This study aims to determine the form of sale and purchase agreement broke up between the author with the publisher CV. Teguh Karya and also to know the form of legal protection conducted by the publisher CV.Teguh Karya on the moral
rights and economic rights of the author. This research uses descriptive Juridical Empiric method. The Source of data comes from primary data that is direct interview with board of CV.Teguh Karya and secondary data derived from
primary law material and secondary law material. Based on the results of research can be concluded that: Form of agreement made between the author with the publisher CV.Teguh Karya is a broken sale and purchase agreement set forth in written form. In the agreement contains the rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by the parties. In this breaking sale agreement the authors bind herself to
the publisher CV.Teguh Karya in the form of submission in the form of a script given to the publisher CV.Teguh Karya to print and published in the form of Student Activity Sheet (LKS). Then the publisher CV.Teguh Karya will provide
cash of Rp.25.000,00 per page given to the author. So with the provision of cash is also included in terms of protecting the economic rights of author conducted by
the publisher CV.Teguh Karya. While the form of legal protection against the moral rights of the author can be: first, the publisher CV.Teguh Karya always include the name of the author on the Student Activity Sheet(LKS). goods will move easily and faster from one area to another area. Surakarta is city with traffic rute which passed by bus transportation from West Java and East Java. P.O Mulyo Indah and Perum Damri ar e two autobus companies which are
based in Surakarta which give safe, comfortable, tidy, fluent and solid as the transportation purposes. As matter of fact there are still many of lacks need to be fixed by many bussinessman of autobus companies, and passangers as the consumers who use the transportation facilities feel are not comfortable to use both autobus companies because often the bus full of passangers and don't pay attention of standard minimum services to factor of comfortably passangers. Based on Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 regarding to Consumers Protection and Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 regarding to Traffic and Land Transportation also other rules regarding to the consumers rights and

Siaran Televisi Dan Anak: Studi Tentang Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Tayangan Infotainment
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana perlindungan anak sebagai konsumen televisi pada tayangan Infotainment. Infotainment adalah salah satu jenis pengembangan bahasa yang kemudian menjadi istilah populer untuk berita ringan yang menghibur atau informasi hiburan. Anak secara khusus adalah sebagai konsumen menonton acara infotaiment. Seharusnya adanya perlindungan terhadap anak juga dapat dijadikan solusi bagi terbatasnya tayangan-tayangan infotaiment yang mengudara di televisi. Disebutkan di dalam Undang-Undang No.23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak seperti yang terdapat di dalam pasal 1 angka 12, yaitu: “Hak anak adalah bagian dari hak azasi manusia yang wajib dijamin dilindungi dan dipenuhi oleh orang tua, keluarga, masyarakat, pemerintah dan negara.”
Tujuannya adalah mengetahui peraturan perundang-undangan ini dapat melindungi anak atau tidak dapat melindungi anak dalam hal sebagai konsumen program pertelevisian dalam tayangan infotainment.
Kesimpulannya adalah di dalam 3 peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur perlindungan anak sebagai konsumen, yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2002 Tentang Penyiaran, Undang-Undang No.23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen tidak memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi anak di dalam 12 acara infotainment di 3 stasiun televisi yang penulis teliti sebagai objek penelitian

Sarana Surakarta Ventura over funding with profit-sharing given to investee company. Approaching method used in this research is juridical-normative. Type of research used is to describe every single detail of the state subjectively. This research shows that agreement of funding in form of profit sharing reduces the characteristic of capital venture itself, because its profit-sharing has similarity with system conducted on bank or shariah product such as Musyarakah and Mudharabah. The problem in this research is how collective trademark registration procedure of UMKM Kampung Batik Laweyan and whether collective brand can be used as alternative of brand protection. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze collective brand registration procedure of UMKM Kampung Batik Laweyan and the use of collective brand as an alternative of brand protection. In this research, empirical juridical approach is descriptive. Sources of data consists of primary data ie interviews and secondary data ie official documents, books, and research results tangible reports. Methods of data collection through literature study and field study (interview), then the data were analyzed qualitatively. From this research, it is found that in applying for collective brand registration as common property, it is almost similar to the registration of a brand in general, only in the registration of a mark must be clearly stated and clear that the mark

will be used as a collective brand and the application of collective mark must be accompanied copies of the terms of collective brand use signed by all the respective owners of the mark, this provision is governed by Act No. 20 of 2016 concerning brands and geographical indications. The use of collective trademarks can be used as an alternative to brand protection of UMKM businessmen in Kampung Batik Laweyan, as well as the use of collective brands more effectively than ordinary brands, using collective brand and joint marketing can reduce the level of unhealthy business competition among UMKM businesspeople in Kampung Batik Laweyan

Perlindungan Hukum Konsumen Terhadap Iklan Susu Formula Melalui Media Televisi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil dari tayangan iklan susu
formula dan mendeskripsikan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen susu formula
terhadap iklan yang dilakukan melalui media televisi serta koran Kompas dan koran
Sindo. Metode penelitian dengan metode pendekatan doktrinal. Jenis penelitian yang
digunakan deskriptif yakni mendeskripsikan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen
susu formula terhadap iklan yang dilakukan melalui media televisi, sedangkan
metode analisis data dengan metode normatif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa iklan susu formula yang ditayangkan dan dipaparkan media
tidak menggunakan kata-kata yang berlebihan, tidak menyesatkan atau tidak
mengelabui konsumen (misleading), tidak memberikan informasi secara keliru/tidak
tepat (deceptive), memberikan gambaran secara tidak lengkap (omission), tidak
bertentangan dengan norma, etika, dan nilai-nilai agama serta menjamin hak-hak
konsumen untuk memperoleh informasi. Sedangkan perlindungan hukum bagi
konsumen tersebut telah diatur dengan undang-undang yang berlaku

The purposes of this study are to know the legal relationship between all
parties that are involved in delivery service insurance of insurance goods and to
know the Legal protection of insurance goods in Indonesia Insurance Service
Co.Ltd branch of Surakarta and PT Pos Indonesia branch of Surakarta. The type
of this research is a Juridical-Sociology research that aim to solve the problems of
this research. The source of data is primary data that are obtained from direct
interview with Human Resources Manager of PT Pos Indonesia Surakarta and
Head of Jasindo Technical Unit. The researcher also using secondary and tertiary
data. Data analysis method is using qualitative data analysis. The results are: first,
the relationship between both of them have same authorization where as each of
them do their own role. The carrier has a responsibility to carry goods safely,
meanwhile the sender is responsible to pay the delivery cost and give the goods
that will be delivered with clear address. Second, the kind of legal protection is, if
the insurer does not complete his responsibility to pay the compensation then the
insured has a right to process it through legal field because it has harmed the
insured

Sebagaimana disebutkan pasal 4 ayat (1) Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers “Kemerdekaan pers dijamin sebagai hak asasi warga negara”. Pasal ini menegaskan bahwa kemerdekaan pers atau kebebasan pers adalah hak yang mutlak diberikan kepada warga negaranya untuk memperoleh informasi dan berpendapat sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh UUD 1945. Kebebasan pers menuntut beberapa macam persyaratan, salah satu yang terpenting adalah yang dikenal dengan istilah “pers bebas”. Pers (dalam hal ini) wartawan harus bebas dari pengaruh Negara/Pemerintah, Perusahaan Pers, dan Masyarakat sipil sendiri.
