“Theology is Anthropology”——A Study on the Religious thoughts of the Feuerbach

“神学人类学化”是以研究人的自我意识为标志的神学走向。“神学人类学化”肇始于康德，经过黑格尔、施莱尔马赫在理性和情感两方面的深入阐发，神学人类学成为现代神学的主要方向。到了费尔巴哈，则直接把神学归结为人类学。神学只是人的本质的对象化，只是人的的愿望、理想的投射，神学的秘密就是人类学。费尔巴哈的宗教理论对传统神学造成了重创，同时也迎来了积极的回应者，如卡尔•巴特。如果现代神学还是绕不开人类学的阴影，甚至以神学人类学为神学的真正目标。那么神学到最后就会失去自己的对象，降低为人学或心理学。“Anthropothelogy” is a kind of tendency that the human-being self-consciousness its primary discusses. 中国映画『非誠勿擾』が誘発した北海道観光ブームに関する研究

This article examines how the Chinese Movie "If You Are the One: Fei Cheng Wu Rao" led to the Hokkaido Tourism Boom of 2009 and 2010. The movie was directed by the famous Chinese director Feng Xiaogang and released in December 2008; it was a big hit, earning over 50 million dollars (U.S.) in 19 days in China. Because the movie included a lot of beautiful scenery of eastern Hokkaido, many Chinese people chose to visit Hokkaido in the years immediately following the release of the film.We investigated the increase in tourism from 2007 to 2010 in Abashiri City and Kushiro City, which are located in the eastern part of Hokkaido, and also interviewed the tourism section managers of these cities. Our research revealed that guests tripled in number in Abashiri and increased fourteen times in Kushiro from 2007 to 2010. We believe that this increase can be explained by the fact that the most important part of the story was located in Kushiro.Finally, we tried to create a model of media-induced tourism that explains how people travel to follow the stories in the movies. Though a movie may be filmed across multiple locations, people tend to infuse the story, and therefore the setting, with their emotional impressions. When a person sees the location, it brings to mind a part of the story immediately. Fans of the movie wish to visit the location where it was filmed, to view the scenery and recall the emotions that the story evoked

Design of POCT quality management system based on the Internet of things

Methods; The existing problems in POCT quality management were analyzed. Taking; portable blood glucose meters as an example,the quality management; system of POCT-Internet of things was designed based on the all aspects; of data acquisition,transmission, server management and storage,etc.; Results The POCT quality management system based on the Internet of; things and medical cloud technology was designed. The system could; implement the management of POCT operators and devices,monitor the; realtime quality control data and reports,and facilitate the; administrators to analyze the quality problems in the whole process of; POCT management. Study on preparation and in vitro release behavior of hydroxycamptothecin-loaded PLA microspheres

目的:研究载羟基喜树碱的聚乳酸微球的制备方法并考察其体外释药性质。方法:以PlA为成膜材料,采用改良乳化-溶剂挥发法,制备载羟基喜树碱的聚乳酸微球并优化制备工艺;对载药微球进行表征;超声介导下进行载药微球的体外释药试验。结果:微球粒径在1~7μM,大小均一;羟基喜树碱浓度在10Mg.Ml-1下,载药微球包封率为62.2%,载药量为1.69%;药物体外释药符合HIguCHI方程。结论:采用乳化-溶剂挥发法,以PlA为成膜材料可制得具有较高包封率的羟基喜树碱微球,有望实现降低羟基喜树碱给药量、减少不良反应,提高靶向性的目标。Objective:To prepare hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT)-loaded PLA microspheres and study the release of HCPT in vitro.Methods:To optimize the preparation process,the HCPT-loaded PLA microspheres were prepared by using an improved solvent evaporation method;drug-loaded microspheres was characterized;in vitro drug release experiments were carried out under ultrasound.Results:The sizes of drug loaded PLA microspheres were homogeneous and between 1--7 μm;the concentration of HCPT was 10 mg·mL-1,the drug encapsulation efficiency was 62.2%,and the drug-loading amounts was 1.69%;the release in vitro complied with Higuchi equation.Conclusion:The improved solvent evaporation method with PLA as the film-forming material can increase the encapsulation efficiency of HCPT-loaded microspheres,thus the reduction of dosage and improvement of toxic effects of HCPT would be expected.Targeting effect may be improved.福建省卫生厅青年科研项目(2009-2-79
