Supplier and retailer coordination under stochastic price-dependent demand and fast moving items
We consider a centralized supply chain system consisting of a one supplier and one retailer. The customersβ demand is a compound Poisson process with price-dependent intensity and continuous batch size distribution. The intensity of the customersβ arrivals is assumed to be sufficiently high to use a diffusion approximation of the demand process. We assume that the supplier has complete information about the rational retailerβs behavior in the framework of the newsvendor problem. The objective is to find a joint pricing and ordering policy so as to maximize the retailerβs expected profit and supplierβs profit. The equations for the optimal prices main parts are obtained and the example of the price-intensity dependence is considered
Solution of Euler-Type Non-Homogeneous Differential Equations with Three Fractional Derivatives
The linear non-homogeneous ordinary differential equations with three left-hand sided Lioville derivatives of fractional order are considered. Using the direct and inverse Mellin transforms and the residue theory, explicit solutions of such equations are established in terms of the generalized hypergeometric Wright functions, of the generalized hypergeometric functions and of the Euler psi function. The corresponding results are deduced for ordinary differential equations of Euler type. Examples are given.

Systemic analysis and theoretical-game tools of interaction between economic, legal and social national macrosystems
Objective: economic and legal description, formal justification and construction of models of the balanced economic, legal and social macrosystems in order to determine effective strategic decisions under uncertainty. Methods: the theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the synthesis of the provisions and principles of game and management theories, economic and mathematical modeling and the game-theoretical models of decision-making in complex systems developed on their basis, as well as theoretical and methodological approaches of system analysis, economics, sociology, and law. Results: the balance of economic, legal and social systems is determined by the target orientation to the growth of the populationβs well-being. The existing mechanisms for achieving this balance do not take into account the interests of all participants of the systems. The paper presents a structural analysis of the interaction and mutual influence of economic, legal and social macrosystems (a complex metasystem); the necessity of transforming the existing approaches to their regulation is shown. The problem of ensuring the systemsβ balancing is largely related to the conflict of interests of the parties. Therefore, traditional methods of modeling decision-making processes do not reflect the real socio-economic processes. This problem was solved through game-theory models that contribute to the implementation of the constitutionally established norms which define Russia as a social state. When making strategic decisions in the social sphere, it is proposed to use the concept of the Golden rule of morality as the main economic doctrine, instead of the currently used neoliberal approach, based, among other things, on the concept of Nash equilibrium. The equilibrium models of the complex metasystem by Nash and Berge were formalized, constructed and compared.Scientific novelty: in contrast to the Nash equilibrium (principles of rationality) - the traditional approach used in the construction of equilibrium models, - the paper offers a theoretical justification of the development and construction of equilibrium models and balance sheet equilibrium of economic, legal and social macrosystems by Berge, as well as a formalization of effective strategic decisions and their respective risks.A distinctive feature of the constructed macromodels is the use of the philosophical and moral concept of the Golden rule (the mathematical basis is the balance by Berge) as an economic doctrine for strategic decision-making under uncertainty, and the construction of the so-called guaranteed optimal solutions by Pareto (effective), based, among other things, on the concept of the pair βsocial guarantee - life riskβ. If, in real conditions, one of the macrosystems is economic and is a βgeneratorβ of uncertainties, a guaranteed solution is formalized, optimal by Slater (weakly effective).Practical significance: the developed methodology for building the system equilibrium of economic, legal and social macro-systems enables to make decisions socially significant for the population that adequately take into account the peculiarities of the modern socio-economic macro-systems, such as nonstationarity, dysfunctionality, incomplete information, inconsistency, conflict, alternatives, multicriterial character, and risk; and to develop assisting intellectual systems of supporting decision-making based on mathematical models built using the game-theory approach
Conceptual Field of βSINβ in Context of Studying Linguistic Mentality
The article describes the principles of modeling the conceptual field of βSINβ in the context of studying national language according to the mentality of the Russian language. The purpose of the study is description of content and structural features of the language organization of conceptual field as a basic combat unit of language mentality. The research centers on language and text features of syntagmatic, paradigmatic and associative relations between the words sin , repentance and virtue - the representatives of the conceptual field of βSINβ identified through the analysis of the data extracted from dictionaries and also from the National corpus of the Russian language. Theoretical framework of the study is based on the principles of analysis of ways of conceptualizing the world as a source of formation of the phenomenon of βlinguistic mentality.β The study uses the methodology of conceptual analysis developed at the Department of Teaching the Russian language in Other Language Environments, Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod. The authors prove that the original basic structure of the conceptual field of βSINβ forms a multicomponent conceptual bunch of SIN - REPENTANCE IS -VIRTUE. In this case, the conceptual field of βSINβ is structured differently in relation to religious and non-religious, secular layer of this conceptual content. Practical significance of the research is that the main results can be used in University teaching of disciplines of the cultural linguistics cycle and in the practice of compiling dictionaries of concepts and of linguistic thesauri
Influence of recombinant erythropoietin on mesenchymal stem cells proliferation and differentiation during cultivation on allogenic bone matrix
Effectiveness of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) proliferation and differentiation wasstudied after addition of medicinal productcontaining human recombinant erythropoietin (rhEPO)into enriched culture medium with components for osteoandangiogenesis. Cultivation of mesenchymal stem cellsunder static conditions using “cocktail” of growth factorsand rhEPO allowed to populate allogenic discs-scaffoldswith connective tissue formations with the participationof osteoblasts and elongated multicellular structures, which formed after endothelium-like cells fusion. In thepresence of rhEPO MSCs differentiates more effectively inosteogenic direction than in angiogenic
Competitiveness and Competitive Advantages of Enterprises in the Energy Sector
Traditional energy sources form the basis of the energy complex. But the use of renewable energy sources is more acceptable from the ecological point of view and contributes to the saving of oil and gas resources. Therefore, the authors analyzed the competitiveness of the use of alternative energy sources. To study the issue, the study used econometric, theoretical methods. It was found that most of the energy resources in the world and in the Russian Federation is covered by gas and oil, but alternative energy sources are gaining momentum. It is determined that in Russia the greatest percentage is occupied by bio-heat power stations, while in the world the main part is given to wind energy.
