    This study aims to determine digital promotion strategies to increase sales of CV Bengawan Putra Mandiri, to determine the obstacles encountered in promoting CV Bengawan Putra Mandiri properties, and to determine efforts to deal with obstacles in promoting CV Bengawan Putra Mandiri properties. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the digital promotion strategy used by CV Bengawan Putra Mandiri, namely Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Website, and also OLX (2) the obstacles faced by CV Bengawan Putra Mandiri are difficulties due to the large number of competitors in Wonogiri Regency, difficulty choosing target market, and difficulty monitoring whether advertisements have reached consumers or not (3) efforts made by CV Bengawan Putra Mandiri, namely by focusing more on the social media used, improving product quality, expanding relationships, and activating sponsored account

    This study aims to describe implementation, implementation barriers, and solutions in overcoming barriers to digital marketing implementation by online business people of UMS and IAIN Surakarta students. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study design. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model with three stages of data acquisition, namely; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show: (1) The digital marketing strategy carried out by UMS and IAIN students online business is the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, Native Advertising, and Social Media Marketing while the strategies that have not been implemented by students UMS and IAIN are Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Affiliate Marketing (2) The obstacles to implementing digital marketing in online business players for UMS and IAIN Surakarta students are the lack of capital they have to advertise because advertising is included in the digital marketing strategy and the second obstacle is limited time so that business management is also very minimal. (3) The solution in overcoming the obstacles experienced by UMS and IAIN students as an online business players is to have smart phones, this simplifying the communication process without knowing the limitations of place and time. Discussions about content that will be created or reposted can be done through Whatsapp groups. Conducting People's Business Credit which is subsidized by the government with low interest costs so that it can develop a wider business and carry out a more varied product stock

    This study aims to: 1) find out the process of developing interactive e-modules based on discovery learning 2) find out the validity of discovery-based interactive e-modules 3) find out the increase in students' learning motivation after using learning media in the form of discovery-based interactive e- modules learning. This research is a type of research on the development of the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques in this development research are through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The type of data in this study is to use quantitative and qualitative data. The results show that there are five stages in the development of interactive e-modules, namely the learning media is less attractive so that students are less active in the learning process (Analysis), collecting materials and making layouts (Design), making the e-module design real with fliphtml5 software and being validated (Development). ), the use of e-modules by students of class X IPS 4 and teachers of economics subjects (Implementation), assessment of the results of the questionnaire (Evaluation). The validity of the interactive e-module learning media based on the assessment of linguists obtained an average score of 66% which was included in the valid category, material experts obtained an average score of 79% which was included in the valid category, and media experts obtained an average score of 85% which was included in the very valid category. . Based on the results of the study, students' learning motivation before using the interactive e-module was 45.57% in the "medium motivation" category and after using the interactive e-module was 84.24% in the "very high motivation" category. Thus, the learning motivation of class X IPS 4 students increased by 38.67%

    This study aims to describe the condition of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) and strategies SO (Strngth-Opportunity), WO Weaknesses- Opportunity, ST (Strengths-Threats), and WT (Weaknesses-Threats) in the development of tempe chips industry. in Karangtengah Village, Prandon, Ngawi. This type of research uses a qualitative case study design. Data collection techniques through observation, and interviews. The subjects of the study were the business owners of Prima Tempe Chips, Rizki Rama Chips & Aulia Tempe Chips. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis through three stages of data acquisition, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed: (1) Strengths: prioritizing taste quality, business experience, continuous production, famous for tempe chips center, brand development and affordable prices. Weaknesses: expensive raw materials, quiet market conditions, and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Opportunities: increasing market demand, economical and affordable prices, cooperating with suppliers. Threats: many competitors, limited capital and declining sales. (2) S-O (Strngth- Opportunity) Strategy: Carry out brand development, improve taste quality, long business experience, economical and affordable prices and collaborate with suppliers. W-O (Weakness-Opportunity) strategy: Management of raw material availability, improving Quality Control and packaging, meeting market demand, and cooperating with suppliers. S-T (Strengths-Threats) Strategy: A place that is famous for its tempe chips center, continuous production, developing taste innovations, and maintaining product quality.     This study aims to describe the improvement of Islamic financial literacy, which includes efforts to increase Islamic financial literacy, the benefits obtained by students after receiving Islamic financial literacy education, and supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic financial literacy. The research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta in October 2020. Data collection techniques were through: observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data used in the study was data triangulation. The data analysis technique uses a data analysis pattern by following the flow model, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that (1). Increasing Islamic financial literacy in students is implemented through the preparation of the RPS (Semester Learning Plan). Then students are expected to be able to implement and apply the concept of Islamic finance in everyday life, the learning methods applied by lecturers are lectures and discussions. (2) The benefits that students get after receiving education about Islamic finance are that they understand more about the concept of Islamic finance, but the use of financial products and services for students is still low. (3). The supporting factor for increasing Islamic financial literacy in students is the availability of good facilities and infrastructure that support learning and students can attend seminars or workshops on Islamic finance.     This study aims to (1) describe the development of e-module economic subjects based on problem based learning. (2) determine the feasibility of e-module economic subjects based on problem based learning to improve student learning outcomes. This research method is Research and Development with ADDIE model. The product trial was conducted on 5 students while the field trial was conducted on 36 students. Data collection techniques in this study through observation methods, expert feasibility test questionnaires, documentation and tests. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the learning process using e-module economic subjects based on problem based learning for class X at SMA Negeri 1 Wirosari was good. The feasibility level of problem based learning-based e-module products as learning media for economic subjects is known based on the assessment of material experts with a percentage of 85.71% in the very feasible category, media experts with a percentage of 89,00% in a very feasible category, linguists with a percentage of 64.00 % the category is feasible, the teacher's response with a percentage of 100% in the very practical category, and the student's response with a percentage of 80.9% in the practical category. The use of e-module economic subjects based on problem based learning as a learning medium can improve student learning outcomes as evidenced by the results of the average pretest score of 58.86 while the posttest score of 64.53. This means that the problem-based learning-based e-module in economics is able to improve student learning outcomes for class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Wirosari by 9.63%

    This study aims to find out what learning difficulties are experienced by students of class XFinancial Accounting SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi in the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive design. The research subjects were MYOB Accounting teachers and 15 students of class XI Financial Accounting and SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi as respondents. Data collection techniques used include interviews and observations. To ensure the validity of the data, triangulation (source and technique) was used. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were several difficulties experienced by students in learning MYOB Accounting, namely the lack of understanding in English, lack of understanding in operating computers. lack of understanding of basic accounting, computers that sometimes error, time constraints, delivery of material from teachers and students do not have devices that support MYOB learning at home. The conclusion of this study is that students experience learning difficulties due to a lack of understanding of English terms, lack of ability to operate computers where students look hesitant when holding a computer as well as when printing assignments on a print machine students look confused, there is a computer error , students only learn MYOB at school because dirumah does not have adequate devices to install the MYOB application, limited time in learning MYOB due to being cut off with On the Job Training (OJT) time, lack of student understanding of basic accounting, and teacher delivery that is too fast to make students lag behind the material that has been taught

    The research goal are described: (1) the effect of business capital on the business profit of wholesale store in Jati sub-district, Kudus district. (2) the effect of sales on the business profit of the wholesale store in Jati sub-district, Kudus district. (3) the effect of business capital and sales on the business profit of wholesale store in Jati sub-district, Kudus district. The research uses quantitative methods designed cencus. The population of wholesale store in Jati sub-district, Kudus district is 68 store. Data collection techniques on the use of questionnaire and documentation. The technique of the data analysis of multiple regression. The result of the analysis regression there have been instances of the equation of the regression the is: Y = 26,447 + 0,201 X1 + 0,197 X2. The equation explains that business capital and sales have an effect on business profit. The analysis and discussion obtained the conclusion that: (1) business capital has a positive and significant effect on the business profit wholesale store in Jati sub-district, Kudus district. In the test obtained tcount> ttable = 2,000 > 1996 and the probability value ttable = 2,141 > 1996 and the probability value ftable, which is 4,583 > 3,14 and a significant probability value <0,05, which is 0,014. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,124 or 12,4% while the remaining 87,6% the rest influenced other variables that not be researched. Recommendations from this study are expected to pay attention to the constraints that exist in wholesales store which are still difficult to develop in terms of capital dan competition between stores as consideration for improvement and refinement of research to carried out

    This study aims to determine: 1) The feasibility of Problem-Based Learning-based LKPD learning media by utilizing the Padlet application in Economics for class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kradenan. 2) The use of Problem-Based Learning-based LKPD learning media by utilizing the Padlet application can improve student learning achievement in Economics subject in class X at SMA Negeri 1 Kradenan. This research is a type of development research or Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques in this development research are through observation, questionnaires and tests. The type of data in this study is to use quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the study show that there are five stages in making Problem Based Learning worksheets, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The feasibility of LKPD learning media based on Problem Based Learning based on the assessment: 1) Material Expert 1 obtained an average score of 100% which was included in the very feasible category, 2) Material Expert 2 obtained an average score of 91.92% which was included in the very feasible category, 3) Media Expert obtained an average score of 87.5% which was included in the very feasible category. Based on the results of the study, the media effectiveness trial data after the pre-test and post-test for class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kradenan obtained an average pre-test of 37.27% and a post-test of 70.80% for the control class, while a pre-test average of 38.48% and a post-test of 90.91% for the experimental class were obtained. From the learning outcomes data that was tested also had a significant difference because Sig. (2-tailed) has a value of 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between the pre-test (before using Problem Based Learning-based LKPD learning media) and post-test (after using Problem Based Learning-based LKPD learning media)
