularity and corresponding component sourcing strategy in different conditions of customization are summarized.     简要回顾了二氧化碳深海倾废设想提出的背景及其理论依据,阐述了实施二氧化碳深海倾废的可行性,着重讨论了CO2在深海的水合化过程以及最新的现场实验结果。分析了CO2海洋倾废对深海环境和生态系统的潜在影响。在与其他二氧化碳倾废方式进行比较的基础上,对今后的发展进行了展望。The greenhouse effect and climate change is being accelerated by the increased levels of carbon dioxide emission into the atmosphere, due to the combustion of fossil fuels. These phenomena are of world-wide environmental concern. A variety of schemes and hypotheses have been proposed to sequestrate carbon dioxide and to mitigate such increases. The deep ocean disposal of CO2 is one of these such hypothesis. This paper briefly reviews the origin and the theoretical basis of the idea on the deep ocean disposal CO2. The feasibility of carrying out this form of CO2 disposal is explored, with an emphasis on the hydration process of CO2 in the deep ocean and the newest in situ experiment results. The possible effects of the deep ocean carbon dioxide disposal on the environment and deep ocean ecosystem are analyzed.
