    Lactic acid extraction from kitchen wastes fermentation using aqueous two-phase systems

    利用聚乙二醇(PEg)/葡聚糖(dEX)双水相体系分离餐厨垃圾发酵产物乳酸,分析了聚合物浓度和分子量的影响,以及餐厨垃圾多批次连续发酵时乳酸产率。实验结果表明,PEg/dEX双水相体系对乳酸菌生长影响不大,PEg和dEX浓度变化对乳酸产率、相体积比无显著影响;当dEX分子量由20 000升至40 000,乳酸生成速率由0.631 g/(l.H)降至0.518 g/(l.H),乳酸浓度由33 g/l降至22 g/l。多批次餐厨垃圾连续发酵可极大缩短发酵时间,在不投加缓冲剂的情况下,单批次乳酸产率仍大于0.30 g/g,累积产率大于0.45 g/g。Polyethylene glycol(PEG)/dextran(DEX) aqueous two-phase systems were used to extract lactic acid from kitchen wastes fermentation.Results showed that PEG/DEX system had insignificant effect on the growth of lactic acid bacteria.The variation of PEG and DEX concentrations influenced cells growth and lactic acid biosynthesis indistinctively.Volume ratio kept stable throughout the processes,despite the changes of raw material and product concentrations.Different from little influence of PEG molecular weight on fermentation,the increase of DEX molecular weight from 20 000 to 40 000 led to declines of lactate conversion rate from 0.631 g/(L·h) to 0.518 g/(L·h) and lactic acid concentration from 33 g/L To 22 g/L.A repeated extractive fermentation was carried out with four top-phase replacements.Results presented that when cell density reached the stationary phase in the first extractive fermentation,the lactate yield was maintained above 0.30 g/g per batch and 0.45 g/g in the total process.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2009J05132);福建省科技计划项目(2010I004);厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20111049

    开发低温下高催化活性的柴油机碳烟颗粒燃烧催化剂是当前环境催化领域的热点问题。利用共沉淀的方法制备了用于碳烟催化燃烧反应的Ag/Ce_(0.75); Zr_(0.25)O_2催化剂。活性评价结果表明,相对于Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_2催化剂,Ag的引入可显著降低碳烟催化燃烧温度。; 而且,Ag的负载量存在一个最佳值。以XRD、in-situ; XRD、BET、TPR等表征手段探究了该系列催化剂结构性质及其变化产生的影响。结果表明,Ag与Ce物种间的相互作用可显著降低催化剂(特别是CeO; _2表面氧)的还原温度。该相互作用使Ag/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_2催化剂在一定温度下(>200℃)就表现出Ag+的性质。这些性; 质与该催化剂具有较高的碳烟氧化活性相关。而且,该催化剂也表现出良好的稳定性。It is still important to develop soot oxidation catalysts with excellent; activity under low temperature. Ag/Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_2 was synthesized; via coprecipitation method for soot oxidation. Compared with the; catalytic performance of Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_2, the introduction of Ag; can lead to the decrease of soot-ignition temperature. Moreover, there; is an optimal Ag loading. Subsequently, several methods such as XRD,; in-situ XRD, BET, TPR were used to characterize the physicochemical; properties of Ag-based catalysts. The results showed that the; introduction of Ag resulted in decreasing the reduction temperature of; surface oxygen species, being due to the interaction of Ag and Ce. The; interaction also brings about the occurrence of Ag~+ nature. And the; feature is linked with the outstanding activity of soot oxidation for; Ag-based catalyst.     Studies on the Interactions between Bioactive Peroxovanadium Complexes Bearing Organic Ligands and Histidine

    在合成和表征了 4种具有较强生物活性双过氧钒配合物K3 [VO(O2 ) 2 (ox) ]·2H2 O ,Na[VO(O2 ) 2 (bipy) ]·5H2 O ,K[VO(O2 ) 2 (phen) ]·3H2 O和K2 [VO(O2 ) 2 (pic) ]·2H2 O [分别缩写为pV(ox) ,pV(bipy) ,pV(phen)和pV(pic) ,其中ox为草酸根 ,bipy为 2 ,2′ 联吡啶 ,phen为邻菲咯啉 ,pic为 2 羧酸吡啶负离子 ]的基础上 ,利用多种NMR技术和电喷雾质谱 (ESI MS)研究了这 4种含有机配体双过氧钒配合物与组氨酸 (His)在溶液中的相互作用以及反应物浓度、时间、pH等对相互作用体系的影响 .51VNMR跟踪监测的结果表明 :双过氧钒配合物pV(ox)和pV(pic)与His在中性水溶液中存在强配位相互作用 ,而pV(bipy)和pV(phen)与His在中性水溶液中无明显作用 .我们还利用谱学方法确定了pV(ox)和His相互作用后所生成产物是pV(ox)分别与His咪唑基上的 3 N和 1 N配位的一对异构体.  In order to explore the structure2activity relationship and molecular mechanism of the specific recognition between peroxovanadium (pV) complexes bearing organic ligands and the target enzymes of tyrosine phosphatase , several NMR techniques and ESI2MS were used to study the interactions of four pV complexes {pV(ox) , pV ( bipy) , pV (phen) and pV (pic) , where pV = [VO (O2 ) 2L ] n - , in which L = oxalic acid dianion (ox) , bipyridine (bipy) , 1 ,102phenanthroline (phen) , and pyridine222carboxylic acid (pic) } towards histidine. Strong coordination interactions between imidazole of histidine and vanadium of pV(ox) or pV(pic) were observed in neutral solution , while there are not obvious interactions between histidine and pV(bipy) or pV(phen) . All 13C and 1H NMR signals of 1∶1 stoichiometric mixture of pV(ox) and histidine were assigned. Spectroscopic studies demonstrated that new complexes in the mixture of pV(ox) and histidine are a pair of isomers in which the vanadium in pV(ox) binding to the 32N and 12N of the imidazole ring. Moreover , the results of effective factors on the interaction system indicated that the new isomers were stable under the condition of physiological pH and the structure2activity relationship of these pV complexes may be relevant to their specific recognition towards histidine residues in tyrosine phosphatase.国家自然科学基金 (Nos.2 0 172 0 42 ,2 9832 0 2 0 )资助项

    采用文献法、调查法、统计法、逻辑法等研究方法,以参加2013—2015年福建省基础教育万名骨干教师培训中的190名中小学体育骨干教师为调查对象,对教师基本情况和教师专业发展的认识、态度、知识、能力、继续教育等现状进行调查,在此基础上对教师专业发展现状进行分析,总结出我省中小学体育骨干教师专业发展的特点及存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,给我省中小学体育教师培训机构的改革提供依据,同时为我省中小学体育教师专业发展提供参考与借鉴,为进一步深化我省中小学体育教育改革提供人才保障.结果表明:1)目前,福建省中小学体育骨干教师以年富力强者居多,年龄、职称结构较合理;教师专业发展意识强,学历层次由大专逐步向本科、硕士过度,但硕士比例小;2)教师专业发展态度端正,职业的稳定性和责任感强烈,但部分年轻教师缺乏专业发展的自主性;3)教师对专业知识的掌握比较扎实,主要通过互联网、图书资料、专家报告或讲座等方法来获取专业知识;4)专业能力水平方面,教师在体育教学、课外指导、体育保健、现代教育技术运用等方面能力比较强,而创新教育和科研两方面能力相对比较薄弱;5)当下,我省中小学体育骨干教师最需要强化的培训是课题申报技能、论文写作能力、专题讲座能力、教育科研方法、提高学历层次、教学设计能力,其中提高科研能力和水平是教师们最迫切的愿望.2014年福建省中青年教师教育科研项目(社科A类)(JAS14023

    Grain size characteristics of different underlying surfaces over coastal front zone

    在海岸前沿选取林地、草地、裸地3种不同的下垫面环境,研究风沙运动对其粒度的影响。结果表明,3个样地均以细沙为主,中沙、粗沙分列其后,但样地间沙粒含量差异很大;3个样地粒径均随海岸距离的增加而变粗,林地变化较为明显且粒径最粗,林地和草地下层的沙粒径都比表层的粗,裸地则无明显变化;与草地和裸地相比,林地内沙土平均粒径最粗,标准偏差最大,负偏程度最高,这与林地内粒径较粗有关;在草地和裸地中,平均粒径与各粒度参数均存在良好的相关性,表明草地和裸地沉积物为风力搬运堆积的产物,受风选作用明显。细沙与极粗沙和粗沙都呈现极显著的正相关关系,可以根据极粗沙和粗沙的含量来判别防护林的防护效应,即在海岸前沿,沙粒粒径越粗,防护效能越好。Three different underlying surfaces,the Casuarina Equisetifolia protection forest,the grassland and the bare land over coastal front zone were sampled to investigate the impact of sand drift movement on the grain size characteristics,results showed as follows.The surface sand samples in this region were dominated by fine sand,while medium sand and coarse sand exhibited decreasingly,but sand contents were significantly different between sample plots.Because of the degree of accumulation of sand,the grain size became bigger with the distance increasing,the protection forest had the most obvious change and the coarser grain size,the grain size of sub-surface( below 100 mm) was coarser than that of the surface in the protection forest land and the grassland,but not in the bare land.Due to the coarser grain size,the protection forest land had the highest average particle size,largest standard deviation and the highest degree of negative bias compared with the grassland and bare land.Because of the pneumatic separation,there was remarkable correlation between average particle size and other particle size parameters in grassland and bare land,the coarse sand and very coarse sand showed very significant positive correlation with the silty sand so that we could use the content of the coarser sand to distinguish the protection effect of the protection forest,it meant that the coarser sand in the coastal front zone,the better protection effect it had.国家自然科学基金项目“海陆交界带的土地利用变化对典型植被碳吸存影响的宏微观尺度研究”(41176092

    凡口铅锌矿湿地处理系统的土壤原生动物

    20 0 1年 12月 ,在广东省韶关市凡口铅锌矿湿地处理系统中采集土壤样品 ,采用Singh和Stout的培养法对土样中的原生动物进行定性、定量研究。共发现原生动物 4 2种 ,对照区和湿地每克风干土壤中原生动物的平均丰度分别为 2 377和 113,三大类土壤原生动物丰度中鞭毛虫占优势 ,多于纤毛虫和肉足虫。通过原生动物种类、丰度与土壤理化参数的统计分析说明铅锌尾矿对土壤原生动物群落的危害极大。通过土壤原生动物丰度和物种相似性聚类分析结果反映出正在使用的湿地 3土壤受污染严重 ,已停止使用的湿地 1
