    Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan strategi pembelajaran bermain dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar service forehand pada siswa VII.4 SMPN 3 Makassar Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII.4 SMPN 3 Makassar yang berjumlah 28 orang.Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan atau peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan penerapan strategi pembelajaran bermain adalah tes unjuk kerja teknik dasar service forehand. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dimana criteria ketuntasan minimum yang ditentukan oleh sekolah sebesar 75%. Setelah diberi tindakan selama satu siklus, tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa kelas VII.4 telah mencapai 81,57% atau telah memenuhi standar ketuntasan belajar yaitu diatas 75%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi peembelajaran bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar service forehand pada siswa SMPN 3 Makassar khususnya pada siswa kelas VII.

      Objective of this research is to determine direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication, and career development on the commitment of diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sample design used is probability sampling which provides equal opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample member. And the technique for determining the number of samples is proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This technique is used because the population is not homogeneous and proportionally distributed. The research design used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 255 respondents. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS 5.0 software. This research reveals that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal communication which indicates that the better transformational leadership, interpersonal communication will be more increased; transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on career development which describes that the better transformational leadership, career development will get better; Transformational leadership contributes positively and significantly to organizational commitment through career development which shows an increase in career development then transformation leadership will be better and have an impact on increasing organizational commitment; and interpersonal communication has a positive but not significant role on organizational commitment through career development which shows that good interpersonal communication has neither effect on career development nor impact on the commitment of diplomatic organizations in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. &nbsp

    PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL, DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KOMITMEN PEJABAT DIPLOMATIK DI KEMENTERIAN LUAR NEGERI REPUBLIK INDONESIA DI JAKARTA

    ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi interpersonal, dan pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen pejabat diplomatik di Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia di Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 255 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil pengujian model menunjukkan bahwa Nilai predictive-relevance untuk model struktural dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0.9905 atau 99.05% artinya model mampu menjelaskan Komitmen Organisasi yang dikaitkan dengan beberapa variabel, yaitu Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Pengembangan Karir. Oleh karena itu model dapat dikatakan baik, atau model memiliki nilai prediktif yang baik karena itu model dapat digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komunikasi interpersonal; kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir; komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir; kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir melalui komunikasi interpersonal; kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui pengembangan karir; dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui pengembangan karir. Kebaruan (novelty) dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki nilai koefisien parameter tinggi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berjenjang di Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia memberikan dampak positif terhadap komitmen para diplomat terhadap pencapaian tujuan dan nilai-nilai Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia. Semakin baik dan konsisten perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional maka komitmen organisasi para diplomat di Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia juga semakin meningkat. The results of the model testing show that the predictive-relevance value for the structural model in this study is 0.9905 or 99.05% meaning the model is able to explain Organizational Commitment associated with several variables: Transformational Leadership, Interpersonal Communication and Career Development. Therefore, the model can be used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal communication; transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on career development; interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on career development; transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; career development has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment; transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on career development through interpersonal communication; transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through career development; and interpersonal communication have not a significant positive effect on organizational commitment through career development. Novelty (novelty) in this study is that transformational leadership has a high parameter coefficient value of organizational commitment. This finding revealed that the hierarchical (tiered) transformational leadership has a positive impact on the commitment of diplomats to the achievement of the goals and values of the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The better and more consistent transformational leadership behavior, the organizational commitment of diplomats in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia is also increasing.     Abstract   This research is a literature review that examines various literatures on the implication transformational and transactional leadership. The purpose of this research is to find out the implications of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational commitment; similarities and differences behaviors of transformational and transactional leadership towards organizational commitment. The method used in this research is integrative literature review which assesses, criticizes, and synthesizes different literatures to create new theoretical framework. This research finding shows that transformational and transactional leadership have implications on the commitment of each employee to the values ​​and goals of the organization. Transformational leadership builds long-term relationship while transactional leadership builds short-term relationships with subordinates based on shared goals and rewards are given when subordinates are able to achieve goals and vice versa sanctions are given if the goals cannot be achieved. Creative and innovative behavior is not the main thing but status quo is important
