为提高知识团队成员共享知识的意愿,通过运用演化博弈论,对知识团队知识共享的内在机理与动态演化过程进行了分析。结果表明,影响知识团队知识共享的因素有知识员工的知识拥有量差距、风险系数、知识共享度、互补性知识比例、激励系数、协同性影响程度等,通过调整这些参数的大小,可以有效提高知识团队成员选择知识共享策略的概率

A Research on the Transition of Enterprise Interpersonal Relationship Mode In the Era of Network Economy

在对相关研究文献进行回顾与评价的基础上,构建了人际关系模式转型的模型,分析了经济转型如何通过社会平台,进而通过组织平台和个体平台,推动企业人际关系模式的转型。最后分析了网络经济时代企业人际关系模式的特征,并就企业如何推动人际关系模式转型提出了建议。In the era of network economy, the interpersonal relationship of enterprises becomes a key factor for enterprise's improving its performance. After reviewing the related literatures, this article constructs a model of interpersonal relationship mode transition, analyzes how the economic transition influences the enterprise interpersonal relationship mode through the social platform and then the organizational platform and the individual platform. The Mediatoring Effect of Psychological Empowerment on the Relationship between Work Redesign,and Organizational Commitment

金融危机变革环境下(如失业潮),员工的组织承诺容易降低。文章在工作再设计、心理授权与组织承诺之间构建模型,通过工作再设计和心理授权来影响变革中员工的组织承诺。共有15家企业共292位员工有效参与了问卷调查,假设检验的通过证明了:工作再设计对员工的组织承诺有显著影响。心理授权在工作再设计与组织承诺之间起中介作用。调查也证明了:工作再设计对员工的组织承诺影响中,外控型员工比内控型员工所受影响更为显著。In a changing environment(just like unemployment in this global financial crisis),employee commitment to an organization is easily disrupted.This study built up a framework explaining the relationship among work redesign,psychological empowerment and organizational commitment in a changing environment.292 employees of 15 companies took part in the questionnaire survey.Most of hypotheses were supported,indicating that work redesign had significant influence on employees' commitment to their organizations.Psychological empowerment played an intermediating role between work redesign and organizational commitment.Employees who have an external locus of control had a more significant positive impact on their commitment to organizations than those who have internal locus of control.教育部人文社会科学一般项目(08JC630069

凝胶推进剂模拟液静电雾化行为规律研究

针对凝胶推进剂雾化困难的问题,引入静电喷射技术雾化凝胶推进剂。以水凝胶模拟液为介质,探究静电雾化技术的可行性及试验条件,当收集距离2~5 cm、供液速率10~30μL/h时,凝胶模拟液可实现稳定雾化,收集液滴直径小于100μm,散射角分布在8°~36°之间,收集液滴直径和散射角均随收集距离的增大和针管直径的减小而减小;同样条件下,凝胶粘度越小,散射角和雾化液滴直径越小。在此基础上,针对单针管推力小的问题,分析使用多针管喷头进行凝胶推进剂静电雾化的可行性及其雾化区域分布,结果表明2号凝胶模拟液用于多喷头雾化可得到良好的雾化区域分布,适用于凝胶推进系统之中。国防科技重点实验室基金项目(61427040203162704004
