Bank or banking is a pillar in building the Indonesian financial system and the economy because banks hanve a very important role as an intermediary institution is a financial institution that connects funds owned by units of the economic surplus economic units in need of funds. Bank performance that goes well will be able to support the growth of business for the bank's role here is as a provider of investment funds and working capital for the business units in carrying out the production function. To the Bank Indonesian as regulator and supervisor directs the course of bank operations with the banking system development policy provisions in assessing the soundness of banks should be measured by the bank's management in order to achieve stability in the financial system in order to boost national economic growth.This research is a quantitative descriptive study in order to determine and analyze the health of private banks in PT Bank Danamon Tbk, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk in 2010-2014 period by using RGEC method. The method of measuring the level of health by using ratios as indicators of NPL, LDR, NPM, ROA and CAR on the bank's financial statements as the primary data.Results of research conducted average yield ratio and placement of components ratings show PT Bank Danamon Tbk of the 2010-2014 consecutive is categorized “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2), “HEALTHY” (PK-2). The formation mechanism of Co3O4-based sea-urchin like nanostructures from Co-O-B layers is unveiled. In this process, promoted by oxidizing annealing, B plays a major role, inducing first a chemical reduction of Co and the formation of a metallic particle core. The growth of nano-needles from the particle surface occurs through outdiffusion and oxidation of Co from the metallic reservoir

A Prototype-Based Modified DBSCAN for Gene Clustering

AbstractIn this paper, we propose, a novel DBSCAN method to cluster the gene expression data. The main problem of DBSCAN is its quadratic computational complexity. We resolve this drawback by using the prototypes produced from a squared error clustering method such as K-means. Then, the DBSCAN technique is applied efficiently using these prototypes. In our algorithm, during the iterations of DBSCAN, if a point from an uncovered prototype is assigned to a cluster, then all the other points of such prototype belongs to the same cluster. We have carried out excessive experiments on various two dimensional artificial and multi-dimensional biological data. The proposed technique is compared with few existing techniques. It is observed that proposed algorithm outperforms the existing methods

Perehdytyskansion päivittäminen Nivalan vuodeosastolle

Teimme projektityönä päivitetyn perehdytyskansion Kallion Nivalan vuodeosastolle. Projektin tavoite oli suunnitella ja toteuttaa ajan tasalla oleva perehdytyskansio, jonka avulla uusien opiskelijoiden sekä työntekijöiden perehdyttäminen työyksikköön olisi yhtenäistä ja johdonmukaista. Omana henkilökohtaisena tavoitteena meillä oli, että opimme perehdyttämisestä mahdollisimman kattavasti. Tulevaisuudessa tästä on hyötyä työelämässä. Tarkoituksenamme oli tehdä perehdytyskansiosta sellainen, että se olisi mahdollisimman selkeä ja helposti saatavilla. Perehdyttäminen lisää potilasturvallisuutta, työssäjaksamista ja sitoutumista työpaikkaan. Työturvallisuus paranee, koska työturvallisuuslaissa velvoitetaan työnantajaa perehdyttämään työntekijät. Perehdytyskansio tehtiin yhteistyössä Nivalan vuodeosaston henkilökunnan kanssa. Vuodeosaston työntekijöillä oli selvä näkemys kansion sisällöstä. Saimme projektisuunnitelman tekoon apua ja kannustusta ohjaavilta opettajilta Irmeli Pasaselta ja Maija Alahuhdalta. Projektisuunnitelmaa avuksi käyttäen laadimme ja päivitimme vanhan perehdytyskansion, jonka avulla perehdyttämisestä tuli yhtenäistä ja johdonmukaista. Toimitimme perehdytyskansion Nivalan vuodeosastolle kirjallisena ja sähköisenä versiona, jotta kansion päivittäminen olisi helpompaa tulevaisuudessa.We made an updated introduction file to Kallio health care center’s ward in Nivala. The aim of the project was to plan and execute introduction file up to date. By using this file new employees and students familiarization with work community would be coherent. Our personal aim was that we could learn about introduction as encompassing as possible. This will help us in working life in the future. We tried to make a clear introduction file which is easy to receive. Introduction increases patients´ safety, working manage and commitment at work place. Safety at work increases because the law of the work safety obligates employer to familiarize employees. The introduction file was made co-operation with Nivala´s ward staff. The ward staff had a clear view of the file content. Our guide teachers, Irmeli Pasanen and Maija Alahuhta, supported and encouraged us a lot with our project plan. With help of the project plan, we set and updated the old introduction file. We delivered the new introduction file to Nivala´s ward both in printed and in digital form in order that updating the file would be easier in the future

Trifluorimetyyliryhmä lääkekemiassa ja radiokemian sovellutukset

Trifluorimetyyliryhmä on tärkeä ja paljon käytetty ryhmä lääkekehityksessä. Ryhmän substituutiolla lääkeainemolekyyliin voidaan vaikuttaa esimerkiksi lääkeaineen liukoisuuteen, soluläpäisevyyteen sekä sitoutumiseen proteiineihin. Yhdistettynä aromaattiseen renkaaseen ovat nämä keskeisiä rakenteita bioaktiivisten yhdisteiden kehityksessä. Lääkeaineen ominaisuuksien parantamisen lisäksi tarjoaa trifluorimetyyliryhmä mahdollisen paikan 18F-leimalle. 18F-trifluorimetyyliryhmän leimauskemiaa on tutkittu jo PET-kemian alkuvaiheista lähtien. Menetelmät ovat keskittyneet pitkään isotooppivaihto- sekä halogeenin vaihtoreaktioihin. Leimausreaktiot kuitenkin kärsivät rajuista reaktio-olosuhteista, keskinkertaisista radiokemiallisista saannoista sekä matalista molaarisista aktiivisuuksista. Nämä rajoittavat 18F-trifluorimetyyliryhmän sisältävien merkkiaineiden käyttöä PET-kuvantamisessa. Nykyään tutkimus keskittyy kuparivälitteiseen 18F-trifluorimetylaatioon, joka on tarjonnut mahdollisuuden suoraviivaiseen ja nopeaan leimausreaktioon paremmilla radiokemiallisilla sannoilla sekä molaarisilla aktiivisuuksilla. Myös elektrofiilinen leimauskemia on nostanut päätään aromaattisten yhdisteiden 18F-trifluorimetylaatioiden suhteen katalysoitu dekarboksalytiivisen 18F-fluorauksen kautta. Tässä tutkimuksessa valmistettiin kuparivälitteistä 18F-trifluorimetylaatiota varten lähtöaine (3R,5R)-5-(3-fluorifenyyli)-1-(4-jodifenyyli)-3-(((R)-1-fenyylietyyli)amino)- pyrrolidin-2-oni. Työssä valmistettiin [18F]trifluorimetaania, jonka oli tarkoituksena reagoida kuparin kanssa muodostaen [18F]CuCF3. Lähtöaineen ja [18F]CuCF3:n reaktion piti tuottaa haluttu leimaustuote. (3R,5R)-5-(3-fluorifenyyli)-1-(4-jodifenyyli)-3-(((R)-1- fenyylietyyli)amino)pyrrolidin-2-onin kuparivälitteinen 18F-trifluorimetylaatio ei onnistunut
