    据对福建全海岸带选取8个地区含36处样地、480M2面积的灌丛群落调查数据,以地区间灌木种多频度相似性指数作地区聚类和排序分析,得到闽东南部和闽东北部两个地区组合,且它们依温度变化成有规律的分布格局,划分结果同福建省气候区划、福建省植被区划均基本吻合。另据以上地区灌丛群落的灌木地理成分及其种优势度分析,也都取得和地区聚类、排序相对应的结果,这均表明福建海岸带灌丛群落的分布在植被区划上具热量指示意义。This paper deals with the distribution chracteristics of shrub community From the coastal zone in Fujian Province.According to the agglomerative analysis between the similarity indexes of shrub species in 8 surveyed areas consisting of 36 plots,480 mZ From the coastal zone in Fujian, these shrub communities may be divided into two distribution groups,i.e.southeast Fujian group and northeast Fujian group.In addition,these dividing results are simi-lar to the division of Floristic geographycal elements of the shrub communities, and the divisionof climate and vegetation in Fujian Province

    Isolation of Total Cellular DNA from Three Species of Lauraceae

    为了从富含次生代谢物的樟科植物肉桂、锡兰肉桂、阴香中获得高质量DNA ,研究和改进了CTAB法、高盐低pH法和尿素法。改进方法包括 :1)在裂解液中加入 2 % β -巯基乙醇和 5 %PVP ,以防止氧化褐变的发生 ;2 )在酚 :氯仿抽提前加入 1 5mol L醋酸铵冰浴处理 ,能降低DNA的黏性。所得DNA的质量和产量经电泳、紫外吸收A2 60 A2 80 、PCR扩增和限制性内切酶酶切检测 ,结果表明改进法提取的DNA质量要比常规法的好。其中改进的CTAB法获得的DNA纯度最高 ,能用于PCR扩增和限制性内切酶酶切 ,是提取这 3种樟科植物总DNA的最佳方法。CTAB method,low pH medium with high salt method (LPHS),and urea method were used and improved to extract high-quality DNA from Lauraceae plant Cinnamomum cassia Presl.,C.zeylanicum and C.burmannii,which are rich in secondary metabolites.The modified protocols involved two key steps:1) adding 2% β-mercaptoethnoal and 5% polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in extraction solution to inhibit the oxidization of polyphenols;2) treating with 1.5?mol/L NH 4Ac and incubation at 0℃ prior to supernatant extraction with phenol:chloroform to lower the viscosity of DNA.The yields and qualities of DNA were analyzed by electrophoresis,ratios of A (260)/A (280),PCR amplification and restriction digestion.The results showed that the modified methods are better than the original ones in terms of the quality of total DNA.Among them,the modified CTAB method,which can produce high quality DNA suitable for PCR amplification and restriction digestion,is the best one for DNA extraction from three species of Lauraceae.厦门大学预研基金资

    东山岛植被资源和物种多样性特征

    调查100块样地共1hm2并野外植被填图,岛上含维管植物84科160属184种,植物区系为热带、亚热带分布成分占总属数85.7%。对岛上16个群落中的植物种数和个体数作了物种丰富度指数D1、多样性指数D2、优势度指数D3、均匀度J等统计,其中相思树群落上述指数依次为8.124、12.502、2.878和71.93%;马尾松群落为8.676、18.468、3.354、83.13%,黑松群落为8.464、11.290、2.732、67.61%。说明该3个群落为相对稳定性较大的群落。各群落乔木种类4种指数变化幅度依次为0.185~2.012、1.017~2.628、0.078~1.006、11.25%~96.39%。灌木层上述指数变化幅度依次为1.083~4.468、2.014~16.028、1.006~2.687、57.49%~96.01%。显示了灌木层种类较为丰富,多样性较高,岛上植物属于闽粤沿海丘陵平原亚热带雨林区

In order to change the secondary vegetation status on the coast, the remnant forest and shrub should be protected strengtheningly.     台湾海峡两岸高等植物有116种,其中东岸有99种,西岸92种,海峡两岸物种相似性为78.5%。据海岸基质类型的不同,可分为砂生、盐生、基岩及海岸林和广生境4个生态类群。热带海岸植物水榄、海漆、露兜树等的分布北缘在厦门以南;台湾海峡两岸植物与日本、印度较相似;各种热带、亚热带成分占优势,温带成分较少,分别占总尾数的89.9%和10.1%;台湾海峡两岸植物区系中,热带及亚热带成分从南到北呈递减趋势。There are 116 species of coastal higher plants along either sides of Taiwan Strait, 99species in the east coast and 92 species in the west coast, of which the similarity coeffient accounting for 78.5 %.On the basis of the varous coast substrata four ecologlcal groups maybe divided: sand plant, saline plant, rock and coastal forest plant, and eurylope plant.Thenorthest distribution line of tropical coastal plants such as Brugulera gymnorhiza,Excoecaria agallocha, Pandanus tectorius may be on the south of Xiamen.The flora ofcoastal plants in the Taiwan Stralt are closely relative to that in Japan and India.The tropical and subtropical floral elements are dominanting, the temperate floral element comparatively less, accounting for 89.9% and 10.1 % of the total number of genera.The tropical andsubtropical floral elements in the Taiwan Strait decrease gradually from south to north

Among them,herb accounts for 70.2%, frutex accounts for 21.4%, vine and arbor account for 8.4%.Salt loving species distributed along the inner, middle and outer estuary account for 5.7%, 6.8% and 11.8% ,respectively.     金光湖植被主要是以木荷、红楠、米槠、青冈等种类为建群种或优势种的次生常绿阔叶林.其种类组成特点说明该地区植被在垂直结构上处于由南亚热带季雨林带向山地常绿阔叶林过渡的分界线上,与邻近地区植物区系在群落结构和组成特征方面的比较结果也说明金光湖植被具有由南亚热带雨林向中亚热带常绿阔叶林过渡的性质,区系比较结果表明金光湖植物区系与相邻地区的植物区系联系密切,且这种联系以热带、亚热带成分为主,具有明显的南亚热带性特点.The evergreen broadleaved forest in Jinguanghu is the largest and best secondly natural vegetation in Xiamen Economic Special Zone. Schima superba, Machilus thunbergii, Castanopsis carlesii, Cyclobalanopsis glauca etc. are its dominant species. Analyses of the community compositions and comparison of community structure and composition with some neighborhood plant communities indicate that Jinguanghu forest is a transitional type from southsubtropical rain forest to midsubtropical evergreen broadleaved forest. Comparative studies of plant flora demonstrate that Jinguanghu flora bear close relationships with its neighbors, and these relationships affirm its transitional and subtropical characteristics correspondingly
