    REDUNIQ Insights 2.0 : market analysis of sectorial infograpichs

    Given the increasing amount of data that is entangled in modern society, several companies have realized the power of information and have started to perform data analysis. The ability to extract insights and value from data has become a critical competitive advantage for businesses and can significantly alter existing value propositions. REDUNIQ Insights is a recently developed division of REDUNIQ that is just beginning to operate in the field of data monetization. The products offered by the division presently have a significantly low number of subscribers relative to REDUNIQ’s client base. This paper reflects consulting project carried out for REDUNIQ Insights and strives to understand the reasons behind the low level of subscribers of Sectorial Infographics as well as to identify a specific segment that should be primarily target. Although the research was severely affected by the limited sample size available, it can be regarded as a valid exploratory study capable of providing general insights on the REDUNIQ client base, as well as suggestions for product improvement. Overall, what emerged from the study is that the service seems to be perceived more as a “nice to have” than a valuable service for the B2B market, and the key-factor that seems determine the really low likelihood to purchase is the mismatch between the perceived value and the current price. Moreover, the low level of REDUNIQ Insights’ salience among REDUNIQ’s clients as well as the services provided by SIBS analytics constitute two primary threats to the success of the product.Dada a crescente quantidade de dados na sociedade moderna, várias empresas aperceberam-se do poder da informação e começaram a efetuar análises de dados. A capacidade de extrair informações e valor dos dados tornou-se uma vantagem competitiva fundamental para as empresas e pode alterar significativamente as propostas de valor existentes. A REDUNIQ Insights é uma divisão recentemente desenvolvida pela REDUNIQ que está a começar a operar no domínio da monetização de dados. Os produtos oferecidos por esta divisão têm atualmente um número significativamente baixo de subscritores em relação à base de clientes da REDUNIQ. Este artigo reflecte o projeto de consultoria realizado para a REDUNIQ Insights e procura compreender as razões por detrás do baixo nível de subscritores das Infografias Sectoriais, bem como identificar um segmento específico que deva ser prioritariamente visado. Embora a investigação tenha sido gravemente afetada pela dimensão limitada da amostra disponível, pode ser considerada como um estudo exploratório válido, capaz de fornecer informações gerais sobre a base de clientes da REDUNIQ, bem como sugestões de melhoria. O estudo revelou que o serviço parece ser visto mais como um serviço "agradável de ter" do que como um serviço valioso para o mercado B2B e que o fator-chave que parece determinar a probabilidade de compra realmente baixa é a discrepância entre o valor percebido e preço atual. Para além disso, o baixo nível de salience do REDUNIQ Insights entre os clientes da REDUNIQ, bem como os serviços prestados pela SIBS analytics constituem duas ameaças principais ao êxito do produto

     هذا البحث هو لتحليل الاجهادات والانفعالات للمطاط المُراد استخدامه كحجاب او حاجز مطاطي في المفاتيح الكهربائيه المعتمده على ضغط المائع والمصنعه من مواد رخيصه ومتوفره. فتم اختيار وصله مطاطيه من  أنبوب مطاطي قديم (جوب ) المستخدم في الشاحنات فتم تقطيع عينات للفحص من تلك الوصله والذهاب بها الى جهاز الفحص بالشد لكن الجهاز ليس لديه إمكانية احتساب التغير بالسمك مع الطول بل يعطي فقط قراءات قوة الشد المسلطه مع الاستطالات الناتجه من تلك القوى. وللحصول على بيانات كافيه للمواصفات الميكانيكيه لتلك المادة لعمل محاكاة ببرنامج الانسس , تم اختيار بعض قراءات الأولى للشد والاستطاله ومقارنتها مع نظيرتها في المواد الموجوده ضمن مكتبة الانسس نظريا حيث تبين ان اقرب ماده في الانسس مطابقه للقراءات هي مادتي Elastomer Yeoh و Elastomer Neoh-Hookean. وبناءا على مواصفات الاخيره للمادتين تم اختيار قطر الحاجز المطاطي (25.55 mm) وتم رسمه ببرنامج Catia R17 بسمك الانبوب المطاطي القديم (جوب) للشاحنه, بعدها تم عمل محاكاة ( لكل ماده على حدا) لذلك الحاجز المطاطي باستخدام برنامج Workbench 2022 تحت ضغوط عمل مختلفه لحساب التشوهات الناتجه خصوصا العموىيه منها طبقا لمواصفات كلتا المادتين.  وبناءا على تلك النتائج تم بناء نموذج عملي حقيقي حيث تم قطع وصله دائريه من ذلك الانبوب المطاطي القديم (الجوب ) لتكون بمثابة الحاجز المطاطي Diaphragm وتم بناء الجزء الميكانيكي لمفتاح كهربائي يعتمد على ضغط الماء من مواد رخيصه جدا ومتوفره. تم تسليط نفس الضغوط المستخدمه في الانسس على النموذج الحقيقي وتم قياس التشوهات الناتجه ومقارنتها مع نظيرتها ببرنامج الانسس. حيث تبين ان المطاط المستخدم في الانوب المطاطي للشاحنات (الجوب) له مواصفات تقترب الى مواصفات مادة Elastomer Yoeh  مع وجود بعض الاختلافات وتبين انه من الممكن الاعتماد على تلك المادة في عمل محاكاة نظريه والاستفاده من النتائج في التطبيقات العمليه. حيث تبين ان التشوه الحقيقي يعادل تقريبا 1.5 مره من التشوه النظري لمادة Elastomer Yoeh   المحسوب بواسطة برنامج الانسسA piece of rubber, from an old truck tube, is cut into three specimens to be tested in universal tensile tester. Unfortunately, the tensile tester does not have an ability to measure the change in thickness with the change in length i.e. The tester only reads the applied force with the deformation. Therefore, to get enough accurate data for the Workbench simulation, the first readings in the test was selected to be compared with their peers in the library of Workbench 2022. Two materials (Elastomer Yoeh and Elastomer Neoh-Hookean) in the library seem to follow the same behavior as the real rubber piece. Based on the properties of these two materials, the diameter of the diaphragm was selected to be about 25.55 mm and the geometry of this diaphragm is drawn using Catia R17 Software with the same thickness as an old tube, then the model was imported to Workbench 2022 where a three dimensional mathematical models were built using the properties of the two materials i.e. each material property has its own three dimensional mathematical model. Based on the obtained results from the two Workbench modeling, an experimental real model was built where diaphragm is cut from that old truck tube and the mechanical part of pressure switch is built using very cheap and available materials. Water pressure is applied to the new real model with the same amounts used in Workbench 2022. The deformation of the diaphragm is measured for each pressure value and be compared with the results previously obtained in Workbench. It is found that the most material approaching the real rubber is Elastomer Yoeh with some differences.  The elastomer Yoeh  material can be used in theoretical analysis with Workbench and the results can be followed in practical applications. The real deformation in practice is about 1.5 times from the Elastomer Yoeh deformation computed with Workbench
