Comparative Analysis of the Effectiveness of Chronotherapy and Traditional Method of Alopecia Areata Treatment

Alopecia areata – is the one of widespread baldness forms, difficultly subjected to treatment. The method of chronotherapy that gains an essential circulation in Ukraine and throughout the world may play the important role in its solution.Aim: to study the clinical effectiveness of chronotherapy for alopecia areata treatment.Materials and methods. For attaining the set aim 108 persons with the diagnosis alopecia areata were examined and treated. Patients were divided in two groups. The main group included 45 persons – treated using the method of chronotherapy. The control group consisted of 67 persons, who received the traditional treatment of alopecia areata. The series of clinical, biochemical and immunological studies, directed on the assessment of the treatment effectiveness, were realized.Results. The treatment of patients with alopecia areata by the method of chronotherapy is statistically reliably more effective than the traditional treatment of this pathology and provides the renewal of hair growth in 53,3 % of patients that is accompanied by normalization of alexin, sulfhydryl groups content, acid phosphatase activity, serine, asparagine acid, valine, threonine, alanine, cystine, leucine, isoleucine concentrations. The offered chronotherapy method has the expressed anabolic effect on patients' organism. The menstrual cycle is normalized, pre-menstrual syndrome symptoms and aldodysmenorrhea disappear, patients' working ability and state of health improve.Conclusions. The obtained data deepen knowledge about the pathogenesis of alopecia areata at the biochemical and immunological levels and favor the rise of the effectiveness of diagnostics and treatment of this pathology. At the study the high chronotherapy effectiveness at treating alopecia areata was revealed and the possibility of its use for the effective treatment of a series of other pathologies was proved

Іграшки та ігри дітей дошкільного віку в українських реаліях зумовлених війною

Military operations on territory of Ukraine changed lives of all their citizens. Ukrainian children are the most vulnerable in this situation. The article is about the changes observed in the playing activities of children  caused by war in Ukraine. The description of new methods in playing activities is the deployment of play activities in a safe, adult-defined environment (in a bomb shelter, a shelter, on a temporarily safe playground) with children who are currently nearby.The content of playing plots of preschoolers, which is caused by external circumstances, the redistribution of responsibilities in the Ukrainian family, and the emergence of multi-age play associations, is analyzed. These are such games as "war machine", "shelter", "soldiers", unfolding of game plots based on multimedia usually content not available for preschool children. A description of modern toys popular among preschoolers is given: toy weapons, military paraphernalia, new imaginative toys. Advises for parents on choosing toys and organizing play activities of preschool children are provided.Key words: modern toy, playing activity, change of game plots, children of preschool age, Ukrainian society.Військові дії на території України змінили життя усіх її громадян. Найбільше це відчули діти. Стаття присвячена змінам, які  простежуються у ігровій діяльності дітей дошкільного віку, у зв’язку з воєнним станом в Україні.  Подано характеристику нових умов для організації дитячої гри: розгортання ігрової діяльності в безпечному, визначеному дорослим середовищі (в бомбосховищі, укритті, на тимчасово безпечному ігровому майданчику) з дітьми, які на даний момент опинилися поряд. Проаналізовано зміст ігрових сюжетів дошкільників, що зумовлено зовнішніми обставинами,  перерозподілом обов’язків в українській сім’ї, появою різновікових ігрових об’єднань. Це ігри у «військомат», «укриття», «військових», розгортання ігрових сюжетів за мотивами  мультимедійного контенту зазвичай не доступного для дітей дошкільного віку. Дано опис популярних серед дошкільників сучасних іграшок: іграшкова зброя, військова атрибутика, нові образні іграшки.  Наведено поради для батьків щодо вибору іграшок та організації ігрової діяльності дітей дошкільного віку. Рольові позиції депутатів від мажоритарних округів і стратегії формування парламентської більшості

З позицій політичної антропології досліджуються рольові позиції кандидатів у депутати від мажоритарних округів. Виділяються два ідеальних типи кандидатів: бігмен та намісник вождя. З позицій інституціоналізму раціонального вибору аналізуються стратегії та сценарії формування парламентської більшості в умовах змішанної виборчої системи. The roles of parliamentary candidates in single-member districts are studied from perspective of political anthropology in the article. Two ideal types of candidates – bigman and chief’s viceroy – are distinguished. The strategies and scenarios of forming the parliamentary majority within the framework of mixed-member proportional voting are analyzed from perspective of rational choice institutionalism
