    圆组填充算法驱动的平面马赛克模拟

    为了生成不规则嵌片排列紧凑的马赛克图案,提出一种基于圆组排列的平面马赛克模拟方法.首先借助嵌片多边形的直骨架得到一组逼近嵌片轮廓的圆;然后以圆半径的平方为权值,在平面上生成关于圆组的Power图,使每组圆各自对应一个Power区域;最后采用松弛法,将圆组在其对应Power区域内尽可能增长到最大.通过不断迭代生成Power图和放大圆组,最后得到嵌片紧凑排列的结果.实验结果表明,该方法得到的马赛克图案有较高的覆盖率,能适应不同嵌片,具有较强的鲁棒性和灵活性.国家自然科学基金(61472332);;福建省自然科学基金(2018J01104);;中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金(20720150002

    Efficacy and safety of buprenorphine transdermal patches in relieving moderate to severe chronic pain

    目的观察丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂治疗中重度慢性疼痛的疗效和安全性。方法收集2015年10月至2016年3月在我院骨科门诊确诊为中重度慢性疼痛患者68例,给予丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂进行止痛治疗,初始剂量5 mg,qw,根据疼痛情况调整剂量至无痛或基本无痛状态。对每位患者随访1个月,分别评估患者治疗前后疼痛强度、镇痛效果、生活质量、用药依从性,同时监测药物不良反应。结果治疗前、后患者疼痛数字评分分别为(5.90±1.05)分和(1.35±0.75)分,P〈0.05;疼痛总缓解率为91.18%;治疗后SF-36生活质量量表(中文版)8个方面维度分数和用药依从性均较治疗前显著提高(P〈0.05);药物不良反应发生率为8.82%。结论丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂具有镇痛稳定、作用持久、不良反应轻、用药依从性高等特点,可倡导应用于中重度慢性疼痛的治疗。AIM To observe the efficacy and safety of buprenorphine transdermal patches in relieving moderate to severe chronic pain. METHODS From October 2015 to March 2016,a total of 68 patients with moderate to severe chronic pain in orthopaedics clinic in our hospital were treated with buprenorphine transdermal patches,used with an initial dose of 5 mg qw and adjusted dose until pain disappeared. After one-month follow-up,the patients with moderate to severe chronic pain were respectively evaluated and pain relief,quality of life,medication compliance and adverse drug reactions were compared. RESULTS At pre-therapy and post-treatment,the scores of NRS( numerical rating scale) of the patients were( 5. 90 ± 1. 05) and( 1. 35 ± 0. 75) respectively,P 〈0. 05.There was significant difference befor and after treatment in pain relief,life quality and medication compliance( P 〈0. 05). The total remission rate in pain was 91. 18%. It was 8. 82% in incidence rate of adverse drug reactions. CONCLUSION Buprenorphine transdermal patches have the characteristics of stable analgesia,long duration of effect,less adverse drug reactions and higher compliance,and can be advocated for in the treatment of moderate to severe chronic pain

    101例门诊中晚期癌痛患者疼痛治疗效果分析

    目的从疼痛治疗角度,探讨影响门诊中晚期癌痛患者疼痛治疗的可能因素,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用随访调查法,对本院2016年12月~2017年5月间,持有门诊麻醉药品取用特殊病历的中晚期癌痛患者101例,进行2周以上的阿片类药物止痛治疗随访,收集疼痛治疗指标,比较不同年龄、性别、肿瘤部位使用阿片类药物的疗效、剂量及不良反应。结果本研究,不同年龄段间,50~59岁患病人数所占的比例最高,60~69岁吗啡日均剂量达到最大值;不同年龄段,癌痛治疗的效果及剂量比较,差异无统计学意义;男性组NRS评分值,疼痛缓解程度值和吗啡日均剂量均略高于女性组;不同肿瘤部位间癌痛治疗的效果及剂量比较差异无统计学意义;≥60岁组恶心、呕吐和便秘发生率均高于<60岁组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),男性组ADR发生率高于女性组,差别均无统计学意义。结论在癌痛治疗中,性别、年龄、肿瘤部位是临床使用阿片类药物时需要考虑的因素

    Automatic image annotation refinement based on keyword co-occurrence and WordNet

    图像自动标注是模式识别与计算机视觉等领域中的重要问题。针对现有图像自动标注模型普遍受到语义鸿沟问题的影响,提出了基于关键词同现的图像自动标注改善方法,该方法利用数据集中标注词间的关联性来改善图像自动标注的结果。此外,针对上述方法不能反映更广义的人的知识以及易受数据库规模影响等问题,提出了基于语义相似的图像自动标注改善方法,通过引入具有大量词汇、包含了人知识的结构化电子词典WOrdnET来计算词汇间的关系并改善图像自动标注结果。实验结果表明,提出的两个图像自动标注改善方法在各项评价指标上相比以往模型均有所提高。Image automatic annotation is a significant and challenging problem in pattern recognition and computer vision areas.At present,most existing image annotation models are influenced by semantic gap problem.This paper proposed a new image automatic annotation refinement method based on co-occurrence to overcome above problem,which used the correlations between keywords in dataset to improve image annotation result.However,above method did not reflect the generalized knowledge of people and easy influenced by the size of dataset.Aiming at above problem,it proposed a new image automatic annotation refinement method based on semantic similarity to overcome above problem.This method used semantic dictionary WordNet to calculate the correlations between keywords and improve the image annotation results.Experimental results conduct on Corel 5K datasets verify the effectiveness of proposed image annotation method.The proposed automatic image annotation model improves the annotation results on all evaluation methods.国家自然科学基金资助项目(60873179;60803078;10871221);高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金资助项目(20090121110032

    Distribution pattern of PAHs in Jiulong River Estuary by both measurement and simulation

    于2011年12月(冬季)在厦门九龙江河口及西港采集9个表层海水水样,采用固相萃取—气质联用方法(SPE-GC-MS)分析其中16种多环芳烃含量。研究结果表明,总溶解态态∑PAH含量为157.9~858.0 ng/L。在河口区,随着盐度升高,PAHs含量逐渐降低。基于比值法分析,表明厦门九龙江及西港海域海水中的PAHs来源存在多种途径,呈现混合来源的态势。利用LEVEL III逸度模型研究菲,芘和苯并(a)芘在各介质间的分布以及水——气界面的交换通量。模拟结果与本文实测和文献中的实测值相吻合。在16℃时,三种多环芳烃的大气沉降通量分别为17.38,7.86和8.38μg/day/m2。其中菲在大气沉降中占主导地位,约三分之二。三种多环芳烃的大气沉降通量均随温度升高而减少。当温度高于32℃时,苯并(a)芘开始从水体释放。The concentration of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs) of nine water samples,collected in the Jiulong River Estuary in December,2011,were analyzed using the SPE-GC-MS method. The results showed that the concentration range of total dissolved PAHs( ΣPAHs) was from 157. 9 to 858. 0 ng / L. The horizontal distribution illustrated that the concentration of ΣPAHs decreased as salinity increased. Based on ratio analysis,PAHs have complicated sources. A Level III fugacity model was developed to simulate the multimedia fate of PAHs and to study the air-water exchange fluxes of three PAHs( phenanthrene,pyrene,benzo[a]pyrene) in the Jiulong River Estuary. The calculated concentration of PAHs was similar to that measured in this study or reported in earlier literature. At 16℃,the net atmosphere deposition fluxes of these PAHs were 17. 38,7. 86 and 8. 38 μg / day / m2. Phenanthrene was predominant in the atmospheric deposition. The net atmospheric deposition fluxes of these PAHs all decreased with tem-perature.     Study on the risk factors for intrauterine infection of hepatitis B virus among pregnant women

    目的探讨厦门市孕妇乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染情况和HBV宫内感染的影响因素。方法在1; 064名孕妇第一次到医院建立孕产妇保健卡时进行问卷调查并检测其血清乙肝标志物,根据检测结果选择外周血乙型肝炎表面抗原(hepatitis B; surface antigen,HBsAg)阳性的产妇179例随访至其分娩,并采集其分娩时的脐血和胎盘组织。对脐血进行HBsAg和HBV; DNA的检测,对胎盘组织进行HBsAg的检测。采用chi~2检验和非条件Logistic回归分析相关因素与HBV宫内感染的关系。结果被调查的1; 064名孕妇中,HBsAg阳性的孕妇共179名,感染率为16.8%。对179名HBsAg阳性的孕妇的脐血进行检测发现,发生HBV宫内感染的孕妇共; 34名,感染率为19.0%。孕妇HBV宫内感染的危险因素为胎盘HBsAg阳性、孕妇血清乙型肝炎E抗原(hepatitis B e; antigen,HBeAg)阳性、孕前超重,OR分别为5.123(95% CI:1.422 ~ 18.413)、4.619(95%; CI:1.225 ~ 17.534)、 3.343(95% CI:1.233 ~; 9.092)。结论对于HBsAg和HBeAg双阳性的超重/肥胖孕妇,其新生儿可能发生HBV宫内感染,应加强自身防护措施,合理规避HBV宫内感染风; 险。Objective To investigate the prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV); infection in pregnant women and the risk factors for Intrauterine; infection of HBV among pregnant women in Xiamen. Methods Total 1 064; pregnant women were included in this study. A questionnaire was; performed to collect the general information of the subjects and HBV; infection status was tested on the first day when they came to the; hospital. Then HBsAg positive pregnant women were selected and followed; until delivery. We collected their cord blood and placenta tissue when; they delivery. HBsAg and HBV DNA in cord blood and HBsAg in placental; tissue were detected. Chi-square test and the non-conditional Logistic; regression analysis were conducted to investigate the correlation; between HBV intrauterine infection and risk factors. Results 179 out of; the 1 064 pregnant women were HBsAg positive. The infection rate was; 16.8%. 34 out of 179 HBsAg positive pregnant women were found; intrauterine transmission with a rate of 19.0%. The risk factors for the; occurrence of HBV intrauterine transmission were placenta HBsAg positive; (OR = 5.123, 95% CI:1.422-18.413),mothers with hepatitis B e; antigen(HBeAg) positive (OR = 4.619, 95% CI:1.225-17.534) and; overweight(OR = 3.343, 95% CI:1.233-9.092), respectively. Conclusions; Placenta HBsAg positive,mothers with HBeAg positive and overweight are; independent risk factors for the occurrence of HBV intrauterine; transmission.国家自然科学基金; 厦门市科技计划项

    A miniature UHF band circuitous tag antenna

    为了减小标签天线的尺寸,增大射频识别的距离,设计了基于折合振子的弯折天线结构,调节天线的结构参数使得其满足高Q的指标来提高芯片输入口的电压,增大作用距离.通过调整微带宽度和弯折结构的间距,使芯片输入阻抗和天线的输入阻抗达到共轭匹配.通过软件HfSS仿真分析天线的性能,得到67 MMx33 MM的弯折天线结构,制作在厚度为3 MM的fr-4 PCb介质基板上并进行了测试,反射系数小于-25 db,电压驻波比小于1.2,工作带宽达到了28 MHz以上.仿真和实验结果表明,天线性能达到了较好的结果,能够满足标签天线的应用要求.In order to decrease the dimension of tag antenna and increase the distance of RFID,design the circuitous tag antenna structure based on folded dipole and adjusts the structure parameter to achieve high Q characteristic,which can increase the input voltage of tag chip and operating distance.With the propose of conjugate matching for the input impedance of tag chip the input impedance of tag antenna,people adjust microstrip width and to adjust circuitous structure spacing between.Using HFSS software to analyse the performance of tag antenna,get the 67 mm×33 mm circuitous tag antenna structure,which is manufactured on the FR-4 PCB medium substrate of 3 mm thickness and tested.The testing result shows that S(1,1)<-25 dB,VSWR<1.2 and the bandwidth is above 28 MHz.The simulation and experimental result shows the performance of tag antenna is acceptable,which can be used in any spot.国家自然科学基金资助项目(60803078); 福建省教育厅科研资助项目(JB11096
