    This article presents results based on special tabulations prepared by IBGE, using data from PINTEC in order to focus on the interaction between firms and universities in the Brazilian industry. The basic hypothesis states that the relevance of universities as a source of information to the firms’ innovation activities is greater when firms are engaged in R&D activities (both internal and external).     TEMPERATURAS DE EXPOSITORES DE ALIMENTOS E QUALIDADE HIGIÊNICO- SANITÁRIA EM RESTAURANTE SELF-SERVICE, NA CIDADE DE ITAPACI-GO

    Introdução: A modernidade proporciona as pessoas um ritmo acelerado diário fazendo com que os hábitos de vida e alimentares, sejam modificados por vários elementos. Tornando-se, cada vez maior o número de pessoas que se alimentam fora de casa. A comida em restaurante tipo self-service aparece como uma forma de oferecer à população uma refeição mais variada, mais barata e que se assemelha à comida caseira. Por essa razão é imprescindível que se tenha todo um controle do procedimento produtivo que abrange essa modalidade de serviço, obtendo o controle das qualidades de higiene das instalações, dos manipuladores e o controle da temperatura. Sendo assim, este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar temperatura de expositores e qualidade higiênico-sanitárias de alimentos, em dois restaurantes tipo self-service, na cidade de Itapaci – GO. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de campo de caráter qualitativo e quantitativo realizado no período de agosto a setembro de 2015 em dois restaurantes do tipo self-service em Itapaci-GO. Resultados e discussões: Foram identificados 100% das coletas, que os alimentos observados nos estabelecimentos pesquisados, estavam em temperaturas inadequadas, apresentaram-se fora da legislação estabelecida a RDC n° 216\2004. A média de temperatura para os alimentos quentes foi a recomendação mínima de 60°C e as preparações frias inferior a 10°C. Conclusão: Conclui-se que os restaurantes self-service analisados possuem falhas na distribuição de seus alimentos, favorecendo o desenvolvimento de microrganismos patogênicos. Portanto, esta irregularidade é considerada crítica na oferta de alimento seguro, com possibilidade de comprometer a qualidade dos alimentos e em seguida ocasionar riscos à saúde do consumidor.     In vitro germination of pollen grains of three native species from Pampa biome with ornamental potential

    The aim of this work was to verify the in vitro germination of pollen grains of Angelonia integerrima L., Campomanesia aurea O. Berg and Sesbania punicea (Cav.) Benth in different culture medium and temperatures. For this purpose, flower buds from which pollen was collected and sprayed on plates containing the three evaluated culture medium: M1 - agar and sucrose; M2 - agar, sucrose and H3BO3; M3 - agar, sucrose, H3BO3, Ca(NO3), MgSO4 and KNO3; and two incubation temperatures (20 °C and 30 °C). Data was subjected to analysis of variance after its transformation to square root and means were compared by Fisher’s test (LSD). For the three species, the temperature of 30 ºC provided the highest percentage of pollen grain germination. For A. integerrima, M1 and M3 promoted the highest germination percentages (40.7 % and 56.5 %, respectively). On the other hand, for C. aurea, M2 provided the highest germination average (43.7 %). At last for S. punicea, M3 was the one that provided the highest average (31.62 %). It was concluded that the evaluated species differ in micronutrient requirements for in vitro germination of pollen grains.     Comparative analysis of the friction and microstructural properties of WC-10Co-4Cr and Cr3C2-25NiCr coatings sprayed by high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF)

    In this study, coatings WC-10Co-4Cr and Cr3C2-25NiCr were deposited on the AISI H13 steel by oxy-fuel Thermal spraying (HVOF). This coating increases the wear resistance of surfaces subjected to severe conditions, such as: abrasive wear, thermal fatigue and plastic deformation. The coatings microstructure, hardness and wear resistance are investigated through friction and wear tests performed through a pin-on-disc type tribometer following the procedures defined in ASTM G99-04. It was verified that both materials used in the spraying have high resistance to wear, however, in the sample coated with Cr3C2-25NiCr there was a greater removal of material during the test

    Dosagem de misturas asfálticas recicladas à quente com diferentes teores de material fresado

    The asphaltic pavements have presented structural and functional deficiencies due to the increasing flow of commercial vehicles throughout the national territory. The pavement recycling technique is an alternative for the maintenance of the ideal conditions of safety and comfort to the users, maintaining the technical standards and the environmental conditions involved. In the light of this, this work tried to evaluate hot recycled mixtures with the incorporation of milled material. The dosages were prepared with 10, 20 and 30% RAP and their results of Resilience Module (TM) and tensile strength by diametrical compression (RT) were compared to those of a reference design without the addition of RAP. The results obtained showed that, for the evaluated criteria, the values of the tests increased as the percentage of incorporated RAP increased, being around 50% for the RM and approximately 40% for the RT, evidencing the possibility of improvement in the use of the technique. The reduction of the new asphalt binder insert could also be observed and its value decreased by approximately 17%. It is evaluated that the technique of hot recycling of pavements is technically, economically and environmentally feasible, being able to be included in the paving practices as to the elaboration, machining and application of these mixtures in the field.Os pavimentos asfálticos vêm apresentando deficiências estruturais e funcionais devido ao crescente fluxo de veículos comerciais em todo o território nacional. A técnica de reciclagem de pavimentos é uma alternativa para a manutenção das condições ideais de segurança e conforto aos usuários, mantendo os padrões técnicos e as condições ambientais envolvidas. Diante disto, este trabalho procurou avaliar misturas recicladas à quente com a incorporação de material fresado (RAP). As dosagens foram elaboradas com 10, 20 e 30% de RAP e seus resultados de Módulo de Resiliência (MR) e Resistência a Tração por compressão diametral (RT) foram comparados aos de um projeto de referência, sem a adição de RAP. Os resultados obtidos demostraram que, para os critérios avaliados, os valores dos ensaios sofreram acréscimo conforme o aumento do percentual de RAP incorporado, sendo em torno de 50% para o MR e aproximadamente 40% o RT, evidenciando a possibilidade de melhoria na utilização da técnica. A redução da inserção de ligante asfáltico novo também pôde ser observada e, seu valor diminuiu, em, aproximadamente, 17%. Avalia-se que a técnica de reciclagem à quente de pavimentos é técnica, econômica e ambientalmente viável, podendo ser incluída nas práticas de pavimentação quanto a elaboração, usinagem e aplicação destas misturas em campo

    Motor performance and nutritional status in students with attention deficit hiperactivity disorder

    Objective: This Study aimed to characterize the motor development and nutritional status of scholars with ADHD indicative. Methods: Eighty scholars of both sexes, aged 12,30 ±1,16 years old participated; separated in groups with (n = 40) and without ADHD indicative. To identify ADHD and Motor Development were used respectively, the Hyperactivity and Attention Deficit Evaluation Scale, and the motor battery MABC-2. Height and weight were measured to calculate Body Mass Index. Data were analyzed on SPSS17 software, adopting p < 0,05 significance levels. Results: The subjects presented, in most, a normal motor development. The ADHD group showed most numbers of subjects with a “defined motor problem”. It was found a statistically difference on throwing and catching skills (p = 0,005), balance (p = 0,010) and general motor development (p = 0,014) which without ADHD group presents better performance. It wasn’t found any significative association between motor development and ADHD presence. The scholars showed adequate nutritional state for age, but didn’t present a statistically significative difference between groups. Besides that, many subjects in both groups were classificated as overweight. An inverse relation between nutritional status and balance was found on with ADHD group (r = -0,321). Conclusions: There was difference in balance skills and abilities manuals, with poorer motor performance presented by the group with ADHD. They also found that the higher the BMI of children with ADHD worse performance in the balance

    A Sustentabilidade no Contexto de Gerenciamento de Projetos

    Objective: The objective of this study is to identify what has been studied regarding sustainability in the context of project management. Project / methodology / approach: Through a Systematic Literature Review delimited in the period between the years 2008 and 2019, 31 articles from the area of project management were analyzed, extracted from the Web of Science databases. As selection criteria the articles needed to address sustainability or sustainable development. Findings: It was noticed that sustainability has been studied in different ways in the context of project management, the articles were grouped according to their study focuses: Project Management; Project Manager; Project Deliverables; Social Responsibility; Stakeholders and Work Safety. Furthermore, it was perceived that the social dimension is often neglected, especially when it comes to studies related to project workers. Limitations / implications of the research: The research was conducted only in the six major journals of project management, (International Journal of Project Management; Project Management Journal; International Journal of Managing Projects in Business; International Journal of Information Systems and Project Management; International Journal of Project Organization and Management and Journal of Modern Project Management), so while it brings as a benefit the fact of being focused on this area, it may also have neglected works related to projects focused on sustainability or sustainable development that may be published in journals that are not from this area.Objective: The objective of this study is to identify what has been studied regarding sustainability in the context of project management. Além disso, foi percebido que a dimensão social é frequentemente negligenciada, principalmente quando se trata de estudos relacionados aos trabalhadores dos projetos. Limitações / implicações da pesquisa: A pesquisa foi feita somente nos seis principais periódicos de gerenciamento de projetos, (International Journal of Project Management; Project Management Journal; International Journal of Managing Projects in Business; International Journal of Information Systems and Project Management; International Journal of Project Organisation and Management e Journal of Modern Project Management), portanto ao mesmo tempo que traz como benefício o fato de estar focado nesta área, também pode ter negligenciado trabalhos relacionados a projetos com foco em sustentabilidade ou desenvolvimento sustentável que podem estar publicados em periódicos que não sejam desta área
