PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AUDIO VISUAL PADA SISTEM PENDINGIN SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA DI SMK PERINDUSTRIAN YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menghasilkan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk perangkat lunak komputer, sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Perindustrian Yogyakarta; (2) Mengetahui kualitas media audio visual yang sesuai dengan kriteria kualitas media pembelajaran otomotif untuk SMK yang baik; (3) Menghasilkan media pembelajaran audio visual pada sistem pendingin yang layak diimplementasikan sebagai media pembelajaran di SMK Perindustrian Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang dilakukan di Jurusan Teknik Mekanik Otomotif di SMK Perindustrian Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini berupa pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual mata pelajaran sistem pendingin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan soal tes (pretest & postest). Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan uji coba penerapan media dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil pretest & posttest dari dua kelompok yang menggunakan media audio visual dan yang tidak menggunakan media audio visual. Hasil penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran audio visual. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat baik untuk digunakan berdasarkan uji kelayakan menurut ahli media pembelajaran dengan persentase total sebesar 81,6%, ahli materi dengan persentase total sebesar 85%, penilaian guru mata pelajaran dengan persentase total 90%, hasil uji kelompok kecil dengan persentase total sebesar 87,1% dan uji coba kelompok besar dengan persentase total sebesar 86,7%. Media pembelajaran dengan audio visual ini telah teruji keefektifannya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Dari hasil uji di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran dengan audio visual yang dikembangkan sangat baik digunakan sebagai pendukung pembelajaran untuk mata pelajaran sistem pendingin dan efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa

Time and the Prison Experience

Throughout the literature on time there has been an omission of the qualitative dimension of time in relation to the experience of time in different locales. This paper will explore the nature and role of time-use in prison. Based on intensive fieldwork in 8 male and female prison establishments, this article will explore the experiences of women and men aged 50 years and above serving a custodial sentence and their relationship with time. The data draws from 90 semi-structured interviews. The aim of this paper is firstly to landscape time use in prison. Secondly, to show how time in prison is negotiated by the prisoners and finally, examine how outside time becomes more real as the transition from a closed to an open prison becomes more imminent.Older Offenders, Identity, Time, Prisons

STUDI ANALISA KEBUTUHAN RUANG PARKIR POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA

Parking is an essential part of an infrastructure building. It should be available on a building which is utilized as the activity centre. As the central activity of D3 education with the number of more than 4,000 students, the parking area of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya needs concern. Furthermore,it needs a research. The purpose of the research is to find out available facility based on its allocation, to obtain the parking characteristics, to utilize available area, to predict parking needs within 5 years ahead and to recommend the parking development. The writer conducted the observation for several days on lectures time activity. It was conducted by watching the traffict flow around the State Polytechnic campus. The result of analysis showed that the parking accumulation for motorcycle and four- wheel vehicle was 2,018 and 198. The allocation of available parking area was 2,100 m2 for motorcycle and 3,710 m2 for four-wheel vehicle. Furthermore, based on optimation, it was found that the surface of parking area for motorcycle was 5,621.26 m2. The writer also found that the parking area surface based on its allocation for four- wheel vehicle, was 3,710 m2. Based on facts above, the writer suggests that for the smoothness of traffic flow inside the State Polytechnic campus, the parking area need to be completed by functional road signs

PENGARUH LATIHANPERMAINAN TARGETTERHADAP KETEPATANSHOOTING MENGGUNAKAN KAKI BAGIAN DALAM PADA PESERTAEKSTRAKURIKULER FUTSAL DI SMP NEGERI 4 KOTA SUKABUMI

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Sukabumi dinilai kurang antusias dan kurang tertarik dengan metode latihan yang diberikan oleh Pembina, sehingga proses latihan tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh yang signifikan permainan target terhadap peningkatan ketepatan tendangan shooting dengan punggung kaki siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu atau eksperimen kuasi (Quasi Eksperiment) pengambilan data dengan one groups pretest-postest design yaitu eksperimen yang dilakukan hanya pada satu kelompok saja tanpa kelompok pembanding. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes tendangan shooting menggunakan punggung kaki ke sasaran pada lapangan permainan futsal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Sukabumi yang berjumlah 20 anak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Kriteria sampel dalam penelitian tersebut adalah: (1) daftar hadir (keaktifan mengikuti latihan), (2) siswa kelas VII dan VIII yang menjadi peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Sukabumi, (3) berjenis kelamin laki-laki, (4) bersedia mengikuti treatment permainan target selama 12 kali pertemuan dalam penelitian. Setelah itu ditentukan jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan setelah dari populasi yaitu 20 siswa. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linearitas, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 5,257 > 2,085. Sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari model latihan dengan permainan target terhadap peningkatan ketepatan tendangan shooting menggunakan punggung kaki siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Sukabumi, terbukti kebenarannya

Pengembangan Kompetensi Religius Bagi Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling serta Calon Konselor Pendidikan

Religious competence is defined as the ability of the counselor in helping the counselee to develop optimally and the presence of happiness in life by believing in the role of God in the counseling process. The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of religious competence for BK teachers and prospective education counselors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interview techniques. The interviews were conducted in a structured manner with the following stages: (1) preparation (determining topics, determining data sources/respondents, compiling interview guidelines), (2) implementation (online and offline), and (3) preparing reports on the results of the interviews. The participants of this study were representatives from BKPI lecturers from IAIN Salatiga, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim, IAIN Curup, and IAIN Batusangkar, each tertiary institution was taken by one BKPI lecturer. Total respondents in this study were 10 lecturers. The results of the study indicate that religious competence is very much needed for BK teachers and prospective education counselors. Religious competence for prospective education counselors can be implemented into the BKPI curriculum by integrating Islamic courses combined with guidance and counseling courses
