Sinais de decadência: a derrota do regime militar na Novembrada.

This article is about the episode occurred in the capital of Santa Catarina known as "Novembrada." In times of political repression, which peaked marked from 1968 to mid-1970, the military regime dictates of the visit of then President General Figueiredo, broke a manifestation of popular slant that took to the streets of the center of Florianópolis, pointing signs weakening dictatorial government ahead of civil society in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Through testimonials from people who have experienced this episode, a movie and a documentary about the same, this article seeks to bring some considerations about this historical fact. Em tempos de repressão política, que teve seu auge marcado a partir de 1968 a meados de 1970, nos ditames do regime militar a visita do então presidente general Figueiredo, eclodiu uma manifestação de cunho popular que tomou às ruas do Centro de Florianópolis, apontando sinais de enfraquecimento do governo ditatorial frente à sociedade civil ao final dos anos 1970 e início dos anos 1980. Através de depoimentos de pessoas que vivenciaram este episódio, de um filme e um documentário sobre o mesmo, este artigo busca trazer algumas considerações sobre este fato histórico. O aperfeiçoamento do sistema de registro de imóveis como ferramenta de estímulo à concessão de crédito imobiliário

Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Direito, 2017.A concessão do crédito imobiliário é diretamente impactada pela assimetria de informação presente no mercado de imóveis, pois as instituições financeiras necessitam de informações confiáveis acerca das propriedades atreladas aos negócios, como forma, por exemplo, de resguardar seu crédito contra eventual evicção. Consequentemente, a concessão do crédito relaciona-se com o sistema de registro de imóveis, visto que é por meio dele que os direitos reais e demais informações sobre a propriedade ganham publicidade. Cada sistema possui peculiaridades e características próprias que, a depender da qualidade da informação e do nível de segurança jurídica proporcionados pelo registro, influirão positiva ou negativamente sobre o tráfego imobiliário. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho pretende apresentar alguns aperfeiçoamentos ao sistema de registro de imóveis brasileiro com o propósito de favorecer a circulação do crédito imobiliário. No primeiro capítulo, classificar-se-ão os sistemas registrais em registro de documentos e registro de direitos, sendo apresentados características dos modelos francês, norte-americano e alemão. Os conceitos, institutos e princípios que serão apresentados em razão da comparação dos diferentes modelos registrais servirão de esteio para a análise e sugestões de melhoria do atual sistema de registro de imóveis brasileiro. No segundo capítulo, apresentar-se-á a evolução do sistema registral brasileiro, bem com as alterações trazidas pela Lei nº 13.097, de 2015, que, dentre outras medidas, positivou o princípio da concentração registral e criou a Letra Imobiliária Garantida (LIG). Por fim, no terceiro capítulo, trar-se-ão apontamentos sobre alterações e inovações que podem ser implementadas no sistema registral brasileiro com o fulcro de fortalecer a segurança jurídica do comércio e do crédito imobiliário.The concession of the real estate loan is directly impacted by the asymmetry of information present in the real estate market, since financial institutions need reliable information about the properties linked to the business, such as, for example, safeguarding their credit against possible eviction. Consequently, the granting of credit relates to the real estate registration system, since it is through it that the real rights and other information about the property are publicized. Each system has its own peculiarities and characteristics that, depending on the quality of the information and the level of legal security provided by the registry, will have a positive or negative impact on the real estate traffic. In this sense, the present work intends to present some improvements to the Brazilian real estate registration system with the purpose of favoring the circulation of real estate credit. In the first chapter, the registration systems will be classified in registration of documents and registration of rights, being presented characteristics of the French, North American and German models. The concepts, institutes and principles that will be presented due to the comparison of the different registration models will serve as a mainstay for the analysis and suggestions for improvement of the current Brazilian real estate registration system. In the second chapter, the evolution of the Brazilian registry system will be presented, as well as the changes introduced by Law 13.097, of 2015, which, among other measures, positived the principle of registration concentration and created the Guaranteed Real Estate Letter (LIG). Finally, in the third chapter, there will be notes on changes and innovations that can be implemented in the Brazilian registry system with the focus of strengthening the legal security of commerce and real estate credit

Immunohistochemical detection of GFAP and TGF ?1 in C57Bl6 mice during acute vesicular stomatitis virus encephalitis

Activation of astrocytes or astrogliosis is a prominent component of the inflammatory response and an indicator of injury in the brain. These astrocytes produce a large array of inflammatory mediators, growth and neuroprotective factors. This study was an investigation from astrocyte (GFAP) response and TGF- ?1 involvement during VSV acute encephalitis using immunohistochemistry to verify relation between astrocytes and TGF-?1. Animals developed symptoms around 6th day after VSV inoculation. Viral proteins were mainly detected at olfactory bulb, ventricular cell layer and disseminated to hippocampus, mesencephalon and diecephalon areas and brain stem. Also at 6th day post inoculation GFAP and TGF-?1 staining was observed in good association with virus-detected areas of brain. However, in mice with severe symptoms we observed reduction in the intensity of GFAP labeling at the same areas where TGF-?1 upregulation was observed. These areas show correlation with areas of necrosis and where are astrocytes with degenerative aspect. We observed TGF-?1 staining in damaged astrocytes, suggesting an effort of those cells in controlling inflammation in acute phase of VSV encephalitis

The Hyperon-Nucleon Interaction Potential in the Bound State Soliton Model: The ΛN\Lambda N Case

We develop the formalism to study the hyperon-nucleon interaction potential within the bound state approach to the SU(3) Skyrme model. The general framework is illustrated by applying it to the diagonal $\Lambda N$ potential. The central, spin-spin and tensor components of this interaction are obtained and compared with those derived using alternative schemes.Comment: source file, 4 ps figure
