The concept of character differs from individuality and essence concepts, because it doesn’t base itself on the individuation’s principle, which defines the limits and extension of an object as an indivisible unit or a scientific category. The character of an object is its most representative propriety as the result of practical method and everyday activities. Its final criterion is fixed by the relation between humans’ social interactions and history’s global movement. It intends to form a theory independent from the formal logic model
A new method of alpha ray measurement using a Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer
We propose a new method of alpha()-ray measurement that detects
helium atoms with a Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer(QMS). A demonstration is
undertaken with a plastic-covered Am -emitting source to detect
-rays stopped in the capsule. We successfully detect helium atoms that
diffuse out of the capsule by accumulating them for one to 20 hours in a closed
chamber. The detected amount is found to be proportional to the accumulation
time. Our method is applicable to probe -emitting radioactivity in bulk
material.Comment: 8 pages, 6 figure

Microscopic multicluster description of neutron-halo nuclei with a stochastic variational method
To test a multicluster approach for halo nuclei, we give a unified
description for the ground states of He and He in a model comprising an
cluster and single-neutron clusters. The intercluster wave function is
taken a superposition of terms belonging to different arrangements, each
defined by a set of Jacobi coordinates. Each term is then a superposition of
products of gaussian functions of the individual Jacobi coordinates with
different widths, projected to angular momenta or 1. To avoid excessively
large dimensions and ``overcompleteness", stochastic methods were tested for
selecting the gaussians spanning the basis. For He, we were able to
calculate ground-state energies that are virtully exact within the subspace
defined by the arrangements and values, and we found that preselected
random sets of bases (with or without simulated annealing) yield excellent
numerical convergence to this ``exact" value with thoroughly truncated bases.
For He good energy convergence was achieved in a state space comprising
three arrangements with all , and there are indications showing that the
contributions of other subspaces are likely to be small. The He and He
energies are reproduced by the same effective force very well, and the matter
radii obtained are similar to those of other sophisticated calculations.Comment: Latex , 8 figures available on request, ATOMKI-4-1993-
中国農村における留守児童の夢と社会的支援に関する一考察 (その2)
This study examines and elucidates how ambitions of left-behind children in poor agricultural villages can be fulfilled in Chinese society. Chapter 2 verifies important government documents and considers the effect of Chinese educational reforms on the self-actualization of left-behind children and migrant workers over the next decade. Chapter 3 examines the current state of life and the aspirations of left-behind children from their perspective, based on a survey conducted in an agricultural village in Hunan Province, which for the past three years has been the focus of participant observation. Chapter 4 introduces and considers the significance of social care being implemented to achieve the aspirations of left-behind children in Xinhua prefecture, Hunan province as well as of the hometown migrant workers and their children, based on the survey results of agricultural villages
中国農村における留守児童の夢と社会的支援に関する一考察 : フィールドワーク2年目の総括
This paper examines and elucidates how the ambitions of left-behind children in poor agricultural villages can be fulfilled in Chinese society. The following chapter (Chapter 2) verifies important government documents and considers the effect of Chinese educational reforms on the self-actualization of left-behind children and children of migrant workers over the next decade. Chapter 3 examines the state of living and the "dreams" of left-behind children from the children\u27s perspective on the basis of a survey conducted in an agricultural village in Hunan Province, which has been the focus of participant observation for two years. Chapter 4 introduces and considers the significance of the implementation of social care, which is based on the survey results of economically developed coastal cities. to help the children in these cities realize their dreams, as these are areas which host migrant workers and their children
中国農村における「留守児童(リウショウアルトン)」問題について
The Purpose of this paper is to consider the problem of left-behind children who are 17 or younger live apart from one or both of their parents because they are working in places other than in their hometown. Not as many people could have anticipated what the ACWF (The All-China Women\u27s Federation) report reveals-more than a quarter of Chinese children who are 17 or younger live apart from one or both of their parents because they are working in places other than in their hometown. The preschool and compulsory education years of life play an essential part not just in forming one\u27s personality, but also in the acquisition of the knowledge and skills that last a person\u27s entire life. Out of respect for their special vulnerability, children in this age group need particular parental care. Few of those left behind are home alone, most are left in the custody of grandparents, but the separation from their parents will inevitably affect their development in less-than-positive ways. It is inspiring to see, local governments and volunteers providing welfare and educational guarantees. Such efforts offer an indispensable compensation for the otherwise unbearable sense of loss these youngsters must cope with as a result of living without parental care
Operation status and improvement of the integrated hybrid VRF system
In recent years, the demand for energy conservation, the best energy mix, and thus air conditioning with energy options has increased. For this purpose, an integrated hybrid Variable refrigerant flow system (called hybrid VRF system) was developed in which a heat pump driven by a gas engine (GHP) and a heat pump driven by electricity are connected to the same refrigerant system. However, the actual characteristics of the hybrid VRF system remain unexplored. In this study, we analyzed a hybrid VRF system installed in a commercial facility. The results show that the actual operation differs from expectations. The results show that the GHP is preferentially operating when the system load factor is low, which is not optimal. Based on data obtained for indoor units, we propose a method to improve this problem.publishedVersio
