    Many elementary school students today bring its own problems with the dissolution of cooperative and opinion appreciation character. Especially at this era of implementation character based 2013 curriculum. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution to overcome it. After going through a series of studies, then selected solution in the form of development strategy of coorperative and opinion appreciation character for elementary school students. This research has done in the research development approach. So it will produce the product of learning video as reference material for teacher. In this research the researcher appoints students of elementary school program as model teacher. The results showed that the implementation of social science learning application of coperative script strategy, all strategy steps have been done and have an impact on the development of the character of cooperation and opinion apprecdiation of the students especialy in social science learning. Thus it can be concluded that the development of social science through cooperative script strategy effective and efficient to reestablish the character of cooperation and opinion appreciation on self elementary students

    ANALISIS PENGARUH INFORMASI KEUANGAN DAN INFORMASI NON KEUANGAN TERHADAP TINGKAT UNDERPRICING SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG MELAKUKAN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2009-2013

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh informasi keuangan yang meliputi Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan informasi non keuangan yang meliputi umur perusahaan, reputasi underwriter, persentase penawaran saham, harga penawaran dan krisis terhadap tingkat underpricing saham pada perusahaan yang melakukan initial public offering di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2013. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan IPO dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2013. Sampel sebanyak 58 perusahaan didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian menggunakan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R²), Uji Statistik F dan Uji Statistik T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada informasi keuangan Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat underpricing saham. Sedangkan untuk informasi non keuangan, hanya umur perusahaan dan harga penawaran terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat underpricing saham. Peneliti selanjutnya sebaiknya mengembangkan penelitian dengan menambah variabel-variabel lain yang diduga mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap underpricing saham.     The learning process in class still uses the lecture method, assignments, questions and answers, and skills training. This results in students getting bored easily, and teachers also have not yet instilled the value of attitude to shape character in PPKn learning. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in PPKn subjects on ethnic, social and cultural diversity using the Talking Stick model in class IV students of SDN 02 Sukorejo Kulon. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. The results obtained by the activity of the first cycle teacher 78.5%, 95% second cycle. The activity of students in the first cycle was 66.5%, the second cycle became 81%. Increased knowledge of the first cycle 63.75%, second cycle to 86%. The attitude that often arises in the first cycle is the attitude of loving the motherland, the second cycle of the attitude of cooperation and patriotism have the same number of occurrences. In the aspect of skills, in cycle II there were 8 students who received grades 4 with loud voices, the contents were delivered precisely and clearly, and there were no word errors.Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran di kelas masih menggunakan metode ceramah, penugasan, tanya jawab, dan latihan keterampilan. Hal ini mengakibatkan siswa mudah cepat bosan, serta guru juga belum menanamkan nilai sikap untuk membentuk karakter pada pembelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Hasil Belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn materi keragaman suku bangsa, sosial, dan budaya menggunakan model Talking Stick pada siwa kelas IV SDN 02 Sukorejo Kulon. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian diperoleh aktivitas guru siklus I 78,5%, siklus II 95%. Aktivitas siswa siklus I 66,5% , siklus II menjadi 81%. Peningkatan pengetahuan siklus I 63,75%, siklus II menjadi 86%. Sikap yang sering muncul pada siklus I adalah sikap cinta tanah air, siklus II sikap kerjasama dan cinta tanah air memliki jumlah kemunculan yang sama. Dalam aspek keterampilan, pada siklus II terdapat 8 siswa yang memperoleh nilai 4 dengan suara yang lantang, isi yang disampaikan tepat dan jelas, dan tidak terdapat kesalahan kata

    The phenomenon of violence against women has recently become a prominent issue. This is not only due to the increasing severity of cases of violence experienced by women, but the intensity is even more worrying. This study focuses on domestic violence during the covid-19 pandemic in Gorontalo Province. The method used in this research is field research with a sociological juridical approach to determine the application of law to society, in this case the enforcement of related laws regarding Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence.The results of this study are forms of domestic violence in the form of physical violence, namely actions that cause pain, fall ill, or seriously injured. Psychological violence, namely actions that cause fear, loss of self-confidence, loss of ability to act, sense of helplessness, and/or severe psychological suffering on a person. Factors causing Domestic Violence (KDRT) which are often found in handling victims, include: Perpetrators who cheat or have WIL, Communication factors that are not harmonious, There are influence factors from the family either from the victim or perpetrator, Socio-economic factors, Perpetrators who commit physical violence and sexual violence, perpetrators who do not provide a living or neglect for a long time and from the juridical side the problem of domestic violence (KDRT) is pursued through private law (civil) with divorce. However, the dilemma faced by the victim is that she is not ready to live her own life (as a widow) by bearing a negative predicate from the community.&nbsp

    A structural equation model of consumers' intentions to consume functional foods :an application to yoghurt and margarine in the UK

    PhD ThesisPurpose: The aim of the study is to develop a structural equation model of consumer intentions to purchase and consume functional foods. The study is set in the context of the UK and focuses on two different types of products: Yoghurt with Live Cultures and Cholesterol Lowering Margarine. Methodology: The research utilises a quantitative methodology. An Extended Health Belief Model (EHBM) was developed from the Health Belief Model (HBM) to explain consumer intentions to purchase functional foods. The model specifies six antecedent constructs and three control measures. The data were generated from a survey of UK food consumers consisting of sub-samples of 350 for each product group. The analysis utilises a comprehensive approach, where the respondents for each product is split between User Group and Non-User Group for comparison. Findings: The measures of the antecedent constructs have acceptable measurement properties. The EHBM models reveal that five constructs (i.e. Perceived Benefits, Perceived Susceptibility, Perceived Barrier, Self-Identity and Cues to Action) determine Behavioural Intention for User Group of Yoghurt with Live Culture, and three constructs (i.e. Cues to Action, Perceived Benefits and Perceived Barrier) determine Behavioural Intention for NonUser Group of Yoghurt with Live Culture. Meanwhile, for Cholesterol Lowering Margarine models, four constructs (i.e. Perceived Benefits, Cues to Action, Perceived Barrier and SelfIdentity) determine Behavioural Intention for User Group of Cholesterol Lowering Margarine, and one construct (i.e. Cues to Action) determine Behavioural Intention for NonUser Group of Cholesterol Lowering Margarine. The control variables do not have a significant effect on either product in the structural models. Theoretical contribution: The EHBM model extends the original HBM model in the specification of a new endogenous construct of ‘Behavioural Intention’ and the inclusion of a new antecedent construct of ‘Self-Identity’. In addition, new dimensions of measurement models were developed for all EHBM variables which are reliable and valid in dimensions of two different types of functional foods, using the quantitative method adopted. Managerial insight: The results inform the managers that different types of functional foods product require varying marketing approaches. Furthermore, they provide the opportunity to develop a greater understanding of the use of models for other functional products.     Kerupuk tulang ikan binggul  (Tuibee) merupakan produk diversifikasi dari pemanfaatan tulang ikan binggul sebagai bahan pembuatan kerupuk untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi masyarakat serta menunjukkanvariasi hasil olahan produk perikanan agar dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah pada komoditas ikan tersebut. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapang (PKL) adalah untuk membuatkerupuk tulang ikan binggul (Tuibee), keadaan sanitasi dan higiene yang diterapkan dalam usaha pembuatan Kerupuk Tulang Ikan Binggul (Tuibee), mengetahui komposisi gizi dan manfaat dari kerupuk tulang ikan binggul, dan mengetahui aspek finansial dari usaha pembuatan kerupuk tulang lele di Dusun Daun Barat Syebhen Star. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan metode deskriptif sedangkan teknik pengambilan datanya dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, partisipasi aktif dan dokumentasi. Alur proses pembuatan kerupuk tulang ikan binggul (Tuibee) meliputi persiapan bahan baku, persiapan bahan tambahan, pembuatan bubur tulang lele, pencampuran adonan, pencetakan, pemotongan, penjemuran, pengemasan, dan pelabelan. Demi menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan aman untuk dikonsumsi, Desa Daun Syebhen Starmenerapkan ilmu yang diberikan oleh beweone dalam proses pembuatan tulang ikan binggul (Tuibee) dengan memasarkan ke masyarakat luas dan menjadikannya penghasilan tambahan dalam dunia pemasaran
