Effects of Ciji Hua’ai Baosheng Decoction on Hematopoiesis & Tumor Cells Apoptosis Related Factors of Tumor-bearing Chenmotherapy Mice with H22 Hepatoma Carcinoma Cells

Effects of Ciji Hua'ai Baosheng Decoction on peripheral blood cells and spleen hematopoietic growth factors of tumor chemotherapy model mice with H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells
目的:研究慈济化癌保生汤(CHBT)对H22肝癌化疗小鼠外周血细胞以及脾脏造血生长因子红细胞生成素(EPO)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)以及造血功能的作用。方法:将肝癌H22细胞悬液(2×107/m L)接种于Kunming种小鼠右前腋皮下,约7d后,全部形成移植瘤,环磷酰胺(CTX)按200mg/kg(0.2m L/10g)腹腔注射,建立H22肝癌小鼠化疗模型。随机分为模型组,CTX(0.033g/kg)组,CHBT高、中、低剂量(117、58.5、29.25g/kg)组,连续给药10d,采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测外周血红细胞、白细胞、血小板和血红蛋白,运用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测脾组织EPO和GM-CSF含量。结果:与模型组和CTX组比较,CHBT高、中、低剂量组红细胞、白细胞、血小板数量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);CHBT高、中剂量组血红蛋白升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);CHBT各剂量组EPO、GM-CSF含量升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:慈济化癌保生汤能促进化疗后EPO和GM-CSF的生成并增强活性,刺激血细胞的产生,维持外周血象稳定性。Objective: To investigate the effects of Ciji Hua'ai Baosheng Decoction(CHBT) on peripheral blood cells, spleen hematopoietic growth factors such as erythropoietin(EPO) and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF), and blood-producing function of tumor chemotherapy model mice with H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells. Methods: The suspension of H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells(2×107/m L) were subcutaneously injected into the right anterior armpit of Kunming mice. After 7 days, all mice formed the transplanted tumors, and then the cytoxan(CTX) at the dosage of 200mg/kg were intraperitoneally injected into the mice to establish the tumor chemotherapy model. The mice were randomly divided into model group, CTX(0.033g/kg) group, CHBT high, middle and low dose(117, 58.5, 29.25g/kg) groups. The experiment groups were treated for 10 days. The levels of red blood cells, white blood cells, platelet and hemoglobin in peripheral blood were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer. The contents of EPO and GM-CSF in spleen tissue were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Compared with model group and CTX group, the levels of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelet in high, middle and low dose CHBT groups were increased significantly(P<0.05, P<0.01), the levels of hemoglobin in CHBT high and middle dose groups were increased(P<0.05, P<0.01), the contents of EPO and GM-CSF in CHBT high, middle and low dose groups were increased significantly(P<0.05, P<0.01). Investigation of the diagnosis and treatment thought of professor WANG Yan-hui in preventing and treating tumor by using traditional Chinese medicine
肿瘤已成为全球性医疗难题。中医学根据其特有的诊治体系,从机体宏观角度认识肿瘤本质,其疗效逐渐凸显,已被业内广泛认可和关注。王彦晖教授中医临床诊疗30余年,对肿瘤的证治颇具心得,临证经验丰富,指出治疗肿瘤病机是基础,舌脉是凭证,调节乃关键。临证倡导药对运用,采用整体观念,象证结合的辨证方法,值得借鉴。Cancer has become a global health problem.According to the special system of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,the nature of the tumor from the body macro perspective is realized,the increasingly prominent efficacy of Chinese medicine has been widespread concern in medical domain.With more than 30 years' clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,professor WANG Yan-hui has a wealth of experience in the treatment of tumors.He points out that the treatment of cancer pathogenesis is the foundation,taking tongue and pulse as the evidences,and the regulation of the body as the key.He advocates the use of Chinese materia medica pair,focuses on the holism concept and the differentiation method of appearance combined with syndrome,which is worth learning.厦门市重大科技计划项目(No.3502Z20100006)~
Effects of Taohong Siwu Decoction on the expression of pathological angiogenesis correlation factors including VEGF,KDR and Flt-1 in hepatic fibrosis mice
目的:从整体水平研究复方桃红四物汤对四氯化碳所致肝纤维化模型小鼠肝组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、含激酶插入区受体(KDR)及Flt-1蛋白与mRNA表达的影响。方法:昆明小鼠60只,随机分组为空白组,模型组,秋水仙碱组,桃红四物汤高、中、低(17.00、8.50、4.25g/kg)剂量组,采用左侧腹股沟处皮下注射四氯化碳花生油溶液建立小鼠肝纤维化模型,给药6周后,运用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测肝组织VEGF蛋白含量;蛋白印迹法(Western blot)测定小鼠肝脏KDR、Flt-1蛋白的表达;逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)法测定小鼠肝脏VEGF、KDR及Flt-1 mRNA表达。结果:桃红四物汤治疗后,桃红四物汤高、中剂量组肝组织VEGF蛋白表达量较模型组降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),中药高剂量组肝组织KDR与Flt-1蛋白表达较模型组显著降低(P<0.05);而桃红四物汤高、中剂量组肝组织VEGF、KDR与Flt-1 mRNA表达较模型组、秋水仙碱组明显减少(P<0.01),并且呈现一定的量效正相关。结论:桃红四物汤能够降低肝纤维化病理血管生成相关因子的表达,减缓病理性的微血管生成可能是其改善肝纤维化的机制之一。Objective:To investigate the effects of Taohong Siwu Decoction(THSWD) on protein and mRNA expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),kinase insert domain containing receptor(KDR) and Flt-1 in hepatic fibrosis model mice caused by CCI_4.Methods:Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank,model,colchicine(control)and three THSWD(17.00,8.50,4.25g/kg) groups,with 10 mice in each group.Except the blank group,the other groups' mice were subcutaneously injected with carbon tetrachloride(CCI_4)-arachis oil solution in left inguen to establish hepatic fibrosis mouse model.After administration for six weeks,the content of VEGF protein in liver tissue was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),protein expressions of KDR and Flt-1 in liver tissue were detected by Western blotting,and mRNA expressions of VEGF,KDR and Flt-1 in liver tissue were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:After treatment,the content of VEGF protein in THSWD(17.00,8.50g/kg) groups were lower than that in model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The protein expressions of liver tissue KDR and Flt-1 in THSWD(17.00g/kg) group were less than that in model group(P<0.05).The mRNA expressions of liver tissue VEGF,KDR and Flt-1 were significantly lower than that in both model and colchicine groups(P<0.01),which showed a certain positive correlation between dose and effect.Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction could decrease the expression of pathological angiogenesis correlation factors of hepatic fibrosis,thus helpful to induce the formation of pathological capillary vessels,which may be one of the possible mechanisms of ameliorating hepatic fibrosis.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81202659);; 福建省自然科学基金项目(No.2014J01373);; 厦门大学新聘教师科研启动基金项目(No.ZK1014);; 福建省大学生创新创业训练项目(No.DC2013174)~
Analysis on the clinical experience of WANG Yan-hui in the treatment of tumor by syndrome differentiation based on Xiang thinking
王彦晖教授从事肿瘤中医治疗30余年,积累了丰富的临床诊疗经验。认为中医辨证论治思维的关键在于病机指导下的象症辨证。气滞、痰湿、瘀血等病理产物贯穿; 肿瘤病机的始终。病理产物必须除之而后快,而正气和脏腑的调理是祛邪的保障。病机的轻重缓急,应以象的变化为凭证。病机不变,象不变,临床上即应守方用药; 。王教授在临证中强调据象诊断、据象治疗、据象的变化反馈调整处方用药的中医诊疗思想颇具特色。Professor WANG Yan-hui has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience; in the treatment of tumor for more than 30 years. He thinks that the key; point of treatment based on syndrome differentiation is according to; Xiang thinking that under the guidance of pathogenesis. Qi stagnation,; phlegm-damp, static blood and other pathological products are always; complicated throughout the tumor pathogenesis. The pathological products; must be wiped out, while the regulation of vital qi and zang-fu viscera; is the insurance for eliminating pathogen. The order of priority of; pathogenesis should be according to the changes of Xiang. As the; pathogenesis and Xiang remains unchanged, the prescription of clinical; medication should be keeping the same. Recognition of traditional Chinese medicine on cancer pain and a corresponding analysis for its medication regularity
中医诊治肿瘤是当今中医防治重大疾病的一个特色。癌痛发生的机制极其复杂,全面了解癌痛中医的发病和证型,是进行有效缓解癌痛症状的重要基础。文章通过对癌性疼痛中医发病的再认识与探讨、证型分析、列举癌痛症状的常见证型,阐明中医辨证论治癌痛的规律;并针对不同癌痛证型的治疗,明确了用药的合理性。西医学对癌痛机制的研究推进了中医用药,但在癌痛药物应用上各有缺陷和不足,有待现代科学技术进一步研究。文章从癌痛病因病机特点出发,探讨癌痛不同证型中药使用规律,对恶性肿瘤基本病机的再认识和治疗具有重要指导作用。Currently, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of cancer was considered as a characteristic in prevention and cure of major diseases.It was all known that the mechanism of cancer pain was extremely complex, for the reason that a comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis and syndrome types played an important role in relieving the pain symptom of cancer.In this paper, recognized the pathogenesis in TCM, syndrome types and common symptoms, it illustrated the regularity of TCM in the differentiation syndrome and the treatment of cancer pain.The different Chinese drugs were directly and reasonably prescribed for different syndrome types of cancer pain.Thanks to the study of western medicine, the TCM medication had significant progress on the treatment of cancer pain.But, modern science and technology still should be needed to make a great effort for the further study, because of defects and deficiencies either in western medicine or Chinese medicine.Generally, according to the characteristics of cause and pathogenesis of cancer pain, this paper explored the regularity of TCM medication for different syndrome types of cancer pain, which would have important guidance effect on recognition and treatment of cancer.厦门市重大科技计划项目(No.3502Z20100006)~
改进MOMEDA方法及其在滚动轴承故障特征增强中的应用
Aiming at the shortcomings of multipoint optimal minimum entropy deconvolution adjusted( MOMEDA) method,which cannot automatically identify the fault impulse period and shorten the length of deconvolved signal when enhancing bearing fault features,an improved MOMEDA( IMOMEDA) method is proposed.The autocorrelation spectrum of square envelope of the vibration signal is used to adaptively identify the fault period,and the estimated impulse period is used to deconvolve the vibration signal to enhance the periodic impulse features.Then the signal waveform extension method is used to extend the deconvolved signal to make its length consistent with the original signal.Finally,the obtained filtered signal is deconvolved for a certain number of times to effectively enhance the periodic features of the original signal.The analysis results of simulated bearing fault signal and railway bearing experiment signals and the comparisons with Kurtogram method show that the improved MOMEDA method can automatically identify the fault impulse period and effectively enhance the fault characteristics of rolling bearing

基于映射函数的新型五阶WENO格式
研究高精度和高分辨率的差分格式对于复杂流场的数值模拟有重要意义。为了克服WENO-JS格式和WENO-Z在通量函数的一阶和二阶极值点处降阶的缺陷,基于重构权重系数的思想,设计一族映射函数并应用到五阶WENO格式中。近似色散关系表明,WENO-Pe的色散误差和数值耗散均小于WENO-JS、WENO-Z以及其他基于映射函数的WENO格式。新格式与其他格式数值模拟变形的高斯波问题,Sod激波管、Lax激波管、激波密度干扰问题等一维算例,Riemann问题、Rayleigh-Taylor不稳定性问题、双马赫反射问题等二维算例的结果表明:在精度阶相同的情况下,WENO-Pe格式拥有更良好的捕捉间断能力,分辨率更高,适合应用于复杂流场的数值模拟
