    Fast 3-D surface information acquisition based on smart camera

    3D vision measurement based on shape from silhouette

    提出了一种将SHAPE frOM SIlHOuETTE(SfS)技术应用在三坐标机上的新方法,即用摄像机获取图像,用三坐标机作移动平台,构建视觉测量系统,应用SfS技术对物体进行三维测量。该视觉测量系统扩展了坐标机功能,扩大了其应用范围。实验结果表明,该视觉测量系统具有SfS技术和坐标机两者的优点,重构物体三维模型的过程简单快捷,精度高于0.4MM,其结果可作为坐标机智能测量的基础,是一种非常实用的方法。Shape from Silhouette(SfS) is a passive non-contact 3D measurement method,which is used in 3D modeling and reverse engineering etc.Using SfS method,a simple,low cost,efficient and accurate 3D information acquisition system can be established and the request of the surface material of the object that is measured is low.Compared to laser scanning,SfS can also measure an object with hole.A new method that Shape from Silhouette is applied to measure the objects in coordinate metrology is proposed,that is the vision measurement system is made up of the camera,the coordinate metrology and SfS.Intelligent measurement is carried out on the vision measurement system to 3D reconstruction and consequently the precision is improved.The functions of coordinate metrology are expanded and the applications of coordinate metrology are enlarged by the system.The running experiment results on the vision measurement system show that this system has SfS and coordinate metrology's advantages.The approach to 3D reconstruction is very efficient and the accuracy is higher than 0.4mm.This approach is a much applied way and it can be a foundation of intelligent measurement

    Discrepancies between patients’ and pharmacists’ perceptions of the role of community pharmacists as advisors on the use of pharmaceuticals in Japan: A comparison prior to and following revision of the Pharmacists’ Act

    Objectives:In 2014, immediately prior to the revision of Article 25-2 of the Pharmacists’ Act, we conducted a survey on pharmacists’ and patients’ perceptions of pharmacists’ roles. A role discrepancy between the two was identified. The objective was to examine changes in role perceptions and awareness of pharmacists as medication specialists following revision to the Pharmacists’ Act.Methods:The survey was conducted using an Internet-based questionnaire. A total of 469 patients and 354 pharmacists responded to 12 questions about the perceived roles of pharmacists.Results:Analysis revealed that the only evaluation that changed as a result of revisions was pharmacists’ role as “family or regular pharmacist,” with scores dropping by about half. As in 2014, the high rating rate for pharmacists surpassed the high rating of patients for all other items. The greatest discrepancy in role perception was observed for the same three items (“Understanding the effects of the drugs the patients are taking,” “Understanding the health changes caused by the drugs dispensed to the patients,” and “Consciously protecting patients from the adverse effects of drugs”) as 2014.Conclusion:A major role discrepancy continues to exist between patients and pharmacists, and it is necessary for pharmacists to take on a more advanced role in patient care.     穿刺芽孢杆菌(bACIlluSPEnETrAnS),国外又称穿刺巴斯德氐柄菌(PASTEurIAPEnETrAnS),是根结线虫(MElOIdOgynESPP.)等多种植物寄生线虫的专性寄生菌。作者在我国发现穿刺芽孢杆菌,为了开发利用这种细菌,研制出了每克含3.1x10--8个孢子的菌剂,并就该菌剂对根结线虫的防治效果进行了研究,现将结果报道如下。In order to make use of B.penetrans the preparation of these bacteria was prepared successFully.Each gram of the specimen contains more than 3.1 × 108 spores according to determination by bloodcount plate.The method of its production are: First, inFect the larvae of root-knot nematodes with the spores of B.penetrans.Second, inoculate inFectable plants with the inFected larvae.Third, beat the root-systems of inoculated plants aFter adding some water.The Flowed liquid From a bronze sieve was mixed with the clear water, Filtered, precipitated, air-dried under 5-10cccccc, and grinded into Fine powder, When these powder was added into the water which contained the larvae of root-knot nematodes, the spores of B.penetrans adhered to the cuticles of these larvae in 24h.The pot experiments of tomato, chilli and cockscomb showed that the galls, egg-sacs, Females, males and all-stages of larvae produced by the plant inoculated with the larvae inFected with B.penetrans are about 75%- 80% less than that without these bacteria.Thus it can be seen that the spores of B.penetrans can depress the populations of root-knot nematodes obviously.ThereFore, it is a promising preparation For biological control.国家自然科学基金;福建省自然科学基金;福建省经济发展总公司的资

    该研究采用功能磁共振成像技术,考察不同条件下进行工具认知判断时手部姿势对认知判断的影响及动作模拟的神经机制。实验发现:手部姿势存在显著的主效应,冲突手部姿势条件下反应时最慢,且冲突手部姿势条件下与不冲突手部姿势条件下、自然状态条件下反应时存在显著差异,自然状态条件与不冲突手部姿势条件下反应时不存在显著差异。另外,f MRI成像结果发现,额中回、额下回、顶下小叶以及辅助运动区在自然状态下有显著激活,表明个体在进行认知判断过程中有动作模拟过程;海马结构、扣带回及楔前叶等与记忆有关的脑区有显著激活,表明身体经验在认知过程的作用。总的研究表明,不同的手部姿势状态对认知判断有不同影响,冲突手部姿势会对动作模拟产生干扰作用,手部动作模拟的神经机制主要涉及镜像神经元区,且在认知判断时存在具身效应
