This article discusses the reconstruction of the application of Islamic law and the challenges of democracyin Indonesia. In recent years, the application of Shari'ah local regulations both at local and national level.Reformasi Shariah is a necessity. Because Shari'ah plays an important role in any religious activities of humanbeing. Shariah has been seen as something final, must be revisited in order to accommodate the needs of thetimes. Saat ini, teknologi berkembang ke segala arah, terutama di bidang kesejahteraan dan perawatan terutama di mana kebutuhan mendukung kehidupan. Perhatian ekstra diberikan sehubungan dengan bayi. Terutama jika terjadi kelahiran prematur (bayi baru lahir  yang muncul di tempat kejadian lebih cepat daripada bayi cukup bulan)/bayi dengan berat badan lahir  rendah (di bawah 1 kg), yang tidak akan membangun instrumen pengatur suhu (yaitu  tidak siap untuk berubah sesuai dengan suhu lingkungan luar  karena tidak memiliki rasio otot terhadap lemak) ukuran keamanan dikalikan. Neonatal Intensive Care  Unit (NICU) dimaksudkan untuk memberikan iklim yang membatasi berat badan pada anak yang baru lahir  dan mengatasi masalah mendasar dari  kehangatan, nutrisi, perawatan dan asuransi untuk menjamin perkembangan dan perbaikan yang sah.  Kata Kunci : Hipotermia · Detak jantung · Pernafasan · Raspberry  P

Defending Islam Action and Its Impact on the Local Islamic Conservatism Movement in West Sumatra

The massive demonstrations as part of the Defending Islam Action against Ahok in 2016 have had a broad impact on the dynamics of contemporary Indonesian politics. The event has not only created socio-political polarization in society but also seeped into local political dynamics in West Sumatra. So far, most studies have focused on the motives and causal factors of the Islamic defense action with its various implications, but there are still few studies that explain the influence of this action on the local Islamic conservatism movement in West Sumatra. Specifically, this study answers the question of how the influence of the Defending Islam Action on the local Islamic conservatism movement in West Sumatra after the 212 rally. A deep understanding of the development of Islamic conservatism in the local context can develop theories of Islamic conservatism in explaining the Islamic revival movement in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method by interviewing a number of actors of the local Islamic conservatism movement in West Sumatra.  The results of this study show that the transformation of national politics in the issues of the Defending Islam Action has a significant impact on the local Islamic conservatism movement. The national political factor not only affects the local Islamic conservatism movement but also the proliferation of such movements locally, that are active in responding to social, political and religious issues. The national political factor followed by local political decentralization is a political opportunity for local Islamic conservatism groups to carry out conservative Islamic agendas in West Sumatra

PENDEKATAN NATURALISTIK DAN FENOMENOLOGIS DALAM PENERAPAN NILAI-NILAI RELIGIUS DI SMAN I ACEH BARAT

Moral decadence in this era of globalization, the government sparked character education to be implemented in schools. One of the character values that is raised is religious character. The BKKBN survey states that 63% of teenagers in several big cities in Indonesia commit moral deviations such as premarital sex. The community assumes that the implementation of religious education in schools has not been able to touch religious aspects in order to form students who obey religious rules and have morals according to the rules of the Shari'a. This study aims to describe religious values, efforts to internalize religious values , and internalization models of religious character values in students of SMAN 1 Aceh Barat District. The method used is descriptive analysis, with research techniques library research, and field research, while the data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the religious values developed were Divine values and Intsaniyyah values; (2) efforts to internalize religious character are carried out at the time of orientation for new students, provision of religious material during Islamic Education learning hours; and (3) the internalization model of a religious character, namely during new MOS activities, congregational dhuhr prayer, Friday prayer, dhuha prayer, istighatsah, khatmul Qur'an, Amal Jariyah, social service and cleaning mushalla, all of these activities are carried out in order to familiarize students to apply religious values in everyday life at school

Developing Cognitive Test Based on the Revised Bloom's Taxonomy on the Structure and Cell Function Material for XI Grade Students in Senior High School of Tarakan City

This research was to develop a cognitive test tool based on Revised Bloom's Taxonomy. This study aimed to determine the quality of the test based on experts assessment, to measure the level of validity, reliability, and to determine the difficulty levels of the questions, discrimination power, and distractors. This research employed Research and Development (R&D) method. The development test model used was the 4D procedure which was modified into three steps: define, design, and develop. The subjects were the Science students of XI grade at SMAN 2 Tarakan and SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan. The results of the study were: (1) the experts validation analysis showed that the cognitive test has been categorized as valid which the value was 4.28 (2) The quality of cognitive test were: (A) the 90% items were valid, while 10% were invalid. (B) the reliability value was 0.79 (highly reliable) (C) the levels of difficulty were: easy (27%), moderate (53%), difficult (20%). (D)the test discrimination index were: weak (10%), sufficient (33%), good (53%), and either once (3%). (E) distractors effectiveness: effective category (85%), ineffective (15%). Assessment results from expert validators and empirical tests indicate that this cognitive test device is feasible to use and apply. The uniformity of this level of difficulty makes the quality of items were good to use. The discrimination power of these test tool, which has good value, indicate that the high diversity of items is able to measure students' abilities

INTERACTION BETWEEN RELIGIOUS PEOPLE POST SOCIAL CONFLICT IN ACEH SINGKIL DISTRICT

The case Singkil district in October 2015 in the form of inter-religious clashes that led to the burning of churches and loss of life is the fact that social interaction anatar religious adherents in the district of Gunung Meriah has not gone well. This study focused on the background of conflict, the interaction between religious communities after conflict and efforts to foster religious harmony after a conflict in Aceh Singkil. This study used a qualitative approach by using in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and study the documentation as data collection techniques. The results showed that the social conflict between religious communities is part of the social dynamics that occur in the community that stretches the inter-religious relations, but on the other hand can strengthen internal solidarity respective faiths. Forms of social interaction leads to the associative process and found to be also the potential that may lead to forms of dissociative interaction. Other forms of social interaction among religions is mutual cooperation, kinship, mutual silaturrahmi and respect among religions. The search results show that during the Aceh Singkil district government has sought to provide guidance to inter-religious harmony though not maximized. This is evident from the Government's efforts impressed yet to find effective strategies for conflict resolution that is holistic, systemic and regenerative. Then it can be predicted that the events of religious conflicts are still likely to occur in the future, both in the district of Gunung Meriah and elsewhere, especially in the district of Aceh Singkil
