    Calisteginas, alcalóides polihidroxilados inibidores de glicosidases presentes em Solanum crinitum / Calistegines, polyhydroxylated alkaloids that inhibit glycosidases present in Solanum crinitum

    Calisteginas são um grupo de alcaloides polihidroxilados que apresentam atividade de inibição de glicosidases e têm ampla ocorrência em plantas do gênero Solanum (Solanaceae). Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo determinar a concentração de calisteginas em frutos de S. crinutum e avaliar a atividade de inibição enzimática  in vitro do extrato hidroalcoólico desses frutos. O IC50 foi calculado por regressão logística de quatro parâmetros. As análises qualitativas foram realizadas por cromatografia em fase gasosa acoplada à espectrometria de massas (GC-EM). Cromatografia em fase gasosa com detector de ionização em chama (GC-FID) foi utilizada na análise quantitativa. O extrato dos frutos de S. crinitum apresentou atividade inibitória da ?-glicosidase de Saccharomyces cerevisiae. A análise dos frutos indicou a presença das calisteginas A3, B1 e B2. Os resultados evidenciam que calisteginas tem contribuição na atividade antidiabética e hipoglicemiante atribuída aos frutos de S. crinitum

    The research aimed to investigate the limitations of physical education classes due to the structure perceived by high school teachers in a public school in Canindé-CE. The study is of a qualitative exploratory, descriptive and field type, where 2 (two) permanent teachers of a public high school located in the city of Canindé, Ceará, participated in the research. Data collection was carried out in the school by the researchers from an interview script consisting of 5 (five) questions, whose content was subjected to thematic-category analysis, showing that, despite the infrastructure conditions of the referred school. the practical classes of Physical Education are far from adequate conditions, the allocated teachers sought to alleviate the effects of this problem in their pedagogical didactic actions, based on creativity and innovation in planning and adapting classes according to the structural reality of the school, in order to avoid greater losses in teacher learning.A pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar as limitações das aulas de educação física em decorrência da estrutura percebida por professores do ensino médio de uma escola pública em Canindé-CE. O estudo é de caráter qualitativa do tipo exploratório, descritivo e de campo, onde participaram da pesquisa 2 (dois) professores efetivos da referida escola. A coleta de dados foi realizada na própria escola pelos pesquisadores a partir de um roteiro de entrevista composto por 5 (cinco) questões, cujo conteúdo foi submetido a análise temático-categorial, evidenciando-se que, embora as condições de infraestrutura da referida escola destinada as aulas práticas de Educação Física estejam longe das condições adequadas, os professores alocados procuraram amenizar os efeitos dessa problemática em suas ações didático pedagógicas, a partir da criatividade e inovação em planejar e adaptar as aulas conforme a realidade estrutural da escola, a fim de evitar prejuízos maiores no aprendizado docente

    Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação para a educação em saúde e educação permanente em oncologia: protocolo de busca sistematizada

    The aim is to outline a systematic review protocol on the evidence about the use of information and communication technology for health education in oncology aimed at patients, families and the education of health professionals. This exploratory study describes a six-step integrative review protocol integrated with two other systematic search phases and a final knowledge synthesis phase. We propose: 1) a search in PubMed, CINAHL, SCOPUS, LILACS and Web of Science with Medical Subject Headings (MeSH), CINAHL subjects and Health Science Descriptors (DeCS), in addition to alternative terms. The PRISMA 2020 guidelines will be used to check the integrative review report; 2) search for mobile apps on Google Play Store; 3) search for patent registrations at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI Brasil) and at PatentScope. Each step will have separate collection and descriptive analysis. The discussion and presentation will be mediated by the emergence and systematization of common themes and taking into account health education for the patient-caregiver binomial and continuing education for professionals. The results are expected to summarize the profile and functions of the technologies developed for patients, family members and for the education of health professionals.Objetiva-se delinear protocolo de revisão sistematizada sobre as evidências acerca da utilização de tecnologia da informação e comunicação para a educação em saúde em oncologia voltada para a pacientes, familiares e para a educação de profissionais de saúde. Este estudo exploratório descreve um protocolo de revisão integrativa de seis etapas integrado a outras duas fases de busca sistematizada e uma fase final de síntese do conhecimento.     Drone in the Environmental Audit: Potentialities and Applications

    Remotely Aircrafts (RA), popularly known as Drones, are capable tools to generate highly accurate remote sensing products with a great potential perspective for use in the Environmental Audit process, performing previously exclusive tasks of manned aircrafts. However, because it is a relatively recent technology, it is justified the need to consider the applicability of its use in environmental studies. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the potentialities and applications of Drones in the Environmental Audit process, as well is present a methodology for data acquisition and identification of environmental impacts, listing the conformities and nonconformities of the audited enterprise, giving subsidy for an effective planning of actions to minimize impacts. Orthomosaics generated by the Drone in this studied case was used to carry out a compliance audit, based on the applicable legislation and regulations, being a fundamental tool to verify the real situation of the mining company through the legislation in force in the country, giving support to the implementation of corrective actions of detected nonconformities. In view of the obtained results it was possible to conclude that Drone presented promising quickly and low cost data, proving to be an important tool in environmental audits, providing necessary information to carry out an effective planning and implementation of corrective actions of detected non-adjustments, considering the principle of reparability of environmental damage, which obliges the polluter and the predator to recover and/or indemnify the damages caused

    Initial growth of Calendula officinalis L. plants treated with paclobutrazol

    Calendula officinalis L. is largely used in composition in beds and like cutted flowers. On the other hand, the height (30 – 60 cm), difficult the cultivate and sales like potted plant, owing to the tipping of pots and for the disposition of plants on the tables.  Paclobutrazol (PBZ) is a vegetal regulator that reduces the growth of plants.   The purpose of this study was to evaluate the initial growth of C. officinalis L. treated with PBZ. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse in the Floriculture Sector, of Agronomy Department, of Universidade Federal de Viçosa in October a November of 2020. The experiment was conducted in complety randomized desing and treatments were control, 2500, 5000, 7500 e 10000 ppm of PBZ doses with five repetitions. Two applications of PBZ doses were realized, being the first 15 days and the second 30 days after transplantation.  Plant height, leaf area, stem length and diameter, root length, leaves number and photosynthetic pigments were quantified.   PBZ, regardless of concentration, reduced plant heigth, leaf area, stem length, and diameter. Root length, leaves number and photossyntetic pigments did not significant among doses aplied.     Anos de vida perdidos ajustados pela incapacidade decorrentes de distúrbios musculoesqueléticos em profissionais de enfermagem oncológica

    Objectives: To estimate Disability-Adjusted Life Years Lost - DALY due to musculoskeletal disorders in nursing professionals in the hospital units of an oncology institution. Methods: Ecological study, using institutional database. Absolute DALY values were transformed into rates per 100,000 inhabitants and calculated by professional category, sex and age group. Results: It was estimated 3.78 DALY (2,136/100 thousand) among all nursing professionals, among Nursing Technicians 2.62 DALY (2186//100 thousand) and among Nurses 1.15 DALY (2024/100 thousand). Higher DALYs occurred among femalenursing technicians, aged 50 to 59 years with 0.98 DALY (3,161/100,000). Dorsopathies generated more DALY (1.97 DALY), especially low back pain and neck pain. Of the diagnoses found, 54% referred to Work-Related Musculoskeletal Diseases, and presented 2.62 DALYs (69% of the total DALY). Conclusion: There was a large amount of DALY due to musculoskeletal disorders among nursing professionals at the institution.Objetivos: Estimar los Años de Vida Perdidos Ajustados por Discapacidad causados ​​por trastornos musculoesqueléticos entre profesionales de enfermería de una institución de oncología, relacionando los resultados con el Estudio de Carga Global de Enfermedad. Métodos: Estudio ecológico, basado en datos institucionales primarios. Los valores absolutos encontrados se transformaron en tasas por cada 100 mil habitantes. Las tasas se calcularon por categoría profesional, sexo y grupo de edad. Resultados: se estimaron 3,78 DALY (2.136/100 mil) entre los profesionales de enfermería; 2,62 DALY (2186/100 mil) entre técnicos de enfermería y 1,15 DALY (2024/100 mil) entre enfermeros. La mayor pérdida de salud ocurrió entre los técnicos de enfermería, sexo femenino, de 50 a 59 años con 0,98 DALY (3.161/100.000). Las dorsopatías generaron más DALY (1,97 DALY), especialmente la lumbalgia y la cervicalgia. El 54% de los diagnósticos se refieren a Enfermedades Musculoesqueléticas Relacionadas con el Trabajo, con 2,62 DALY(69% del total). Conclusión: Existe una alta carga de enfermedad musculoesquelética entre los profesionales de enfermería.Objetivos: Estimar Anos de Vida Perdidos Ajustados pela Incapacidade - DALY decorrentes de distúrbios musculoesqueléticos em profissionais de enfermagem nas unidades hospitalares de uma instituição oncológica. Resultados: Estimou-se 3,78 DALY (2.136/100 mil) entre todos os profissionais de enfermagem; entre Técnicos de enfermagem 2,62 DALY (2186//100 mil); e entre Enfermeiros 1,15 DALY (2024/100mil). Maior DALY ocorreu entre técnicos de enfermagem, sexo feminino, faixa etária de 50 a 59 anos, cujo valor é 0,98 (3.161/100mil). As Dorsopatias geraram mais DALY (1,97 DALY), destacando-se as lombalgias e cervicalgias. Dos diagnósticos encontrados, 54% referiam-se a Doenças Osteomusculares Relacionadas ao Trabalho, e apresentaram 2,62 DALY (69% do total de DALY).     Humitec® e cobertura morta do solo no crescimento inicial da goiabeira cv. ‘Paluma’ no campo.

    A cultura da goiabeira expressa viabilidade socioeconômica no agronegócio brasileiro, contribui para a fixação do homem no campo e influencia positivamente na melhoria da distribuição da renda regional. Neste sentido, um experimento foi realizado no município de Remígio, Paraíba, Brasil, durante o período de março/2011 a julho/2012, para avaliar os efeitos das substâncias húmicas e da cobertura do solo, no crescimento das plantas de goiabeira cv. ‘Paluma’. Os tratamentos foram dispostos em blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições e duas plantas por parcela, utilizando o esquema fatorial 5 x 2, correspondendo as doses de substâncias húmicas de Humitec® de 0; 10; 20; 30 e 40 mL L-1, aplicadas em volume constante de 4 L de cada mistura a cada dois meses na área de projeção das plantas, no solo sem e com cobertura morta. As plantas responderam mais aos efeitos das substâncias húmicas do que à cobertura morta do solo, em que a maior altura e a maior área da copa, respectivamente aos 90 dias e aos 15 meses após o plantio corresponderam às doses estimadas de 18,6 e 20,4 mL de L-1 de Humitec®. A cobertura morta manteve o solo mais úmido, menos aquecido e reduziu as perdas hídricas por evaporação

    Production and quality of ornamental peppers cultivated under colored shade nets

    The cultivation of ornamental peppers in places with high temperature and incidence of solar radiation limits the production and quality of plants and fruits. The colored shade nets were introduced and adopted, because they reduce the temperature and intensity of solar radiation, as well as, low cost and simple to handle. The aimed was to evaluate the production and quality of C. chinense and C. frutescens cultivated under colored shade nets. The experiment was developed in the Floriculture Sector of the Agronomy Department of the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, Viçosa, Minas Gerais, Brazil from February to August 2021 in entirely randomized design.  C. chinense and C. frutescens were cultivated under red, pearl and aluminet nets with 35% shading and without net. At 150 days, production variables were quantified. The red net reduced the maximum temperature by at 4.1ºC and the pearl and aluminet nets reduced the minimum temperature by 3ºC. The maximum and minimum relative humidity was increased by 2.6 and 8.5%, respectively, by the red net. The pearl net obtained the lowest percentage of solar radiation incidence. Plant height was greater in the red and pearl nets, and C. frutescens. The diameter and stem fresh matter did not differ statistically between treatments. Root length was greater in the red and aluminet nets. The longitudinal and transverse canopy ratio was higher in C. chinense cultivated under the aluminet net. The number of leaves and leaves fresh matter was higher in pearl and aluminet net, and in C. frutescens, but leaves dry matter was higher in C. chinense. The number of flower buds and flowers, and flower buds dry matter was higher in C. chinense. The root fresh matter and dry matter was greater in C. chinese. The use of colored shade nets during the cultivation period effectively reduced temperature and light intensity.     EMERGÊNCIA E CRESCIMENTO INICIAL DE PLÂNTULAS DE MARACUJAZEIRO AMARELO SOB DOSES DE ESTERCO CAPRINO NO SUBSTRATO

    Objetivou-se estudar ao emergência e o crescimento inicial de plantas de maracujazeiro amarelo sob diferentes doses de esterco caprino. O experimento foi conduzido na Universidade Estadual da Paraíba- UEPB, Campus IV, Catolé do Rocha-PB, no período de 17 de junho a 07 de julho de 2014, em viveiro de produção de mudas com cobertura de tela de nylon tipo sombrite com 50% de luminosidade. O delineamento experimental foi em inteiramente casualizados, onde foram avaliados cinco doses de esterco caprino no substrato: 0,0 (testemunha); 20; 40; 60 e 80% volume do recipiente, com seis repetições e três plantas por repetição. As plantas foram conduzidas por 20 dias após a semeadura onde foram avaliadas quanto à percentagem e velocidade de emergência, altura, diâmetro do caule, número de folhas e matéria seca total. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de variância pelo teste ‘F’, e nos casos de significância os dados foram analisados por meio de análise de regressão polinomial. O substrato contendo 50% de esterco caprino e 50% de solo promoveu a maior emergência, crescimento e acúmulo de biomassa nas plântulas de maracujazeiro amarelo. Doses de esterco caprino superiores a 50% do volume do substrato afetaram à emergência, o crescimento inicial e o acúmulo de biomassa das plântulas de maracujazeiro amarelo
