Ecologization: the way to sustainable development of the region

Тhe socio-ecological-economic content of the economic mechanism of industrial production is revealed and the algorithm of its ecologization as one of the directions of sustainable development of the region is given. As a result of the study, the concept of "ecologization" is considered. The basic principles of ecologization of the region that formed the basis for constructing an algorithm for ecologization of the economic mechanism of the region have been formed. The given algorithm of ecologization of the economic mechanism of industrial use in three stages: the first - a formal, containing the ecologization of elements of the economic mechanism; the second - really intensive, envisages ecologization of production; the third - intensive-coevolutionary, characteristic of the harmony of relations of society with nature.Keywords: economic mechanism, principles, regional development, economic development, nature management, reproductionРозкрито  соціо-еколого-економічний  зміст  господарського механізму виробничого природокористування та наведений  алгоритм його екологізації, як одного з напрямів сталого розвитку регіону. Magnetically controlled exciton transfer in hybrid quantum dot-quantum well nanostructures

A magnetophotoluminescence study of the carrier transfer with hybrid InAs/GaAs quantum dot(QD)-InGaAs quantum well (QW) structures is carried out where we observe an unsual dependence of the photoluminescence (PL) on the GaAs barrier thickness at strong magnetic field and excitation density. For the case of a thin barrier the QW PL intensity is observed to increase at the expense of a decrease in the QD PL intensity. This is attributed to changes in the interplane carrier dynamics in the QW and the wetting layer (WL) resulting from increasing the magnetic field along with changes in the coupling between QD excited states and exciton states in the QW and the WL

The car manufacturers use social media to create connections with the customers. In Master Thesis I examined the changes of decision behavior and analyzed it with the help of survey. Синтез системи керування процесом формування вуглецевих виробів

The object of research is the process of formation of carbon products.The production of carbon products is characterized by considerable resource and energy intensity, therefore the actual task is to increase the efficiency of this production by introducing the optimum operating modes of its component technological processes.One of the main technological processes in the production of carbon products is the process of their formation by squeezing of the electrode mass through a mouthpiece of the corresponding shape in a hydraulic press. All inherited properties that determine the quality of finished products are laid at the stage of pressing the electrode blanksThe analysis of the existing control systems for the process of formation of carbon products shows that the formation process is a typical cyclic process. For such processes, the control task is, as a rule, to implement such controls that would ensure that one or more output variables are tracked by a predetermined path of motion, which is repeated from cycle to cycle. A new control system is proposed that provides for iterative learning control in formation of the electrode mass by squeezing through a mouthpiece of the corresponding shape in a hydraulic press. The corresponding ILC algorithm is proposed. Thanks to this solution, a high quality control is provided in the absence of initial uncertainties and external disturbances.Предложена новая система управления, которая предусматривает управление с итеративным обучением (УИО) процессом формирования продавливанием электродной массы через мундштук соответствующей формы в гидравлическом прессе. Предложен соответствующий УИО-алгоритм. Данное исследование подтвердило, что УИО-алгоритм обеспечивает высокое качество управления в условиях отсутствия начальных неопределенностей и внешних возмущений.Запропонована нова система керування, яка передбачає керування з ітеративним навчанням (КІН) процесом формування продавлюванням електродної маси через мундштук відповідної форми у гідравлічному пресі. Запропоновано відповідний КІН-алгоритм. Дане дослідження підтвердило, що КІН-алгоритм забезпечує високу якість керування в умовах відсутності початкових невизначеностей та зовнішніх збурень
