    高管变更与盈余管理——基于应计项目操控与真实活动操控的实证研究

    本文将应计项目操控和真实活动操控纳入分析框架,研究上市公司发生总经理变更后的盈余管理行为。理论分析表明,新任总经理在上任当年利用应计项目负向盈余管理可"一举多得",利用真实活动进行盈余管理却可能会"损公不利己";而在后续年度利用真实活动正向盈余管理虽会"损公"却可"利己"。以沪深A股上市公司2005-2010年数据为样本进行的实证检验结果显示,在总经理变更当年,上市公司存在利用应计项目调减利润的盈余管理行为,但不存在利用真实活动的盈余管理行为。在新任总经理上任后第一、二个完整会计年度,上市公司存在利用应计项目和真实活动调增利润的盈余管理行为。总经理变更当年,如果董事长也发生变更,则上市公司在变更当年利用应计项目调减利润的程度更大,在变更后第一、二个完整会计年度利用应计项目和真实活动调增利润的程度也显著更大

    为什么支线航班较主线航班票价更贵?

    作者系西南财经大学经济与管理研究院本科国际化实验班大二学生。支线航班,是指座位数在50座到110座左右、飞行距离在600公里到1200公里之间的小型客机运载的、短距离的非主航线航班,主要飞往于各省二三线的中小城市之间。改革开放以来,我国民运航空市场取得了长足的进步,以中心辐射式为主的干线枢纽航空市场运营体系日益庞大并趋于完善,但我国支线航空市场发展不足,且大多发展于中西部地区,尤其是西南地区。与此同时,支线航空票价都比较高。在距离大致相同的条件下,从中枢式主流机场飞往支线机场的票价比飞往另一个主线机场的价格贵了将近一半左右。以从成都出发的航班为例,成都到北京和成都到嘉峪关的距离均为1750公里左右,通常成都到北京的机票价格为可低至630元,同期到嘉峪关的票价则为1330元且需要中转一次多花一个小时。随着我国近几年来高铁建设的快速推进,支线航空固有的高票价开始受到质疑和冲击

    An Empirical Study of Earnings Management Based on Real Activities Manipulation——Empirical Evidence from Chinese Listed Companies

    以中国上市公司A股2002~2011年的数据为样本,对上市公司的真实盈余管理行为进行了实证研究。研究发现,微盈公司显著存在利用应计项目和真实活动进行正向盈余管理的现象,而在新会计准则实施后,微盈公司利用应计项目进行正向盈余管理的程度显著降低,但利用真实活动进行正向盈余管理的程度显著提高,说明新会计准则的实施促使微盈公司转而利用更加隐蔽的真实盈余管理进行利润操控。进一步研究发现,在控制了资产规模、资产回报率、年持有收益率、操控性应计利润及成长性等影响因素后,上市公司真实盈余管理的程度与其后期的业绩表现显著负相关,说明真实盈余管理行为会损害公司的长期价值。This paper empirically examine the real earnings management behavior of Chinese list companies with the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share from 2002-2011.The results show that small profit companies manage earnings upwards significantly by accruals as well as real activities.Small profit companies use less accrual earning management but more real earnings management significantly after the promulgation of new accounting standards.It suggests that the promulgation of new accounting standards urge small profit companies switch to use more covert real activities to manage earnings.The further research shows that real earnings management is negative related to the subsequent operating performance of list companies after we control other influence factors.It suggests that real earnings management will harm companies' long term value.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70972111); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目(2011221035

    Research and Implementation of Soft-Decision Demodulation for 8PSK Based on FPGA

    首先分析了8PSk的软解调原理,针对最优的对数似然比(llr)运算复杂度较高的特点,选用了相对简化的最大值(MAX)算法作为可编程逻辑门阵列(fgPA)硬件平台实现方案。随后,通过QuArTuS II仿真平台对8PSk软解调器进行了硬件描述语言(VHdl)的设计实现和功能仿真,并通过与ldPC译码模块级联在AlTErA公司的STrATIX II系列fPgA芯片上完成最终测试。通过与MATlAb仿真结果进行比较,验证上述简化8PSk软解调器设计的正确性和可行性。In this paper,the principle of soft-decision demodulation for 8PSK is investigated,and the simplified Maximum(MAX) algorithm,for its low computational complexity,is selected for the implementation of field programmable gate array(FGPA) instead of the optimal Log Likelihood Ratio(LLR) algorithm.The Verilog hardware description language(VHDL) implementations and functional verifications for 8PSK soft demodulator are then carried out on the QUARTUS II platform.Then the final tests in combination with the LDPC decoder are conducted on the Altera Stratix II FPGA platform.By comparing with the MATLAB simulation results,the correctness and feasibility of the simplified 8PSK soft demodulator are verified

    Protective Antigens from Virulent Isolates of Fusobacterium necrophorum FN(A)

    通过胰蛋白酶裂解坏死梭杆菌FN(A)型毒力菌株菌体,分别以菌体裂解物上清和沉淀作为抗原免疫家兔制备血清。利用SDS-PAGE/Western-blot技术在菌体中筛选出4种具有免疫原性的组分,通过免疫后的攻毒试验,筛选出1种具有免疫保护性的抗原。抗原分离纯化后,进行N端氨基酸序列测定、免疫试验及生物学特性研究,据试验结果可初步判定该抗原为溶血素类似物或一种新发现的抗原物质。该抗原不仅能使机体产生保护性免疫反应,而且不同菌株中此种抗原间可产生明显的交叉免疫。A virulent isolate of the bacterium FN(A) was lysed with trypsin.Supernatants and precipitates of the bacterial lysates were used to prepare anti-FN serum by immunizing rabbits.Four immunogenic components were isolated using SDS-PAGE/Western-blot.Immunized rabbits were challenged,and one protective antigen was screened.After antigen isolation and purification,the N-terminal amino acid sequence was determined and an immunological test and hemolysis test were performed.Results suggested that this antigen is either a hemolysin analogue or a new antigenic substance.The antigen was able to induce a protective immune response as well as generate a marked cross-immune reaction among different bacterial strains.国家科技部奶牛专项(2002BA518A04);; 中国农业科学院特产研究所科研基金项目(tcs-20041

    Cloning and Expression of the Leukotoxin BSBSE Gene from Fusobacterium necrophorum

    以牛源坏死梭杆菌FNn株为试材,根据GenBank上已发表的坏死梭杆菌AF312861标准菌株的lktA序列设计1对引物,利用PCR技术扩增出1 131 bp的坏死梭杆菌白细胞毒素BSBSE基因。将PCR产物插入pGEM-T Easy vector中,经双酶切鉴定正确后进行序列测定。分析表明该BSBSE序列与GenBank上已发表的坏死梭杆菌AF312861标准菌株的lktA序列的核苷酸同源性为99%,推导出的氨基酸序列同源性为98%。为研究BSBSE的免疫原性,构建了原核表达载体pMAL-p2X-BSBSE,用IPTG诱导在大肠杆菌中表达。结果表明,BSBSE基因在大肠杆菌中进行了高效特异性融合表达,融合蛋白分子量约为84.5×103,其中41.5×103为BS-BSE基因表达的蛋白质,43.0×103为MBP融合标签,Western-blotting检测表明该表达产物有免疫原性。According to the sequence of announced lktA gene in Fusobacterium necrophorum,a pair of primers were designed.The BSBSE gene was amplified by PCR.The product was cloned into pGEM-T Easy vector.When nucleotide sequence and deduced amino acid sequence were compared with homologous sequence of the FN AF312861 lktA of GenBank,the homologue of the mucleotide sequence is 99% and the homologue of the amino acid sequence is 98%.The BSBSE fragment was inserted into expression vector pMAL-p2X and the plasmid pMAL-p2X-BSBSE were expressed in E.coli BL21 by IPTG induction.The SDS-PAGE analysis indicated the weight of the fusion protein was about 84.5.0×103,which included the 41.5×103 protein expressed from BSBSE gene and 43.0×103 fusion MBP tag.The recombinant BSBSE-pMAL-p2X production has Immunogenicity with western-blotting.The cloning and expression of the BSBSE gene established the foundation of further research on the function and application of the BSBSE gene.“十五”国家科技攻关子课题(2002BA518A04);; 中国农业科学院特产研究所科研基金项目(Tcs2005-03
