    The Agency was born as an independent state agency that protects witnesses and victims (especially child protection). As an independent state institution in his way, the Agency also has the disadvantage that results in a reduction in the maximum in performing his duties as an Independent State institutions that protect witnesses and victims are children. This study is normative, which examined: 1) The position of the Agency as an independent state institution in Indonesia? 2) How is the Agency's role in protecting the rights of children as witnesses and victims in Indonesia? 3) How is the ideal concept in delivering sustainable child protection in Indonesia. Position Independent Agency is a state institution in Indonesia has been apparent in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2006 on Protection of Witnesses and Victims. In carrying out its role in the protection of children in Indonesia, the Agency is also working with other state agencies that support child protection activities, as well as NGOs and communities in realizing child protection. Sustainable child protection is a good idea in implementing child protection in Indonesia, with the concept of sustainable will take continuous action on an ongoing basis and there is no stopping point

Nowadays, very sad child protection in the school environment, imagine in the school of environmental protection of children is not running properly, many child protection were violated, so kids do not feel comfortable at school, absences from school, or drop out of school. Against this it's good, we are all concerned with the protection of children, especially in the area of the school. This paper tries to offer the world the concept of the protection of children in schools on an ongoing basis, starting from the urgency of the protection of children in school, and the dynamics of child protection solutions in schools, as well as offering a sustainable concept of child protection in the school. The conclusion of this paper expects that all parties can participate in an ongoing child protection in the school. Sekolah sebagai tempat anak menimba ilmu, bergaul dengan teman sebaya, dan belajar menghargai kepada teman sebaya, teman yang lebih kecil ataupun para guru. Sekarang ini, perlindungan anak sangat menyedihkan di lingkungan sekolah, bayangkan di lingkugan sekolah perlindungan anak tidak berjalan dengan semestinya, banyak perlindungan anak yang dilanggar, sehingga anak tidak merasa nyaman di sekolah, absen dari sekolah, atau putus sekolah. Terhadap hal tersebut ada baiknya, kita semua memperhatikan perlindungan anak, terutama di wilayah sekolah. Tulisan ini mencoba menawarkan gagasan konsep perlindungan anak di dunia sekolah secara berkelanjutan, dimulai dari urgensi perlindungan anak di sekolah, dinamika dan solusi perlindungan anak di sekolah, serta menawarkan konsep perlindungan anak yang berkelanjutan di sekolah. So the conclusion is obtained, the need for Shari'ah notary very important. *** Perkembangan bisnis ekonomi bukan hanya dibidang konvensional saja, sekarang bisnis ekonomi syari’ah sudah mulai menjamur dimana-mana. Dengan penduduk Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam, maka akan semakin menarik pangsa pasar untuk mengambil bagian dalam bisnis ekonomi syari’ah. Dari pada itu, kehadiran notaris syari’ah sangat dibutuhkan di Indonesia, karena fokus kerjanya pada bidang ekonomi syari’ah, sehingga bisa menjamin kepastian hukum dan masyarakat didalam bertransaksi syari’ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara Yuridis Normatif, dengan menggunakan teori kepastian hukum. Sehingga didapatkan analisia, bahwa dengan kenyataan yang ada, masyarakat belum merasa nyaman dalam bertransaksi syari’ah, karena belum adanya pengaturan tentang aturan hukum notaris syari’ah. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannya sebuah langkah-langkah serius baik dari sisi pemerintah maupun tenaga kerja itu sendiri dan tentunya kesediaan pihak perusahaan. Pihak pemerintah berfungsi sebagai pengawas dan regulator sekaligus fasilitator kedua pihak perusahaan dan pekerja untuk tidak saling merugikan. Pihak pekerja seharusnya untuk berusaha terus meningkatkan kompetensi dirinya sehingga lebih memiliki daya tawar yang lebih tinggi terhadap perusahaan dan bukannya hanya bergantung pada perlindungan pemerintah. Dan terakhir itikad baik dari perusahaan supaya tidak melihat pekerja sebagai faktor biaya melainkan sebuah asset penting perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan itu sendiri. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari zaman sebelum kemerdekaan, setelah kemerdekaan, orde lama, orde baru, dan zaman reformasi memiliki masing-masing dinamika hukum yang ada. Selain itu dalam mewujudkan pembangunan hukum yang berkelanjutan harus menyiapkan keikutsertaan semua pihak, sehingga bisa mewujudkan perlindungan ketenagakerjaan yang baik.     Sebelum VOC datang, Indonesia menggunakan hukum adat sebagai hukum positif di daerah nusantara, ditaati dan dilaksanakan sebagai suatu adat kebiasaan, secara turun temurun dihormati oleh masyarakat sebagai tradisi bangsa. Masuknya VOC ke Indonesia, masyarakat asing mulai memberi perhatian terhadap hukum adat. Pada masa ini Hukum Barat (Belanda) mulai digunakan walaupun pada awalnya hanya digunakan untuk daerah pusat pemerintahan Kompeni sedangkan untuk daerah yang belum dikuasai dapat menggunakan hukum adat mereka atau bagi yang mau tunduk pada hukum Belanda diperbolehkan. Hukum adat dipakai sebagai sinonim hukum yang tidak tertulis di dalam peraturan legeslatif, hukum yang hidup sebagai konvensi di badan-badan hukum negara (Parlemen, Dewan Provinsi dan seterusnya), hukum yang timbul karena putusan-putusan hakim, hukum yang hidup sebagai peraturan kebiasaan yang dipertahankan dalam pergaulan hidup, baik di kota-kota maupun di desa-desa. Hukum adat yang dikondisikan sebagai solusi kekosongan hukum disyaratkan sebagai hukum yang tak bertentangan dengan perundang-undangan. Hukum adat memiliki fungsi dan tujuan yang sama dengan hukum posisif Indonesia, yaitu untuk keadilan, pengendalian sosial, mengusahakan kebaikan sebagai tujuan bersama. Hukum adat keberadaanya telah diakui secara resmi oleh pemerintah Indonesia yang disepakati oleh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia sebagai salah satu hukum yang resmi.
