Constructive solution of highly effective photoenergy module: development and experimental testing
Based on experimental study and computermodeling of working temperature influence on the efficiency of Chinese production silicon solar cells identified temperature dependence of efficiency shows the feasibility of using Chinese production Si-SC in the construction of photovoltaic thermal system, which together with the heat pump is part of a combined system for hot water supply, heating and air conditioning. Based on a detailed analysis of the working temperature influence on the efficiency of photovoltaic processes that determine the solar cells work, it has been developed the optimal construction and technological solution of hybrid solar generated module, the main feature ofwhich is the heat exchange block, designed to reduce the solar cells working temperature. The experimental testing of hybrid modules samples equipped with developed cooling system, high-voltage part of power take-off system demonstrates their reliability and high efficiency which allow to achieve the such module efficiency up to 18.5 %.На основе экспериментального исследования в комплексе с компьютерным моделированием влияния рабочей температуры на эффективность кремниевых солнечных элементов китайского производства выявлена температурная зависимость их эффективности. Температурная зависимость показывает целесообразность использования солнечных элементов китайского производства в составе фотоэлектрической тепловой системы, которая вместе с тепловым насосом является частью комбинированной системы горячего водоснабжения, отопления и кондиционирования воздуха. На основе детального анализа влияния рабочей температуры на
эффективность фотоэлектрических процессов, определяющих работу солнечных элементов, было разработано оптимальное конструктивно-технологическое решение гибридного солнечного генерирующего модуля, основной особенностью которого является теплообменный блок, предназначен для снижения рабочей температуры солнечных элементов. Экспериментальные испытания образцов таких модулей, оснащенных разработанной системой охлаждения и высоковольтной системой отбора мощности, демонстрируют их надежность и высокую эффективность, позволяющие достичь КПД гибридного модуля до 18,5 %
Strategies and Trends in Development of Modern Mass Media in Globalization Processes: a Regional Aspect
The article deals with the formation and specifics of the development of new media in the Lipetsk region. Attention is focused on the problems of globalization and modification of regional mass media at the present stage. The results of a comparative analysis of traditional and new media in terms of convergence are presented. The question is raised about the multimediaization of journalism, the transition of traditional publications to an online format and the transformation of the types of information consumption by the audience. Particular attention is paid to the changes taking place in the local media of the Lipetsk region as a result of media convergence. The novelty of the study is expressed in a comprehensive analysis of trends and determination of the prospects for the development of regional media. The relevance of the study is due to the active expansion of the processes of media convergence, multimedia journalism, the transition of traditional publications to Internet platforms. It is proved that the development of communication technologies has led to the modification of the media, globalization and convergence factors determine the formation of a modern media system. The information and communication aspect of globalization is most manifested in the processes of interconnection and interdependence of objects and phenomena, the development of ICT, the integration of mass media, the increase in the number of global media and the growing role of the Internet
Peculiarities of personnel motivation system and its role in the management of the company «Mouzenidis Travel»
The relevance of consideration issues of motivation aspects in modern management is becoming increasingly important. Creating well-developed systems of management of labor motivation of employees of the organization helps make optimum use of available human resources. The article considers the theoretical foundations of motivation, the results of research activities on the motivation of firm personnel, and assessment of motivation as a key to the success of the company «Mouzenidis Travel», developed proposals on improvement of activity of tourist firms, connected with the issues of personnel motivation as a major factor of effective activity of enterprise personnel.Актуальность рассмотрения проблем мотивационных аспектов в современном менеджменте приобретает все большее значение. Создание четко разработанных систем управления трудовой мотивацией сотрудников организации способствует оптимальному использованию имеющегося кадрового потенциала. Modern requirements to preparation of professional and pedagogical personnel
The relevance of the researched problem is caused by the need of providing the educational organizations of the system of professional education with specialists in projecting and implementation of educational programs of training of workers and specialists of a middle link, and formation of a personnel resource for innovative productions. The purpose of the presented article consists in consideration of the discrepancies arising while introduction of the professional standard "Teacher of Vocational Training, Vocational Education and Further Vocational Education" and changes revelation of a pedagogical personnel which are necessary for improvement of preparation quality. The leading approach to the research of this problem is the system-based approach which allows us to reveal the discrepancies arising by the comparison of the professional standard and educational programs that are developed taking into account requirements of the educational standard for the direction of preparation Vocational Training (branch-wise). According to the analysis results, the option of adjustment of educational programs for the direction of preparation Vocational Training (branch-wise) is offered; it promotes improvement of preparation quality of pedagogical personnel for the system of professional education and further vocational education, and also the corporate educational organizations and innovative productions. Scientific-theoretical background the organization of geobotany employees of the micro enterprises sport and recreation sector
The relevance of the research problem due to the needs of the labor market, terms of developing economy of micro-entrepreneurship in sport and recreation sector and the demands of the subject of labour activity to professional training without discontinuing work. The purpose of the article is to understand the current issues aspects of pedagogical learning situation of a potential employee an experienced professional when using the internal resources of micro-enterprises. A leading approach to the study of this problem is systematically-activity, which allows to represent the process of professional learning in conditions of the micro-enterprise as a system activity of subjects for the development of professional competence of the employee sports and recreation sector. The results of the research showed that the process of training and professional interaction of the micro-enterprise employees to be effective if educational-vocational. interaction of the micro-enterprise employees will be considered as a productive mutual agreed actions of subjects of labour, aimed at solving educational and professional problems in the process of joint labour activity. Application of ICT tools in teaching American English for computer science students in the context of global challenges
The article deals with the urgent issue of American English learning for IT-professionals under challenging conditions of the changeable economic situation in the world. Some statistical data on global education trends and its analysis are given to confirm the topicality of the problem. State-of-the-art trends in foreign language teaching in the context of global challenges are presented. It is stated that informal education environments, distant learning platforms, virtual reality environments, artificial intelligence applications and collaboration platforms are to be mastered by Ukrainian undergraduates. Certain peculiarities of choosing and studying British and American English course by students of IT-specialities at three Ukrainian universities are given: the course choice procedure, the reasons for course preference, and the syllabus content. The best technologies, applications and tools for classroom activities and independent learning are substantiated, specific examples of their application for British and American English course learning are presented
CHARACTER OF DISTRIBUTION OF HLA II ANTIGENS IN PATIENTS WITH AVERAGE AND SEVERE FORMS OF ACNE
This article presents information about the distribution of antigens of the second class in patients with papulo-pustular and nodulous forms of acne. Class II antigens distribution was estimated as the total Group and groups of patients allocated depending on the severity of the clinical picture. Association revealed the presence of severe acne with antigens of histocompatibility of HLA-complex that confirms the importance of immunogenetic factors in the pathogenesis of this condition
