    海水富营养化评价方法的研究进展与应用现状

    基于RBF神经网络补偿的一种绳牵引并联机器人支撑系统的力/位混合控制

    为了保证用于风洞试验的绳牵引并联机器人支撑系统(Wire-Driven Parallel Robot Support System WDPRSS)的末端执行精度,设计了一种采用Hamilton-Jacobi Inequality(HJI)定理并基于RBF神经网络补偿的力/位混合控制。通过对WDPRSS的动力学建模分析,选择以位姿作为变量建立WDPRSS的整体动力学方程。将所设计的力/位混合控制代入到整体动力学方程中得误差闭环系统,对闭环系统进行稳定性分析,结果证明WDPRSS是趋于渐进稳定特性的。对八绳牵引的并联机器人支撑系统进行MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真实验,仿真结果表明所设计的力/位混合控制是正确有效的,满足控制精度要求,并将所设计的力/位混合控制与PD控制进行对比分析。最后,通过样机实验验证了所提控制方案的有效性。仿真实验和样机实验为在样机上进行技术实现提供了理论依据和实验基础

    颅痛煎对偏头痛患者超敏C反应蛋白影响及疗效观察

    目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化与偏头痛发病机制的关系,观察颅痛煎治疗偏头痛疗效及对hs-CRP的影响。方法选取65例偏头痛患者和30例健康人进行检测hs-CRP,再将65例病人随机分为颅痛煎汤治疗组(简称颅头煎组)32例,给予颅痛煎,一日一剂,水煎分2次服;西比灵对照组(简称西比灵组)33例,给于西比灵5mg,一天1次,谷维素20mg,一天3次。共治疗28天后。观察两组患者的治疗前后疼痛程度、持续时间、发作频度及检测hs-CRP,计算其头痛指数和头痛疗效。结果偏头痛组hs-CRP含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),治疗后颅痛煎组的hs-CRP水平明显低于西比林组(P<0.05),颅痛煎组的临床基本恢复、总有效率、头痛指数明显好于西比灵组(P<0.01、<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP的增高与偏头痛的发生有关,颅痛煎治疗偏头痛疗效明显优于西比灵,可能与颅痛煎降低偏头痛患者的hs-CRP有关

    【中文摘要】 青蟹属(Scylla)有锯缘青蟹(Scylla serrata),拟穴青蟹(S.paramamosain),紫螯青蟹(S.tranquebarica)和榄绿青蟹(S.olivacea)等4个种。我国以拟穴青蟹占绝对优势,它有个体大、生长快、适应性强、肉味鲜美、营养丰富等特点,已成为具有重要经济价值的海水养殖蟹类之一。随着青蟹人工育苗技术的突破、养殖技术的改进和多种养蟹形式的开发,养蟹业得到了蓬勃发展,其养殖规模不断扩大,产量不断提高,据统计,2004年全国青蟹养殖产量已达10.85万吨。养蟹产业的形成和持续发展必然要走健康养殖的道路,而健康养殖除了供应高质量苗种和保持良好的养殖环境外,必须供应量足质优的饲料,以满足青蟹的营养需求。然而,尽管我国青蟹养殖已有100多年的历史,但对其营养需求研究和配合饲料研发起步较晚,国外的相关研究也较少,故目前市场上尚未生产出能满足其正常生长发育所需营养需求的配合饲料,养蟹所用的饲料主要是天然低质鱼、虾、贝类等。鲜杂鱼等天然生物饵料资源有限,供应不稳定,使用不方便(需要冷冻保存),营养不全面,自身携带病原菌,且投喂后容易腐烂分解,败坏水质,易导致病害蔓延,难以满足日益扩大的养蟹... 【英文摘要】 The mud crab,Scylla sp.,is an important crustacean species farmed on a commercial scale in China.They are polycultured with fish or shrimp,but mud crabs are now monocultured in increasing density to supply the growing market.This trend has made diet development more important.Information on the nutrients required for growth of mud crabs is vital for the formulation of an effective feed.This paper reviews the current knowledge on Scylla sp.nutrition with special reference to developments during the last deca...国家“八六三”计划项目(2002AA603013); 厦门大学高层次人才引进科研启动项目; 厦门大学“九八五”计划科技创新项目“青蟹亲体脂肪酸营养与幼体发育关系研究

    Photo-generated dinuclear {Eu(II)}2 active sites for selective CO2 reduction in a photosensitizing metal-organic framework

    利用太阳光驱动CO2还原不仅可降低大气中CO2浓度,而且可以生成重要的化工原料,是缓解气候变暖和开发新能源的理想途径之一。然而如何制备高效光催化剂将CO2高选择性地转化为高附加值的化学产品极具挑战性。课题组巧妙地将具有催化活性的稀土簇合物与光敏配体组装在一起,合成了具有大孔结构的稀土Eu-Ru(phen)3-MOF催化剂,实现了可见光驱动的CO2到甲酸盐的高效选择性转化。研究表明,该材料光催化生成甲酸盐的反应速率可达到321.9 μmol h−1 mmolMOF−1,这是至今为止报道的光催化还原CO2转化为甲酸盐活性最高的MOFs催化剂。 该项研究工作由博士生闫志浩完成,博士生杜明浩参与部分表征工作;中国科学院大连化学物理研究所金盛烨研究员、刘俊学博士在瞬态光谱表征中给予了支持;我校化学化工学院汪骋教授在数据分析过程中给予大量帮助;理论计算由浙江工业大学庄桂林副教授完成。【Abstract】Photocatalytic reduction of CO2 is a promising approach to achieve solar-to-chemical energy conversion. However, traditional catalysts usually suffer from low efficiency, poor stability, and selectivity. Here we demonstrate that a large porous and stable metal-organic framework featuring dinuclear Eu(Ⅲ)2 clusters as connecting nodes and Ru(phen)3 -derived ligands as linkers is constructed to catalyze visible-light-driven CO2 reduction. Photo-excitation of the metalloligands initiates electron injection into the nodes to generate dinuclear {Eu(Ⅱ)} 2 active sites, which can selectively reduce CO2 to formate in a two-electron process with a remarkable rate of 321.9μmolh −1 mmol MOF −1 . The electron transfer from Ru metalloligands to Eu(Ⅲ)2 catalytic centers are studied via transient absorption and theoretical calculations, shedding light on the photocatalytic mechanism. The reclamation of polluted soils is becoming more important to improve environmental protection and to prompt agricultural production in these areas. In the present study, total of nine treatments of different amount of lime (0, 25 and 50 kg/m2) was used as isolation layer in the flat slag heap, and then the isolation layer was covered with different amount of non-contamination soil (30, 45 and 60 cm), respectively. During the following two years, bean (Phaseolus angularis), Chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis), maize (Zea mays) and potato (Solanum tuberosum) were planted,concentrations of some metals (Zn, Pb, Cd) in soils and the edible part of the crops were determined to assess the effects of reclamation by statistical analysis of One-Way ANOVA (LSD). The results indicated that metal concentrations in edible part of the crops were decreased by the treatments of limestone isolation layer; maize had the lowest enrichment factor of heavy metals among the four crops, while Chinese cabbage had the highest content, demonstrating that maize was more suitable to be cultivated compared with the others, lime as isolation layer could significantly reduce the accumulation of heavy metals in the edible part of the crops, and 25 kg/m2 lime isolation layer combined with 30 cm non-contamination soil cover showed the effective reclamation result.国家自然科学基金(30530150,40673064);福建省高校创新团队培育计划;贵州省科学技术基金(20062014

    Political economy of cross-border mergers and acquisitions

    This dissertation studies the political economy of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&As) from two angles, namely, compatibility of national security interests and political uncertainty around national elections. Using the presence of military alliance as a proxy for the compatibility of security interests between countries, this study finds that the presence of military alliance between two countries is positively associated with the intensity of cross-border M&A activity. This result is robust to different measures of M&A volume and using colonial contiguity before World War II to instrument for the presence of alliance. The positive effect of military alliance on cross-border M&As is greater when the alliance includes a defense commitment, the allied acquirer country is a major power nation, and the legal environment of the target country is weaker. What’s more, the presence of military alliance reduces the premium offered and increases the probability of a bidder obtaining full control of the target firm. These findings suggest that compatible security interests act as a facilitator in the international market of control by reducing transaction costs associated with cross-border deals. This study also examines the effect of political uncertainty around national elections on outbound cross-border M&As in 47 countries between 2001 and 2010. The results show that the year before a national election is associated with greater volume of outbound cross-border M&As. An acquisition deal is more likely to be cross-border and increase acquirer’s announcement returns in the year before a national election. Across countries, this relation is stronger in countries with lower checks and balances and lower level of shareholder protection. Within countries, this relation is weaker when elections with high likelihood to reappoint incumbent leader and stronger when a new leader is more likely to win. In addition, firms doing outbound cross-border acquisitions in the year before national election tend to choose targets from different industries with them. These results are consistent with the hypothesis that firms strategically time cross-border acquisitions and diversify political uncertainty abroad before national elections.published_or_final_versionEconomics and FinanceDoctoralDoctor of Philosoph
