    Postoperative Application of Anti-infective Agents in 30 Patients Undergoing Stem Cell Transplantation in Our Hospital from 2003 to 2008

    目的:评价我院干细胞移植患者术后早期抗感染药的应用情况。方法:调查我院2003~2008年30例干细胞移植患者从预处理至术后早期抗感染药的应用情况,包括病原学检查、抗感染药费用、应用例/次、应用时间、用药频度(dddS)、药物利用指数(duI)及抗感染药联用情况,分析其应用合理性。结果:干细胞移植患者术后26例出现感染,感染率达86.67%,病原学检查阳性11例;抗感染药总费用327598.23元;术后早期使用频率列前10位的抗感染药中,duI1的3个;联合用药中,二联38例/次(占73.08%),三联13例/次(占25.00%),四联1例/次(占1.92%)。结论:我院干细胞移植患者术后早期抗感染用药基本合理。OBJECTIVE:To analyze the postoperative application of anti-infective agents in patients undergoing stem cell transplantation.METHODS:The application of anti-infective agents in 30 patients undergoing stem cell transplantation in the pretreatment period and after operation in our hospital from 2003 to 2008 were analyzed in respect of etiology inspection,the cost of anti-infective agents,utilization frequency(cases/times),duration of medication,DDDs,DUI,drug combination and its rationality.RESULTS:The infection was found in 26 cases after operation,accounting for 86.67%.Pathogens were found out in 11 cases.The total cost of anti-infective agents was 327 598.23 yuan.The DUI of 7 kinds of top 10 anti-infective agents in terms of DDDs were less than 1 and that of other 3 were more than 1.In terms of drug combination,two-drug consisted of 73.08%(38 cases/times), three-drug 25.00%(13 cases/times)and four-drug 1.92%(1 cases/times).CONCLUSION:The postoperative application of anti-infective agents in patients undergoing stem cell transplantation in our hospital is rational on the whole

    氧化亚铁硫杆菌(ACIdITHIObACIlluS fErrOOXIdAnS)为无机化能自养菌,革兰氏阴性,能在极端酸性环境中生长。由于在生物冶金中的应用及特殊的生理学效应,该菌受到研究者的广泛关注。A.fErrOOXIdAnS能氧化亚铁、元素硫及还原态硫化物获得电子,并通过一系列电子载体将电子传递给氧生成水,同时释放能量供生命活动需要。目前对A.fErrOOXIdAnS电子传递系统的研究主要集中于亚铁氧化电子传递系统,已发现多种与亚铁氧化电子传递相关电子载体和操纵子,如电子载体铜蓝蛋白(ruSTOCyAnIn,ruS)、细胞色素C(CyTOCHrOME C,CyC)、细胞色素C氧化酶(CyTOCHrOME COXIdASE,COX)、亚铁氧化酶(IrO)、细胞色素bC1复合物(CyTOCHrOME bC1 COMPlEX,bC1)等,以及ruS操纵子和PET操纵子。综述了近年来有关A.fErrOOXIdAnS亚铁氧化电子传递链相关蛋白载体,ruS和PET操纵子结构与功能及表达调控等方面的研究进展。Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(A.ferrooxidans) is a sort of gram-negative,obligate autotrophic bacterium which can be capable of growing in extreme acidic environments.A.ferrooxidans has attracted great interest because it has been used in industrial mineral processing and features unusual physiology characteristics.A.ferrooxidans derives energy by oxidizing ferrous iron,elemental sulfur and its reduced compounds,during which the electrons are transferred to oxygen through a series of carriers.At present,the researches about oxidative system of A.ferrooxidans have mainly focused on the ferrous oxidation system,and several electron carriers and operons involved in ferrous oxidation have been identified,such as electron carrier Rustocyanin(Rus),Cytochrome C(Cyc),Cytochrome C oxidase(Cox),ferrous oxidase(Iro),cytochrome bc1 complex(bc1),and rus and pet operons.In this paper,the recent research progresses on structure and function and expression regulation of several electron carriers and operons(rus and pet operons)in A.ferrooxidans were discussed.海洋公益性科研专项(200805032);国际海底区域研发项目(DYXM-115-02-2-07);国家重点基础研究前期项目(2006CB708200

    Effects of Indoor and Outdoor Cultivation Conditions on the Cell Growth and Lutein Accumulation of Thermo-tolerant Desmodesmus sp.F51

    在室内培养耐温微藻F51,考察了培养温度、自来水及非灭菌培养基对细胞生长及叶黄素积累的影响,并与50 L柱状光生物反应器户外分批培养情况进行对比.结果表明,藻株在35℃下的生物质产率和叶黄素产率最大,分别为767.5和3.05mg/(L·d).低温培养有利于叶黄素积累,但生长速率减缓.用自来水及非灭菌培养基培养时,藻株无明显的生长抑制及染菌现象,在13.0~27.6℃户外培养温度下,藻株最高生物质产率、二氧化碳固定率和叶黄素产率分别为236.3,444.2和1.17 mg/(L·d).The effects of temperature, local tap-water and culture medium without sterilization on cell growth and lutein production of Desmodesmus sp. F51 were investigated under indoor conditions. Outdoor batch cultivation of Desmodesmus sp. F51 was also investigated in 50 L cylindrical photobioreactor. The results showed that the best biomass productivity [767.5 mg/(L·d)] and lutein productivity [3.05 mg/(L·d)] occurred at a temperature of 35 ℃. A low temperature enhanced the lutein content but reduced cell growth rate. There is no significant growth inhibition and microbiological contamination were observed for Desmodesmus sp. F51 using local tap-water and culture medium without sterilization. Under the outdoor temperature of 13.0~27.6 ℃, the highest biomass productivity, CO2 fixation rate and lutein productivity of 236.3, 444.2 and 1.17 mg/(L·d) were obtained, respectively,.福建省青年科技人才创新基金资助项目(编号:2016J05077);; 福建省教育厅资助项目(编号:JA15077

    官员独董的辞职时机选择:动机与后果

    中组部18号文发布之后,在中国资本市场掀起一股官员独董辞职的浪潮。面对同一政策,这些官员独董的辞职时机选择却不尽相同。使用手工收集的从2013年10月19日至2014年12月31日期间的官员独董辞职事件公告数据,本文研究发现:官员独董的行政级别越高、年龄越小、学历越高,其选择辞职的时间就越早;同时,官员独董所任职公司的贷款水平越高,其辞职时间也越早。进一步,本文发现官员独董辞职时间越晚,市场对其辞职事件的反应越好。本文的研究结论为18号文的政策约束力提供了经验证据,并对上市公司和投资者具有重要的实践启示。After the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC released the No. 18 document, a wave of reg- ulation-induced resignations among independent directors with official background was set off in capital market in China. It was observed that the timing choices of the official independent directors were varied when facing the same policy. Using a hand-collected data of official independent director resignation announcement events from 19 October 2013 to 31 December 2014, this study finds that the higher administrative position official independent directors hold, the younger they are, or the higher education they have received, the earlier they resign; Meanwhile, if the corporate, which the official independent direc- tors work, has a higher debt ratio, the earlier the directors will resign. As to the market consequences following these official independent director resignations, this study shows that the later the directors resign, the better market response will appear.     Ge thin films on Si substrate and thermal annealing effect on their properties

    采用超高真空化学气相沉积(uHV-CVd)系统,用低温gE缓冲层技术在SI衬底上外延了张应变gE薄膜。扫描电镜(TEM)图表明SI基外延gE薄膜拥有低的位错密度,原子力显微镜(AfM)测试gE层表面粗糙度仅为1.2 nM。对SI基外延gE薄膜进行了不同温度下的退火,并用双晶X射线衍射(dCXrd)曲线和rAMAn谱进行表征。结果表明,SI基外延gE薄膜受到的张应变随退火温度呈线性增加,当退火温度达到850℃时SI和gE发生严重的互扩散,这种互扩散改变了室温Pl谱,影响外延gE薄膜特性。The thermal stability of strained Ge films on Si substrate is critical for applications in electronic and optoelectronic devices.In this paper,the Ge thin films under tensile strain were grown on Si substrate with low temperature Ge buffer layer by ultra-high vacuum chemical vapor deposition.The TEM image indicates that there are low threading dislocations in the top high temperature Ge layers.The root-mean-square surface roughness of the Ge epilayer is about 1.2 nm which was evaluated by atomic force microscopy.The thermal annealing effect on the Ge thin film properties was investigated by double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXRD) and Raman measurement.The tensile strain in the Ge films increases linearly with the annealing temperature increasing from 650 ℃to 850 ℃.When the annealing temperature increases up to 850 ℃,serious Si-Ge intermixing is inferred from the X-ray diffraction rocking curves and Raman spectra,which modulates the room temperature photoluminescence spectrum significantly and affects the properties of Ge films.国家“973”计划资助项目(2007CB613404);教育部新世纪优秀人才计划资助项目(NCET-07-0724

    Effect of Nitrate Pulse-Feeding Cultivation on Cell Growth and Cell Composition of Thermo-Tolerant Desmodesmus sp. F51

    考察脉冲式添加氮源培养对耐温微藻Desmodesmus sp.; F51细胞生长和细胞组成的影响。结果表明,在脉冲式添加氮源培养过程中,藻株F51的蛋白质含量由(56016)mg/g降低至(45617)mg/g; ,而碳水化合物和油脂含量则分别由(20913)mg/g和(983); mg/g提高至(31012)mg/g和(1204)mg/g。另外,对色素和油脂的具体组成变化进行分析,发现脉冲式添加氮源培养可增强beta-胡萝; 卜素的生物合成,以及促进alpha-胡萝卜素生物转化为叶黄素,同时还可发现叶黄素积累与多不饱和脂肪酸含量变化呈正相关性。而在碳水化合物的具体组成; 分析中,发现碳水化合物为藻株F51主要的储能物质,当脉冲式添加氮源培养时间为3; d时,其葡萄糖占总碳水化合物的质量分数可明显提高至(75.71.4)%。采用脉冲式添加氮源培养策略可明显同时促进藻株F51叶黄素和碳水化合物的生; 产。The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of nitrate; pulse feeding on the cell growth and cell composition of Desmodesmus sp.; F51. Under nitrate pulse-feeding cultivation, the protein content of; cells of Desmodesmus sp. F51 decreased from(560 16) mg/g to(456 17); mg/g, while the contents of carbohydrate and lipid increased from(209 ; 13) mg/g to(310 12) mg/g and(98 3) mg/g to(120 4) mg/g, respectively.; By investigating the changes in carotenoid, lipid and carbohydrate; compositions, it appeared that nitrate pulse feeding could promote; beta-carotene biosynthesis and enhance the bioconversion of; alpha-carotene to lutein. Lutein accumulation was positively associated; with polyunsaturated fatty acid formation. Desmodesmus sp. F51 tended to; accumulate carbohydrate as an energy storage product after 3 days of; cultivation under nitrate pulse-feeding conditions, and the major; accumulated monosaccharide was glucose(75.7 1.4)%. Therefore, the; nitrate-pulse feeding strategy is a highly promising approach to; simultaneously produce lutein and carbohydrate in Desmodesmus sp.     血管内皮生长因子表达与肝癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系研究

    目的:研究肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测79例在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院行肝癌根治性切除术的HCC患者癌组织中VEGF的表达情况,分析VEGF表达与树突状细胞(DC)浸润程度、肿瘤大小、癌栓、包膜、血清AFP水平及术后肝外转移的关系,随访患者术后生存情况及肿瘤复发情况。结果:79例HCC患者中,VEGF低表达43例(54.4%),高表达36例(45.6%)。VEGF表达与DC浸润程度、肿瘤直径及血清AFP水平有关(P0.05)。VEGF高表达组2年内复发率为83.3%(30/36),明显高于VEGF低表达组的60.5%(26/43),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:VEGF与癌组织DC浸润程度、肿瘤直径及血清AFP水平有关,其在HCC组织中高表达可能增加肝癌术后短期复发风险,可作为肝癌早期复发预警指标
