Nowadays a lot of new financial instruments for SMEs innovation projects are getting more popular in the business environment. A great number of them are traditional like credit loans at the same time we can observe the appearance of innovative ones. Variable set of financial instruments generalized on fig.1. This classification is giving by Organiztion of Economic Cooperation and Development ( OECD). As we can see from the fig.1 the classification is based on risk approach. For further research it is needed to сlarify these definitions. Firstly, asset based finance is the method of assigning structured turnaround capital and term loans, disbursement of debit portfolio, stocks, machines, funds, and / or real estate. This type of finding is suitable for SMEs beginners, refinancing existing loans, growth financing, mergers and acquisitions

High speed cylindrical roller bearing analysis. SKF computer program CYBEAN. Volume 2: User's manual

    Get PDF
CYBEAN (CYlindrical BEaring ANalysis) was created to detail radially loaded, aligned and misaligned cylindrical roller bearing performance under a variety of operating conditions. Emphasis was placed on detailing the effects of high speed, preload and system thermal coupling. Roller tilt, skew, radial, circumferential and axial displacement as well as flange contact were considered. Variable housing and flexible out-of-round outer ring geometries, and both steady state and time transient temperature calculations were enabled. The complete range of elastohydrodynamic contact considerations, employing full and partial film conditions were treated in the computation of raceway and flange contacts. The practical and correct implementation of CYBEAN is discussed. The capability to execute the program at four different levels of complexity was included. In addition, the program was updated to properly direct roller-to-raceway contact load vectors automatically in those cases where roller or ring profiles have small radii of curvature. Input and output architectures containing guidelines for use and two sample executions are detailed

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących relacji społeczno-gospodarczych łączących Kępno – miasto położone na południu województwa wielkopolskiego – z Poznaniem, Kaliszem i Wrocławiem.

    STED-4Pi Microscopy

Saturated stimulated emission depletion (STED) has been shown to break Abbe's resolution limit in fluorescence microscopy. This technique suppresses fluorescence at the focal rim by use of a depleting laser pulse. In this thesis, theoretical and experimental examinations show that the combination with another technique, namely 4Pi-confocal microscopy, leads to a yet unreached axial resolution in light microscopy. The central part of this work is the performance of a STED-4Pi experiment. Simulations predict a superresolution of about 30 nm that is confirmed in experiments with ultrathin fluorescent layers. These results are so far considered to have the highest axial resolution for a light microscope. First biological images are recorded with membrane labeled bacteria at 40-50 nm resolution. A major issue is the photostability of the fluorescent dyes. With the bacterial samples, it can be exemplarily demonstrated that longer depletion pulses increase photostability. An amino-reactive dye, that is stable under STED conditions, enabled the first superresolved mammalian immuno-fluorescence images. They reveal a resolution of 50 nm along the optic axis. Finally, a further implementation of an additional STED beam for lateral resolution enhancement is demonstrated. In future, this will enable simultaneous superresolution of at least 100 nm in the lateral and 50 nm in the axial direction

The issue of the impact of strategic investors, particularly foreign, on regional and local development, in the last few years has become an important subject of studies in economic geography and spatial management. However, it is not easy to assess plainly the results of localization of large companies: the data are difficult to get and interpret. The aim of the article is to: 1) shortly explain three concepts explaining impact of large companies on regional development: multiplier effects, embeddedness and corporate social responsibility (CSR), 2) analyze in a spatial and branch context the largest companies (in terms of sales’ revenues) in Wielkopolska voivodeship in 2011 (the list is based on the ranking “Lista 500” “Polityki”), 3) describe an example of impact of large company – Volkswagen Poznań on regional development. The analysis showed that among the 50 largest companies in Wielkopolska voivodeship the most represent food industry (11) and retail and automotive sector (8 each). The research proved that the largest companies concentrate in the center of the region – in Poznan agglomeration, where 28 out of 50 largest enterprises (56%) are located. It was observed that 22 of the investigated enterprises were awarded for declaring activities in the field of corporate social responsibility, which comprises various actions aimed at improving local community life. The empirical example of Volkswagen demonstrated ways in which large company can contribute to the regional development.W pierwszej części artykułu zostały przedstawione trzy koncepcje teoretyczne ukazujące wpływ dużych przedsiębiorstw na rozwój regionalny: efektów mnożnikowych, zakorzenienia oraz społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu.
