    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI INFLASI DI KOTA BANDA ACEHFenny Satiani / Agribisnis UnyiahABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan di Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Inflasi di Kota Banda Aceh selama periode tahun 1999-2012. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder runtun waktu yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Aceh, Bank Indonesia, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Mobilitas Penduduk Aceh dan Pertamina Provinsi Aceh. Model yang digunakan yaitu model analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel didalam penelitian ini. Secara ekonomi, hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel suku bunga Bank Indonesia, jumlah uang beredar dan harga bahan bakar minyak tanda koefesien sudah sesuai dengan teori sedangkan upah minimum provinsi tanda koefesiennya tidak sesuai dengan teori.Hanya variabel suku bunga Bank Indonesia yang tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap variabel endogennya sedangkan variabel jumlah uang beredar, harga bahan bakar minyak, dan upah minimum provinsi berpengaruh nyata terhadap inflasi. Pengujian secara serempak menunjukkan jumlah uang beredar, suku bunga Bank Indonesia, harga bahan bakar minyak dan upah minimum provinsi memiliki pengaruh nyata terhadap inflasi pada tingkat kepercayaan 90 persen.     Superficial venous thrombosis: disease progression and evolving treatment approaches

    Treatment of superficial venous thrombosis (SVT) has recently shifted as increasing evidence suggests a higher than initially recognized rate of recurrence as well as concomitant deep venous thrombosis. Traditional therapies aimed at symptom control and disruption of the saphenofemoral junction are being called into question. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis has been reported to be 6%–40%, with symptomatic pulmonary embolism occurring in 2%–13% of patients. Asymptomatic pulmonary embolism is said to occur in up to one third of patients with SVT based on lung scans. The role of anticoagulation, including newer agents, is being elucidated, and surgical disruption of the saphenofemoral junction, while still an option for specific cases, is less frequently used as first-line treatment. The individual risk factors, including history of prior episodes of SVT, the presence of varicosities, and provoking factors including malignancy and hypercoagulable disorders, must all be considered to individualize the treatment plan. Given the potential morbidity of untreated SVT, prompt recognition and understanding of the pathophysiology and sequelae are paramount for clinicians treating patients with this disease. A personalized treatment plan must be devised for individual patients because the natural history varies by risk factor, presence or absence of DVT, and extent of involvement

    One of the significant issues faced by developing countries, including Indonesia, is the problem of rapid population growth. To overcome this problem, the Indonesian government has implemented the Family Planning (KB) Program. The family planning program provides an opportunity for residents to regulate the distance between child births or reduce the number of births by using various contraceptive methods, both hormonal and non-hormonal. The aim of this Community Service Activity is to improve maternal and child health services, with the hope of controlling the rate of population growth. This activity was carried out by providing information about family planning and free family planning services to 20 WUS who were family planning acceptors in Malakaji District, Gowa Regency. After free family planning services, there was a question and answer session about family planning and evaluation monitoring was carried out. The results of this activity showed that the family planning participants were able to answer questions well and some of them were willing to use IUD or implant family planning. From the results of this activity, it can be seen that knowledge about family planning increased after the outreach was carried out. Before the counseling was carried out, the majority of knowledge was lacking, 12 mothers or 80%. Meanwhile, the mother's knowledge before being given counseling was lowest at Good knowledge, namely 1 person or 6.67%. Mothers' knowledge after counseling was highest in good knowledge, namely 14 people or 93.33%, so it can be concluded that Community Service activities, in the form of counseling about family planning, had a positive impact on WUS in the area and succeeded in increasing family planning knowledg

    Clinical Characteristics of Patients with Isolated Calf Vein Thrombosis in a Large Teaching Hospital

    Objective. To identify the clinical characteristics of a patient population newly diagnosed with acute isolated calf deep venous thrombosis (ICDVT) by duplex ultrasound scan (DUS). Methods. A retrospective review of the records of 100 consecutive patients diagnosed with ICDVT by DUS was conducted. Results. Patients (59% male) were predominantly Caucasian (86%) and inpatients (69%) with an average age of 53 years. The most frequent risk factors were malignancy (22%), immobility (18%), and previous DVT (13%). Thrombus was present in named tibial veins in 58% and muscular branches in 42%. The peroneal vein was most frequently involved (39/117, 33%) followed by the gastrocnemius veins (29/117, 22%) and muscular calf tributaries (14%). Conclusions. Our patient population with ICDVT was predominantly symptomatic, in-patient cohort with a high incidence of risk factors such as malignancy, immobility, previous DVT, trauma, and postoperative status.     Strengthening Tourism Awareness Group in Rural Areas through Tourism Destination Management Training. Tourism is a strategic sector that makes a very important contribution. Tourism villages / rural areas are one of the most developed tours. A tourist village is one way for the welfare of the village community. Tourism is expected to be managed by the community itself and of course, the results can be enjoyed by local communities. The City of Salatiga Tourism Office collaborates with the Satya Wacana Christian University Tourism Destination Study Program to hold governance training for the Salatiga community in priority rural tourism development areas. The community needs to be equipped with sufficient destination management so that they are able to manage and develop destinations in their respective regions. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out in the hope that it can facilitate local people to have knowledge about tourism management. The success of this training activity will be perfect if it is accompanied by direct mentoring activities when the community starts planning tourism

    The Role of Natural Capital in Surviving Periods of Crisis: A Case Study of the Nglanggeran Village Community

    The sustainability of tourism-based livelihoods can be threatened when a crisis occurs. Thus, people’s resilience during crisis is a significant factor for people to maintain livelihoods as it is a contributing mechanism for people to escape from crisis.  This research examines how the Nglanggeran community sustains their livelihoods by utilizing their natural resources as a strategy to survive Covid-19 pandemic between 2020 to 2021. This study uses an ethnographic approach. The data collection process was carried out through participant observation and in-depth interviews with 14 former migrant workers and who now live in Nglanggeran village. The focus of the analysis in this study is the strategy of the Nglanggeran community in maintaining their livelihoods by utilizing their land. The analysis process uses thematic analysis. People who own paddy fields are more likely to survive than those who plant trees for timber on their land. What the Nglanggeran community does is important in maintaining their resilience and as a survival strategy for the local community. Tourism activities do not have to displace traditional livelihood activities on local people's land, rather land use can be optimized to support sustainable livelihoods. While they can optimalise land use, this does not increase their quality of life. They have survived but their livelihoods remain vulnerable. &nbsp

    Dalam praktiknya, sebaik apapun ide dari seseorang jika orang tersebut tidak mampu melakukan komunikasi dalam kegiatan pemasaran dengan baik dan benar, maka ide tersebut tidak akan dapat terealisasi dengan hasil yang maksimal, karena komunikasi yang baik harus dapat dipahami oleh kedua pihak baik sumber maupun penerima pesan, dan hal ini berhubungan dalam pengambilan keputusan dari seseorang atau pihak lain. Permasalahan disini, terjadi penurunan hasil penjualan properti PT Agung Sedayu Group, Grand Galaxy City, Bekasi Selatan di tahun 2019 dibandingkan pada tahun 2018. Target penjualannya tidak tercapai dikarenakan kompetitor dalam usaha properti sudah bertambah banyak sehingga dibutuhkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mengetahui proses strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Agung Sedayu Group dalam meningkatkan penjualan ruko dan rumah di Grand Galaxy City, Bekasi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran di PT Agung Sedayu Group menerapkan tujuh unsur menurut Kotler & Amstrong (2010:174) bauran promosi terdiri atas periklanan (advertising), penjualan pribadi (personal selling), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), hubungan masyarakat (public relation), pemasaran langsung (direct marketing), pemasaran interaktif (interactive marketing), acara dan pengalaman (event and experience).
