    Usaha ternak kerbau di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara masih kurang berkembang. Ada beberapa kendala yang dirasakan masih menjadi permasalahan dalam pengembangan usaha pemeliharaan ternak kerbau. Potensi wilayah Kecamatan Krayan didominasi dengan persawahan dataran tinggi yang menerapkan sistem pertanian organik dengan memanfaatkan kerbau sebagai sumber pupuk organik dan tenaga kerja oleh lahan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Krayan, Kabupaten Nunukan, Kalimantan Utara yang dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2020. Data primer diperoleh dari data wawancara petani ternak kerbau. Data sekunder diperoleh dari data Dinas Pertanian, Badan Pusat Statistik dari tingkat Desa, Kecamatan, Kabupaten dan Provinsi. Metode survei digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan analisis daya dukung hijauan pakan ternak seperti, kapasitas tampung ternak, dan daya dukung ternak ruminansia di suatu wilayah. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh total persediaan pakan 9.079,15 (BKC ton/ha), total kebutuhan pakan 2.156,77  (BKC ton/ha), kemampuan wilayah 3.982,08 (ST), populasi ternak ruminansia 1.891,90 (ST), kapasitas penambahan ternak ruminasia 2.090,18 (ST) dan indeks daya dukung (IDD) 4,21 (IDD>2 dengan status aman) artinya ketersediaan sumberdaya pakan secara  fungsional mencukupi kebutuhan ternak kerbau

    ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK KOPI DAN EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING TERHADAP BRAND IMAGE 45 GRAHA COFFEE SHOP SIDOARJO

    Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Kualitas Produk minuman Kopi Dan Experiential Marketing terhadap Brand Image 45 Graha Coffee Shop yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 115 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampling menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling, Penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria yang ditentukan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yaitu konsumen yang berkunjung dan menikmati minuman kopi di 45 Graha Coffee Shop. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas dan Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Partial least squares (PLS). Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara signifikan yaitu: Variabel 1) Kualitas Produk (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Variabel Brand Image (Y). 2) Variabel Experiential Marketing (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Variabel Brand Image (Y) pada 45 Graha Coffee Shop yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk ; Experiential Marketing; Brand Image Image.This study aims to determine the effect of product quality coffee drinks and experiential marketing on the brand image of 45 Graha Coffee Shop located in Sidoarjo. The number of samples taken as many as 115 respondents with a sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling, the determination of the sample used in this study is the purposive sampling method with several specified criteria. Data collection in this study was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires given to respondents, namely consumers who visited and enjoyed coffee drinks at 45 Graha Coffee Shop. The analysis technique used is Validity Test, Reliability Test and Hypothesis Testing by using Partial Least Squares (PLS) application. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be said that significantly, namely: Variable 1) Product Quality (X1) has a positive effect on Brand Image Variable (Y). 2) The Experiential Marketing Variable (X2) has a positive effect on the Brand Image Variable (Y) at 45 Graha Coffee Shops located in Sidoarjo.     Perceptions of caring behaviors by elderly residents in extended care facilities

    The purpose of this descriptive study was to describe elderly residents\u27 perceptions of which caring behaviors they want exhibited by the nursing staff in extended care facilities. Consequently, this study was able to identify which caring behaviors are important and least important to this population. Using Jean Watson\u27s Theory of Transpersonal Caring as the framework, this study utilized Wolf\u27s Caring Behaviors Inventory instrument to answer the study\u27s research questions. Forty-eight participants wanted nursing staff to demonstrate behaviors under the professional knowledge and skill dimension of the CBI. The sample also identified five most important and least important nurse caring behaviors; No significant difference was found between age, educational level and length of stay in the facility and perceptions of caring behaviors. This study\u27s findings suggest gender difference in perceptions of caring behaviors

    The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing mix strategy carried out by Angkringan Van Java in increasing sales. This research was conducted at Angkringan Van Java Dukun Gresik which is located at JL. Raya Ima'an No. 35, Petung, Imaan, Dukun, Gresik Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection was carried out in this study using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research can be concluded that (1) Van Java Angkringan has implemented a marketing mix strategy using the 7P variable which makes the volume in Van Java Angkringan sales increase after a drastic decline during the pandemic, (2) In implementing the Angkringan marketing mix strategy Van Java has done it right and in accordance with the existing theory. So that the seven variables in the marketing mix strategy have a very important role in increasing sales volume so that it can provide profits and benefits for angkringan van java
