    The aim of the study is to provide a comprehensive, integrated modified technique of personal psycho-physiological regulation based on a system of Raja Yoga. The study involved candidates and masters of sports of freestyle skiing in the amount of 21 people aged 17 to 23 years. Found that athletes co 2 and stage 3 of the hypnotic state successfully acquired by dhyana and can apply it in preparation for a competition. The proposed method includes a high quality optimal fighting condition, modeling and programming training and competitive processes using deferred units, the correction of motor skills. Athletes in their imagination run program of the second day of competition. Then, the third day of competition modeled, programmed overall health. Are told that in the day of the event will have a good mood, great feeling, a surge of strength, vigor, vitality, desire to show all of their sporting qualities

    Dynamic meditation in sports dances

    Purpose : to elaborate methods for effective training of sport dancers with help of complex integrated person-centered psychological effect on base of dynamic meditation. Material : 20 dancers at age 40-50 years participated in this research. Duration of the research was 3 hours twice a week within a year. Requirement to the experimental group was ability to dig into condition of dynamic meditation. Psychotherapist initiated them into dynamic meditation. Dancing variations were composed with glance to increasing complexity and dancers’ primary competence. In the state of the dynamic meditation the dancers of the experimental group concentrated their attention on their moving body parts and physical feeling. Results: Mastering new figures and variations process quickened in the experimental group in comparison with control group. Approximately 2-5 hours of the dynamic meditation were necessary for correction of the mechanical skills. The group consolidation with interrelations and friendship improvement was observed. Family and at-work atmosphere improved. Physical and mental activity increased. Soreness passed off. Psycho emotional stability appeared. Conclusions : the dynamic meditation use in complex with psychological methods in the dancers’ experimental group showed its positive influence upon test subjects. The elaborated methods proved pedagogical effect for sports ballroom dances training of seniors category dancers

Також наведено максимальний перелік і розтлумачено сутність методологічних та загальнопедагогічних принципів формування змісту освіти; узагальнено сучасні наукові доробки щодо компонентів змісту освіти, імплементація яких забезпечить цілісне формування особистості в процесі фізичного виховання за умов урахування їх рівноправності та не взаємозамінності.     Peculiar features in implementing basic research projects as part of the innovation system and effective ways of strengthening the practical focus of basic research projects in Ukraine are studied. Peculiarities of basic research projects management are highlighted in light of theoretical aspects and global experiences in building up innovation systems. It is emphasized that a serious problem in basic research projects management is choice of effective forms of their financing. Main problems related with market promotion of basic research results in Ukraine are analyzed. Recommendations on development of innovation system and basic research in Ukraine through engaging domestic researchers in the global innovation system and the European Research Area are given.Досліджено особливості реалізації фундаментальних наукових проектів в рамках інноваційної системи, а також перспективні шляхи підвищення рівня практичної спрямованості фундаментальних наукових проектів в Україні. У рамках аналізу теоретичних аспектів та світового досвіду розвитку інноваційних систем розглянуто особливості менеджменту фундаментальних наукових проектів. Показано, що значною проблемою менеджменту фундаментальних наукових проектів є вибір ефективних форм їх фінансування. Проаналізовано основні проблеми, пов’язані з просуванням на ринок результатів фундаментальних досліджень в Україні. Надано рекомендації щодо розвитку інноваційної системи та фундаментальної науки в Україні на основі залучення вітчизняних вчених до глобальної інноваційної системи та європейського інноваційного простору.Исследованы особенности реализации фундаментальных научных проектов в рамках инновационной системы, а также перспективные пути повышения уровня практической направленности фундаментальных научных проектов в Украине.     Ionic modulators of stem cell state

    Tissue generation during development and maintenance throughout life relies on the proliferation and sequential specification of a group of cells. Stem cells are defined by the properties of self-renewal (division to produce daughter cells equipotent to the mother) and differentiation (division where at least one daughter is of a more restricted potential). In adult systems, two additional states - quiescence, a dormant state of infrequent proliferation, and activation, a state of increased proliferation, are described. Regulation of these states is a key determinant of health and fitness on a tissue and organism level, as it ensures proper development and regeneration. The aim of this thesis is to investigate how another key system at the cellular level – regulation of ion availability – can modulate cell states of embryonic and adult stem cells. In paper I the effect of lithium chloride (LiCl) on juvenile mouse neural stem progenitor cells (NSPCs) from the subgranular zone (SGZ) of the hippocampus was investigated. Under maintenance conditions, treatment with LiCl increased NSPC proliferation, reducing the fraction of cells in G0/G1. Pre-treatment of NSPCs with LiCl prior to ionizing radiation (IR) exposure reduced DNA damage response activation, and attenuated the IR-induced G1 block, restoring proliferation, although cell death was not reduced. In paper II the effect of ZD7288, a specific blocker of hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channels, on mouse embryonic stem cell (ESCs) was examined. The blocker attenuated proliferation by extending G1 and S phases. This did not compromise pluripotency, but facilitated spontaneous serum-induced differentiation while reducing the efficiency of directed differentiation towards the neuronal lineage. In paper III expression of HCN family channels and effects of their inhibition in adult NSPCs were described. Hcn2 and Hcn3 are expressed throughout the NSPC hierarchy, but only functional in S and G2/M phases. HCN inhibition or knockdown attenuated proliferation due to a reversible G0/G1 accumulation which was accompanied by alterations in activation marker expression, metabolism, and the molecular clock network. A small molecular agonist of Rev-erb-α, a clock component, recapitulated the proliferative effects. HCN inhibition-induced G0/G1 block was shown to have a protective effect during IR exposure of juvenile mice, reducing apoptosis and maintaining proliferation. In conclusion, lithium, which is proposed to inhibit a number of enzymes by replacing magnesium as a cofactor, and HCN currents, which are involved in regulation of the electrochemical state of the cell, were shown to modulate stem cell state. This suggests that further investigation of these and other ionic modulators is warranted, both for therapy development and in the interests of basic science
