企业间协作日益紧密,已成为企业核心竞争能力的一种体现,在产品开发过程中选择最佳的零部件外协方式,或使自身成为优秀的零部件供应商,已成为一种趋势。产品协同开发链技术为企业实施产品协同开发提供了一个有效平台和方法。给出了产品协同开发链的定义、特点,并结合制造企业产品研发特点,提出了基于平台理论的产品协同开发链实施框架。The cooperation among enterprises is closer, and become a reflection of the enterprise's core competitive power. During the procedure of product development, choosing the optimum strategy of parts' external-cooperation system, or taking the enterprise itself as excellent parts/components supplier is getting to a trend. Collaborative product development chains (CPDC) provides an effective platform and method to this product development pattern. The definition and characteristics of the collaborative product development chains (CPDC) are given.
