    Reflection on SSCI and evaluation of university Seniority of social scientific research

    SCI、SSCI等索引工具与高校科研工作者的关系越来越紧密,学术界对于作为索引工具的SCI、SSCI等系统成为评价指标的做法,一直持慎重的态度。本文分析了SSCI作为人文社会科学研究成果评价标准的原因,指出了其作为学术评价标准可能带来的风险,并从如何对待西方的现代知识体系、人文社会科学与自然科学的区别以及学术的目的与学术评价的目的三个维度反思了人文社会科学学术评价的基本问题,以期建立一个符合中国自身学术发展的学术评价体系和学术评价标准。Although the tie between SCI、SSCI and researchers have been tightened increasingly,the latter have always maintained prudence to consider theSCI,SSCI as evaluation indexes.The article analyzed the reason why SSCI became the evaluation of Social Scientific Research,and pointed out that it will bring some potential risks.At last,the author reflected three problems,including how to deal with the western knowledge system;the difference of social science and the science and the aim of the academic and the academic evaluation,so as to build an evaluation of university Social Scientific Research that meets the need of academic development in china

    用不同浓度Ca (NO 3) 2·4H2O (017、114、211g Ca2+ ök g 土) 对1 年生的处在两种N aCl 胁迫(10 和20gök g) 处理下的木麻 黄扦插苗进行化学调控, 研究硝酸钙盐加氯化钠处理的木麻黄幼苗的生长量、木麻黄幼苗抗氧化酶系统活性和渗透调节物质的 含量的变化, 研究结果表明: 中度N aCl 胁迫加硝酸钙处理下的木麻黄扦插苗的可溶性蛋白质含量增加,MDA 含量降低说明膜 脂过氧化作用减轻, 而且抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD) 之间协调变化有利于提高清除自由基的速率, 中度盐胁迫下钙盐可以促进 木麻黄体内脯氨酸的积累; 但重度N aCl 胁迫下钙盐对木麻黄的调控作用不显著, 重度盐胁迫下钙盐反而降低木麻黄SOD、 POD 活性和脯氨酸的含量, 减弱了抗氧化酶系统对活性氧的清除作用, 同时高浓度钙盐还会加重N aCl 胁迫对木麻黄幼苗的损 伤, 这说明适量的钙盐有利于木麻黄幼苗抵抗盐胁迫能力的提高, 而高浓度钙盐则可能会加重盐胁迫

    Effects of Lanthanum on Redox Systems in Plasma Membranes of Casuarina equisetifolia Seedlings Under Acid Rain Stress

    The effects of La3 + on the growth and the ATPases activities of plasma membrane (PM) vesicles isolated from Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings under artificial acid rain (pH 4. 5) stress were studied. The results show that the height , length of roots , fresh weight and PM H+2ATPase activites of Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings increase by the treatments of soaking seeds in LaCl3 solutions with lower concentrations , and those can reach their peak values by treating with 200 mg ·L - 1 La3 + . However , in comparison with the CK, those are inhibited by the higher La3 + concentrations ; PM Ca2 +2AT2 Pase activity is inhibited with the treatments of La3 + . The results also reveal that the H+2ATPase activity and the growth of cell enlarge have a remarkable positive correlation , and La3 + activating H+2ATPase can facilitate plant growth. La3 + al2 so can alleviate cytosolic acidification of plant under acid rain stress and indirectly maintain the stability of intracellular environment . In order to resistant to acid rain and accelerate the growth of Casuarina equisetifolia , the suitable range of La3 + concentrations to soak seeds for 8 h is 50~200 mg·L - 1

    Development of Anhydrotetrodotoxin Certifi ed Reference Material

    研制4,9-脱水河豚毒素国家标准样品。以河豚鱼卵巢为原料,提取制备4,9-脱水河豚毒素,采用红外光谱(Ir)、高分辨质谱和核磁共振谱(nMr)进行结构确证。样品分装成140瓶后,采用柱后衍生–高效液相荧光法进行均匀性、稳定性检验和定值分析。从样品中随机抽取15瓶进行均匀性检验,经f检验表明在95%的置信区间范围内样品均匀性良好;稳定性考察按照40℃加速试验稳定性(6个月)进行,结果表明在考察期间内样品稳定性良好;标准样品经国内8家具有分析资质的实验室进行协同定值,并评定了定值结果的不确定度,4,9-脱水河豚毒素标准样品定值结果为97.77%,相对扩展不确定度为0.4%(k=1.96)。该标准样品达到国家标准样品的技术要求,可用于有关脱水河豚毒素的方法校正和质量控制。4,9-anhydrotetrodotoxin certified reference material was developed.4,9-anhydrotetrodotoxin was made from the ovarium of pufferfish.The structure of anhydrotetrodotoxin certified reference material was comfirmed by mass spectrometry and NRM,infrared spectroscopy(IR).4,9-anhydrotetrodotoxin was divided into 140 bottles.The homogeneity and stability testing and quantitative analysis were evaluated by post column derivation high performance liquid chromatography–fl uorescent detection(HPLC–FLD) method.According to analysis procedure of homogeneity,15 bottles of sample were randomly taken from 140 bottles,and the results were validated by F-test statistical method.The stability inspection was carried on the short-term(6 months),and the results indicated that the period for anhydrotetrodotoxin of storage was 6 months at 40℃.A cooperative certifi cation was conducted with 8 qualifi ed laboratories.The certifi ed purity value of the reference material of 4,9-anhydrotetrodotoxin was 97.77% with relative expaned uncertainty of 0.40%(k=1.96).The reference material can conform to the technical requirement of the certified reference material.The material was intended for use in the method validation and quality control regarding anhydrontetrodotoxin.广东海洋经济发展区域示范项目(GD2012-D01-001); 海洋生物产业化中试技术研发公共服务平台(12PZP001SF10); 厦门市重大科技创新平台项目(3502Z20111001); 国家科技支撑计划(NO.2011BAK04B09

    不同保水固沙措施对沙培番茄生长和基质环境的影响

    针对我国荒漠化危害严重,不利于植物种植等系列问题,以番茄为试验材料,结合纸膜、保水剂、生物基固沙剂等不同保水固沙措施,分析各处理下基质的理化性质以及番茄的生物学性状,以探明各处理对沙地环境的改善效果及对番茄生长的影响,为沙漠的防治及沙产业的发展提供参考。结果表明:瓦楞纸处理显著提高了番茄果实的有机酸、可溶性糖含量,分别比CK高27. 78%、8. 87%,其pH值比CK高0. 89,速效氮含量是CK的40倍;牛皮纸处理20~40 cm含水量比CK高73. 40%;保水剂处理可明显促进根系的生长发育,其根长、根直径以及体积分别比CK高16. 25%、29. 17%、56. 58%,番茄可溶性固形物含量比CK高7. 17%,沙子的比重和总孔隙度分别比CK高12. 88%、38. 35%,但容重比CK低6. 88%;生物基B处理可明显提高果实内可溶性糖含量,比CK高15. 53%,可显著提高沙子中的速效钾含量,比CK高55. 99%,有机质含量比CK高10. 91%;生物基A处理对番茄的株高有明显的促进作用,比CK高19. 81%,叶绿素含量比CK高8. 24%,番茄根系的总长比CK高45. 95%,叶片净光合速率是CK的1. 66倍,蒸腾速率以及气孔导度都相对较高,果实内可溶性固形物以及可溶性糖的含量分别比CK高6. 33%、8. 87%,容重比CK高3. 33%,速效氮含量是CK的16倍。通过主成分分析,生物基A的综合得分最高。因此,生物基A处理对促进番茄生长发育以及改善沙地生态环境效果最显著。宁夏回族自治区“十三五”重大研发项目(2016BZ0902);;“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目(2014BAD05B02);;吴忠国家园区专项(2016BN05);;宁夏回族自治区科技创新领军人才项目(KJT2017001
