The formalized description of the Halaf painted pottery at Yarim Tepe II allows us to approach Late pottery assemblages from Middle East. The appearance of a new exogenous morphological and technological group related to an Ubaid pottery tradition' affected the Halafian pottery tradition is a core fact to understand the nature of the process of the Halaf-Ubaidian acculturation

On impulsive Sturm–Liouville operators with singularity and spectral parameter in boundary conditions

    No full text
We study properties and the asymptotic behavior of spectral characteristics for a class of singular Sturm–Liouville differential operators with discontinuity conditions and an eigenparameter in boundary conditions. We also determine theWeyl function for this problem and prove uniqueness theorems for a solution of the inverse problem corresponding to this function and spectral data.Дослiджено властивостi та асимптотичну поведiнку спектральних характеристик для класу сингулярних диференцiальних операторiв Штурма – Лiувiлля з розривними умовами та власним параметром у граничних умовах. Визначено функцiю Вейля для цiєї задачi та доведено теореми про єдинiсть розв’язку оберненої задачi, що вiдповiдає цiй функцiї та спектральним даним

The Hybride Composites Based New Materials For The Electromechanical And Acoustico-Electrical Converters

In this article the basic parameters of various types of materials for electromechanical transducers as well as acoustic-electric converters on the basis of piezoceramic, piezoelectric polymeric composites, substances with features of high electrical striction and hybrides of nano-micro piezoceramic with polymeric matrix have been studied. Also, frequency dependences of amplitude and sensitivity of acoustic converters have been investigated and the areas of their possible applications were revealed

Some features of the bioelectric activity of the muscles with prolonged hypokinesia

The effects of prolonged hypokinesia, brought on by confinement to bed and the attendant lack of motor activity, on the bioelectric activity of muscles are studied. Electromyographic measurements of amplitude and frequency indicators of muscular bioelectric activity were analyzed

On impulsive Sturm–Liouville operators with Coulomb potential and spectral parameter linearly contained in boundary conditions

    No full text
The Sturm–Liouville problem with linear discontinuities is investigated in the case where an eigenparameter appears not only in a differential equation but also in boundary conditions. Properties and the asymptotic behavior of spectral characteristics are studied for the Sturm–Liouville operators with Coulomb potential that have discontinuity conditions inside a finite interval. Moreover, the Weyl function for this problem is defined and uniqueness theorems are proved for a solution of the inverse problem with respect to this function.

Depositional cycles and Fe/Mn ratio in Upper Absheron substage succession in the western flank of the South Khazarian/Caspian depression of the Azerbaijan Republic

The Caspian Sea, the largest land locked basin in the world, isolated from ParaTethys at the end of Messinian. Since that time sedimentation there took place under conditions of isolated basin temporarily connected with Black Sea in Upper Pliocene (Akchagyl). For the first time very detailed study (centimeter scale) of outcrop was carried out for stratigraphy and paleoecology of the Upper absheron substage deposits cropped out in the Western flank of the South Caspian depression (Shikhovo exposure) of the Azerbaijan Republic. The data obtained demonstrated the high-frequency cyclicity in sedimentation accompanied by rapid lateral and vertical depositional environment change. Most of these system tracts have not yet been studied in detail. The depositional setting during accumulation of this succession has changed within shore face-shelf environment. On the background of these cycles, the depositional series of a higher order containing sediments deposited during very small-scale sea level fall and rise occur. Some information contained in this document is the new data, due to more recent observations and interpretations
