Nowadays it is hardly possible to overestimate the role of digital technologies in the work of Russian politicians. One of the effective means that gives new opportunities for modern politicians is social media. The phenomenon of social media has no longer been just entertainment, it has become a powerful tool of influencing public opinion. If used properly social media can help both shape the image of a politician and increase the electorate trust and loyalty. Social networks appear to be the most accessible and popular type of social media for politicians. This article covers the topic of maintaining social network profiles by the heads of several Russian regions, moreover, the authors assess the impact on perception of politicians by the politically active population. To achieve this goal we conducted an analysis of the politician activity on the popular Russian social network VKontakte over a certain period using a special technical tool — a social media multi-factor monitoring and analyzing system developed by Russian company “Kribrum”. It contains various analysis methods, as well as linguo-semantic and psychological behavioral models. It was found that maintaining accounts on social networks contributes to the increase of public confidence in the authorities. However, the potential of this tool is not exploited to the full scale: in some cases, the heads of regions do not pay sufficient attention to maintaining their own pages on the Internet. They cannot cope with technical tools or ignore them, do not work with citizens through social networks, which eventually leads to the lack of credibility. In the modern conditions, with the federal government recognizing the importance of social media and taking into account transparency and public acknowledgement of regional authorities, the tendency towards intensifying work with citizens on virtual networks is likely to increase. Keywords: digitalization, social networks, credibility of authorities, key performance indicators (KPI

The article discusses a number of Russian films where the main characters are doctors (Ragin by K. Serebrennikov, Ward No 6 by K. Shakhnazarov, Wild Field by M. Kalatozishvili, Arrhythmia by B. Khlebnikov, and Doctor by A. Temnikov). Through such characters cinema examines society for its humanity, civic responsibility, moral values, and viability. The social sentiments of the 2000s, which can be designated as moral anxiety, find their expression on the screen in the person of a medical profession who diagnoses society for its traumatization and offers solutions. Analysing the image of a doctor on the screen, the author formulates the cultural codes behind the representation of such characters in modern Russian cinema and draws conclusions about the urgent demand of society for spirituality accumulated in artistic images

Influence of Magnetic Pulseprocessing on Oxide Materials Physics and Mechanical Properties

Internal stresses, specific single-crystal blocks, stoichiometric impurity of oxides composition and other factors lead to low strength properties of ferromagnetic iron oxides. Weakening of such defects and increa s-ing iron oxides microhardness, their fracture and mechanic strength are possible by using magnetic pulse processing. The results of experimental studies of the magnetic pulse field effecting on the iron oxides strength properties are shown. Mössbauer spectroscopy, porosimetry, X-ray structure analysis are used to find the mechanisms of this effect. The strength properties change is the result of set of microscopic and quantum effects superposition. It provides easy defects restructuring of solids: vacancies, dislocations, voids. With the increase of information received every day and the speed of decision-making, management control is becoming one of the most important mechanisms in the system of managing assets, capital and obligations of an organization, ensuring stability, development and economic security. Nowadays, there is an increasing interest of internal users in the process of forming and controlling tax calculations and obligations for the purposes of tactical and strategic management. Further development of the management control of tax calculations and the obligations of an organization largely depends on the development and selection of methods for evaluating its effectiveness. To date, in the economic literature and in practice there is no unified approach to the selection of criteria and indicators for evaluating the management control of tax calculations and obligations. In the opinion of the authors, as criteria that characterize the management control of tax calculations should be used performance and reliability. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of management control of tax calculations and liabilities, which allows to ensure the confidence of internal interested users in the accuracy of the information reflected in accounting and reporting, and also in compliance with the implementation of control compliance of the implementation of management control with established internal requirements. To solve the problem of developing a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of management control of tax calculations and obligations, the following methods were used in the study: systematization, modeling, method of complexity and dialectical method. For the purpose of providing interested users with complete and detailed information on the effectiveness of management control of tax calculations and obligations, it was proposed to disclose its reliability through a system of quality indicators, and the performance through systems of both quality and quantity indicators
