Significance of Creativity, Innovation and Resource-management in Entrepreneurial Ventures

The purpose of the study was to determine the significance of creativity, innovation and resource management in entrepreneurial ventures. The study analyzed the relationship of these factors with entrepreneurial ventures. To carry out the research, entrepreneurial ventures from the capital of Pakistan were chosen. Survey based research has been carried out through structured questionnaires to collect the primary data. Statistical analysis of correlation and regression has been performed to determine the strength of association between factors and entrepreneurial ventures. The significant results prove the strong association between creativity, innovation, resource management and entrepreneurial ventures. The results show that sustainability and growth of entrepreneurial ventures is not possible without focusing on innovation and creativity yet at the same time resources are to be managed effectively. Stumpage Appraisal Using Tender Price in Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia

Previous studies have shown that tropical forests are under valued. This may result in unsustainable harvest, biased against conservation and low revenue to the government. A study was conducted m the state of Pahang, Peninsula Malaysia to determine the trend and patterns of tender prices based on 277 logging transactions between the period 1993 to 1998. An analysis was also conducted to compare the actual tender price offered by the concessionaires with the estimated tender price using residual value technique for three logging compartments. Data on tender prices were collected from the Pahang State Forestry Department sales record. For the comparative analysis of tender price between actual and estimated price, data were obtained from state-own logging enterprises. These include data on timber volume, log price, logging and actual tender price. The result indicate that the average tender price offered by the concessionaires is RM6,271.44 per hectare, and the highest average tender price IS RM14,236.51 per hectare. The highest average tender prices (RM10,558.76 per hectare) is in the District of Lipis, followed by District of Jerantut (RM8,996.21). In general, the tender price has shown fluctuating trends during the study period, mainly due to economic situation and demand supply situation of log. The result from comparative analysis indicates that the concessionaires are relatively over-estimate the stumpage value, ranging from 6.4 to 20.14 percent. The study suggests that tendering would indicate full market value of a logging compartment when it is used for timber production. The estimated tender price using the residual value technique can be used to set the floor price. Further research is needed to obtain a comprehensive tendering mechanism before Implementing any police reform on forest revenue system in the state

PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2013-2017

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat membuat persaingan industri semakin ketat, pengembangan inovasi bisnis yang semakin modern. Perusahaan yang dulu hanya berfokus pada modal fisik/finansial yang didasarkan pada tenaga kerja (labor based bussines), sekarang lebih berfokus pada modal intelektual (intellectual capital) yang menjadi karakteristik perusahaan berbasis pengetahuan untuk menciptakan nilai perusahaan dan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh Intelectual Capital yang diukur dengan Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA)terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang go public di Bursa EfekIndonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan diperoleh sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 11 perusahaan, dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2013-2017. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji kelayakan model menunjukkan model layak digunakan dalam penelitianlebih lanjut, dan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji t menunjukkan variabel Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA)berpengaruh positifterhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang go public di Bursa EfekIndonesia. Impact of Social Media on the Success of Technological Entrepreneurial Ventures

Business methods and practices have changed due to development in the technology. The tools of technology have brought a paradigm shift in the business techniques. Social media has now become a significant factor for the entrepreneurs. Social media is the vital dependency factor of entrepreneurial growth and development. The paper discusses the impact of Social Media on the success of technological entrepreneurial ventures in Pakistan. The sample of research includes the entrepreneurial ventures of software industry in Pakistan. The research purpose is to study the impact of social media practices of marketing, branding, networking and communication on the business success. Questionnaire based study is carried out to collect the data from software entrepreneurial ventures to test the hypothesis of research. Statistical analysis is performed on the data to study the association between success and social media. The results show that strong impact of social media is found on the success of entrepreneurial ventures. The strongest significant relationship is found between social media communication and networking with the technological entrepreneurial growth and success. ABSTRACTThe importance of prioritizing humanization in the religious learning process aims so that students do not experience dehumanization. Rehumanization is intended so that students have complete rights and obligations in carrying out religious learning in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to describe rehumanization through religious education from the perspective of KH. Ahmad Dahlan. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach with a literature review research model (library research).
