Research on suppliers involvement into the new product development process

Abstract

供应商在新产品开发项目中的有效集成,改善了项目效能(产品成本和质量)和项目效率(开发成本和时间);但是,供应商在新产品开发过程中的参与,也带来很多问题,增加了管理的难度和复杂度。在文献综述和调研分析的基础上,对供应商早期参与产品研发过程中的优点和出现的问题进行系统分析,提出根据企业产品特点规划、组织和管理供应商参与产品研发的过程和模式框架。Effective integration of suppliers into new product development can improve project effectiveness(product costs and quality)and project efficiency(development costs and time);but suppliers involvement in new product development introduced many problems as increased the difficulties and complexities of management.Through the literature review and investigation analysis,made a systems analysis of advantages and disadvantages of early supplier involvement in new product development process,and then according to the customer′s product characteristic the process and model frame about programming,organizing and managing suppliers involvement is proposed.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70402013
