This conclusion work presents a proposal to develop a market for the city of Palmas, located on Avenida Teotonio Segurado, in the state of Tocantins. This type of market is intended to rescue the city-countryside contact, bringing the consumer closer to the rural producer. Providing the user with new experiences, and exchanges with other users. All of this through a building all thought in a sustainable way, that creates pleasant environments of permanence and that values the local gastronomy. In addition to causing the local economy to move with trade.Este trabalho de conclusão apresenta uma proposta de elaboração de um mercado para a cidade de Palmas, localizado na Avenida Teotonio Segurado, no estado do Tocantins. Esse tipo de mercado tem como intuito o resgate do contato campo cidade, trazendo o consumidor para mais proximo do produtor rural. Propiciando ao usuário novas experiências, e trocas com outros usuários. Tudo isto através de uma edificação toda pensada de forma sustentável, que cria ambientes agradáveis de permanência e que valoriza a gastronomia local. Nascimento e estabelecimento da assistência psiquiátrica em São Paulo: a história de um lugar para os alienados

Este artigo de ensaio teórico dedica-se a discutir a trajetória da assistência psiquiátrica no estado de São Paulo sob a perspectiva do primeiro local destinado à gestão médica da loucura. São abordados os aspectos gerais do início da assistência psiquiátrica brasileira; o surgimento desta assistência no estado de São Paulo; o estabelecimento do asilamento científico a partir do Hospício de Juquery como novo local para o cuidado dos alienados e o tratamento moral como terapêutica adotada; a psiquiatria higiênica do Juquery, seus desdobramentos e outras terapêuticas; e, por fim, a descentralização da assistência a partir da privatização e novas abordagens político-sociais aos pacientes hospitalizados

Profile of patients treated for attempted suicide at a General Emergency Hospital in the state of Alagoas, Brazil

Objetivo: Apresentar o perfil dos pacientes atendidos por tentativas de suicídio atendidas pelo Hospital Geral Dr. Oswaldo Brandão Vilela (HGE) da cidade de Maceió, Alagoas, Brasil. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo do tipo documental, descritivo e retrospectivo com abordagem quantitativa. A amostra da pesquisa foi todo o universo de pacientes atendidos e diagnosticados por tentativa de suicídio no HGE no período de 2015 a 2017. Resultados: A amostra investigada foi constituída de 824 usuários, 50,1% dos pacientes tem a faixa etária entre 15 a 29 anos e 63% são do sexo feminino, 82,1% utilizou o meio de envenenamento, desses, 58,9% utilizou o agente medicamento. Conclusão: De 2015 a 2017 a distribuição de ocorrências por atendimentos de suicídio cresceu ao longo dos anos entre os jovens. Infere-se que são necessárias ações que permitam e incentivem a prevenção desse dano à população.Objective: Presenting the profile of patients treated for suicide attempts at the Oswaldo Brandão Vilela General Hospital (HGE) in the city of Maceió, Alagoas, Brazil. Methods: This is a documentary, descriptive, and retrospective study with a quantitative approach. The research sample was the entire universe of patients assisted and diagnosed at the HGE for suicide in the period from 2015 to 2017. Results: The sample investigated consisted of 824 users, 50.1% of the patients had the age range between 15 to 29 years and 63% are female, 82.1% used the means of poisoning, of these, 58.9% used the drug agent. Conclusion: From 2015 to 2017, the distribution of occurrences due to suicide calls increased among young people. It is inferred that actions are necessary that allow and encourage the prevention of this damage to the population

ANÁLISE DAS ATIVIDADES TURÍSTICAS NOS MUNICÍPIOS SERGIPANOS: 2010-2019

Este artigo analisa as atividades turísticas nos municípios do estado de Sergipe no período 2010-2019. Para tanto, realizou-se uma análise descritiva das atividades turísticas formais considerando o número de empregos, estabelecimentos e renda média, obtidos por meio da Relação Anual de Informações Sociais (RAIS) do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, e o grau de especialização das atividades turísticas a nível municipal (Quociente Locacional - QL), com a finalidade de identificar o nível de importância dessas atividades nas economias locais. Os principais resultados mostram que a oferta turística (formal) em Sergipe é incipiente e concentrada nos municípios litorâneos, que integram o Polo Turístico Costa dos Coqueirais. Esta região é considerada estratégica para o desenvolvimento da atividade turística no estado, consequentemente, é o Polo mais beneficiado por políticas públicas voltadas para o turismo. Portanto, para a desconcentração do turismo em Sergipe, é importante que se criem políticas públicas que consolidem e estimulem o desenvolvimento dos polos turísticos localizados no interior do estado

Development of a Novel Biosensor Using Cationic Antimicrobial Peptide and Nickel Phthalocyanine Ultrathin Films for Electrochemical Detection of Dopamine

The antimicrobial peptide dermaseptin 01 (DS 01), from the skin secretion of Phyllomedusa hypochondrialis frogs, was immobilized in nanostructured layered films in conjunction with nickel tetrasulfonated phthalocyanines (NiTsPc), widely used in electronic devices, using layer-by-layer technique. The films were used as a biosensor to detect the presence of dopamine (DA), a neurotransmitter associated with diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, with detection limits in the order of 10−6 mol L−1. The use of DS 01 in LbL film generated selectivity in the detection of DA despite the presence of ascorbic acid found in biological fluids. This work is the first to report that the antimicrobial peptide and NiTsPc LbL film exhibits electroanalytical activity to DA oxidation. The selectivity in the detection of DA is a fundamental aspect for the development of electrochemical sensors with potential applications in the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries

Multilayer Films Electrodes Consisted of Cashew Gum and Polyaniline Assembled by the Layer-by-Layer Technique: Electrochemical Characterization and Its Use for Dopamine Determination

We take advantage of polyelectrolyte feature exhibited by natural cashew gum (Anacardium occidentale L.) (CG), found in northeast Brazil, to employ it in the formation of electroactive nanocomposites prepared by layer-by-layer (LbL) technique. We used polyaniline unmodified (PANI) or modified with phosphonic acid (PA), PANI-PA as cationic polyelectrolyte. On the other hand, the CG or polyvinyl sulfonic (PVS) acids were used as anionic polyelectrolytes. The films were prepared with PANI or PANI-PA intercalated with CG or with PVS alternately resulting in four films with different sequences: PANI/CG PANI-PA/CG, PANI/PVS and PANI-PA/PVS, respectively. Analysis by cyclic voltammetry (CV) of the films showed that the presence of gum increases the stability of the films in acidic medium. The performance of the modified electrode of PANI-PA/CG was evaluated in electro analytical determination of dopamine (DA). The tests showed great sensitivity of the film for this analyte that was detected at 10−5 mol L−1

Holt-Winters Forecasting for Brazilian Natural Gas Production

Nowadays, the market for natural gas production and its use as a source of energy supply has been growing substantially in Brazil. However, the use of tools that assist the industry in the management of production can be essential for the strategic decision-making process. In this intuit, this work aims to evaluate the formulation of Holt Winter\u27s additive and multiplicative time series to forecast Brazilian natural gas production. A comparison between the models and their forecast play a vital role for policymakers in the strategic plan, and the models estimated production values ​​for the year 2018 based on the information contained in the interval between 2010 and 2017. Therefore, It was verified that the multiplicative method had a good performance so that we can conclude this formulation is ideal for such an application since all the predicted results by this model showed greater accuracy within the 95% confidence interval
