Basic Aspects of Population Protection against Consequences of Chemical Terrorism in the Czech Republic

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou Základní aspekty ochrany obyvatelstva před následky chemického terorismu v České republice. V této bakalářské práci bylo čerpáno z domácích a zahraničních zdrojů za posledních deset let. V úvodní části práce pojednává o základních pojmech týkajících se terorismu a jeho odnoží. Uvádí některé případové studie teroristických útoků na civilní obyvatelstvo za pomoci některých vybraných nebezpečných chemických toxických látek. Střední část se zabývá charakteristikou a rozdělením jednotlivých bojových chemických látek a nebezpečných toxických chemických látek. Jsou zde uvedeny zákonné normy a opatření používaná v České republice. Také postupy zdravotnických složek IZS v poskytování před nemocniční neodkladné péče v případech hromadného postižení zdraví. Na závěr je analyzována připravenost obyvatelstva v České republice na možnost chemického teroristického útoku a navrhuji příručku „Nebezpečí chemického napadení“ pro civilní obyvatelstvo.The theme of my bachelor work is The basic aspect of population protection against conseqences of chemical terrorism in the Czech Republic. In my bachelor work, I drew from home and foreign sources over the past ten years. The opening part of my work deals of basic concepts relating to terrorism and its branches. It states some case studies of terrorist attacks against civil inhabitants with the aid of chemical agents. The middle part engages in a characteristic and dividing of particular chemical warfare agents and dangerous toxic chemical agents. There are stated lawful norms and measures used in the Czech Republic. Also processes of medical sectors Emergency Rescue System in provision of pre-hospital urgent care in cases of mass impairment of health. In closing I analyse preparedness of inhabitants in the Czech Republic to possibility of a chemical terrorist attack and I suggest a handbook „The danger of a chemical attack“ to civil inhabitants.

Pressing the Nuts to Sheet Metal Blanks

Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretický úvod do problematiky lisování matic, seznámení se s použitými stroji a následné testování a vyhodnocování výsledků. Zalisování je testováno na namáhání krutem a také tahem. V praktické části budeme testovat vybraný druh lisovacích matic. Cílem práce je najít vhodné lisovací parametry, které by nahradily současné nevyhovující praktiky.The bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical introduction into pressing the nuts, familiarization with used machines followed by testing and evaluating of outcomes. Pressing the nuts is tested for torque and pulling force. In the practical part of the thesis chosen press nuts will be tested. Objective of this thesis is to find out suitable pressing parameters, which can substitute present unsuitable practices.

Maintenance of jet engines

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou údržby leteckých turbínových motorů. V první části je čtenář seznámen s historickými souvislostmi, principem funkce a s jednotlivými typy turbínových motorů. Druhá část se zabývá cíli údržby, popisuje a porovnává jednotlivé koncepty a poukazuje na moderní trendy v této oblasti. Poslední část popisuje praktický postup provádění generálních oprav proudových leteckých motorů v podniku Letecké opravny Malešice.This bachelor thesis relates to the problematic of jet engine maintenance. In the first part the reader is introduced to the historic context and functionality of the jet engine as well as to the various types of this engine. The second part relates to the problematic of maintenance, shows and compares different concepts and shows modern trends in this field. The last part is based on my visit in Letecké opravny Malešice, and shows practical methods used during overhauls of jet engines.

Cyclic and dihedral constructions of even order

summary:Let $G(\circ)$ and $G(*)$ be two groups of finite order $n$, and suppose that they share a normal subgroup $S$ such that $u\circ v = u *v$ if $u \in S$ or $v \in S$. Cases when $G/S$ is cyclic or dihedral and when $u \circ v \ne u*v$ for exactly $n^2/4$ pairs $(u,v) \in G\times G$ have been shown to be of crucial importance when studying pairs of 2-groups with the latter property. In such cases one can describe two general constructions how to get all possible $G(*)$ from a given $G = G(\circ)$. The constructions, denoted by $G[\alpha,h]$ and $G[\beta,\gamma,h]$, respectively, depend on a coset $\alpha$ (or two cosets $\beta$ and $\gamma$) modulo $S$, and on an element $h \in S$ (certain additional properties must be satisfied as well). The purpose of the paper is to expose various aspects of these constructions, with a stress on conditions that allow to establish an isomorphism between $G$ and $G[\alpha,h]$ (or $G[\beta,\gamma,h]$)

Suggestion of technology for clutch component

Bakalářská práce předkládá návrh výroby obráběné součásti spojky motocyklu Ducati. Provedeno bude seznámení s funkcí součásti, navržení technologického postupu, pro kusovou výrobu a následná výroba na CNC soustružnickém centru. Technologická příprava pro výrobu na CNC stroji proběhne pomocí CAD/CAM softwaru. V závěru bude posouzeno technickoekonomické zhodnocení výroby dílce.The Bachelor work draft production of manufacturing machined component clutch of motorcycle Ducati. The work includes familiarization with the function of component, desvising the technological process for unit production and subsequent production on the CNC lathe. Technological preparation for production on the CNC machine will be imple-mented with using CAD / CAM software. In conclusion will be assessed technical economic evaluation of production this component.

Latin bitrades derived from groups

A latin bitrade is a pair of partial latin squares which are disjoint, occupy the same set of non-empty cells, and whose corresponding rows and columns contain the same set of entries. Dr\'apal (\cite{Dr9}) showed that a latin bitrade is equivalent to three derangements whose product is the identity and whose cycles pairwise have at most one point in common. By letting a group act on itself by right translation, we show how some latin bitrades may be derived from groups without specifying an independent group action. Properties of latin trades such as homogeneousness, minimality (via thinness) and orthogonality may also be encoded succinctly within the group structure. We apply the construction to some well-known groups, constructing previously unknown latin bitrades. In particular, we show the existence of minimal, $k$-homogeneous latin trades for each odd $k\geq 3$. In some cases these are the smallest known such examples.Comment: 23 page
