Identifikasi Patogen Penyebab Penyakit Tanaman Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq. ) di Desa Bertam Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota

The research is about identification of pathogenic fungi in oil palm plant (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) In Bertam Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota and Agriculture Quarantine Laboartory Jambi has done for six months. The aim of this research is to identificated disease in oil palm plants (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) that caused by fungi in Bertam Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota. The research was conducted by observing the disease which in palm oil plants area, and identificated pathogenic fungi in laboratory in moist chamber and using microscop and also fungi identifications book.The result of this research is showed that the four pathogenic fungi which attack oil palm plants in Bertam Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota namely: 1) Fusarium sp fungi rown Disease, 2) Curvularia fungi caused Leaf Disease, 3) Phytopthora sp fungi caused Leaf Rot disease and 4) Drechslera sp fungi which the cause of Drechslera leaft Disease

The research about identification of pathogenic fungi in rubber plant (Havea Brasiliensis) In Sukajaya Kecamatan Bayung Lincir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin and Agriculture Quarantine Laboartory Jambi has been done for six months. The aim of research is to identificated disease in rubber plants (Havea Brasiliensis) that caused by fungi in Sukajaya Kecamatan Bayung Lincir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. The research maked to see disease sign in rice plants area and to identificated pathogenic fungi in laboratory by microscop and fungi identifications book.The result of this research indicated that find four pathogenic fungi to attack rice plants in Lubuk Ruso Kabupaten Batanghari that is: 1) Rigidoporus lignosus fungi caused White root fungus disease, 2) Fusarium sp fungi caused Rubber bark necrosis disease, 3) Colletotrichum gloeosporiosides fungi caused Colletotrichum Leaf disease and 4) Phytopthora botryosa fungi caused Phytopthora Leaf disease

Penentuan Waktu Standar dan Optimalisasi Tenaga Kerja pada Bagian Daily Storage Check dan Shipping PT. X

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan waktu standar dan optimal jumlah operator ada proses Daily Storage Check dan Shipping di gudang PT. X. Permasalahan yang terjadi banyaknya tenaga kerja bagian Daily Storage Check dan Shipping adalah overtime yang fluktuatif. Hal ini disebabkan oleh penentuan jumlah tenaga kerja yang tidak seimbang dengan beban kerja yang ada dan tidak adanya waktu standar pada setiap kegiatan. Metode yang dilakukan ada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan Analisis Beban Kerja, Work Measurement, Time Study untuk menentukan waktu standar dan jumlah optimal tenaga kerja. Analisis beban kerja dilakukan dengan menghitung waktu yang dibutuhkan tenaga kerja atau waktu normal untuk menyelesaikan setiap pekerjaan sesuai dengan job description. Penentuan waktu standar diperoleh dari waktu normal dengan mempertimbangkan performance rating setiap tenaga kerja dan allowance. Hasil perhitungan beban kerja menunjukan adanya perbedaan jumlah tenaga kerja yang ada dengan jumlah yang seharusnya dibutuhkan. Dengan dilakukan penelitian ini dapat membantu memecahkan permasalahan pada tenaga kerja di gudang terutama bagian Daily Storage Check dan Shipping. We found, this is due to the determination of the amount of labor that is not balanced with the existing workload and the absence of standard time on each activity. The method of this research is carried out there by doing Workload Analysis, Work Measurement, Time Study to determine the optimal number of standard time and labor. Workload analysis performed by calculating the time it takes manpower or normal time to complete each job according to the job description. Determining the standard time obtained from normal time to consider the performance rating of each labor and allowance. Results workload calculation shows the difference in the amount of labor that is the number that should be required. By this research, we hope, we can help solve problems in labor in the warehouse, especially the Daily Storage Checking and Shipping. DESAIN APLIKASI PENGENALAN POLA TANDA TANGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE (SVM)

Penggunaan tanda tangan saat ini banyak digunakan untuk memverifikasi keabsahan dari berbagai transaksi keuangan. Lembar cek, credit card dan berbagai dokumen lainnya menggunakan tanda tangan sebagai pengenal keabsahan seseorang. Teknologi identifikasi untuk  pengenalan  pola  tanda  tangan  termasuk  didalam  biometrika yang menggunakan karakteristik perilaku alami manusia. pada penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu perancangan aplikasi pengenalan pola tanda tangan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk membangun sistem yang dapat mendeteksi tipe pemalsuan tanda tangan berbasis metode Support Vector Machine. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pengenalan terhadap pola tanda tangan seseorang tersebut sehingga dapat diketahui informasi pemilik tanda tangan tersebut dan mendapatkan data tentang pola tanda tangan. Rancangan aplikasi ini yang dapat membantu pengguna dalam upaya melakukan deteksi tanda tangan, rancangan ini  layak  digunakan  sehingga  dapat  memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pengenalan terhadap pola tanda tangan seseorang tersebut sehingga dapat diketahui informasi pemilik tanda tangan tersebut. Hasil olah Matlab pada image processing dan jaringan syaraf tiruan biasanya disimpan pada ekstensi *.mat karena variabel image processing dan jaringan syaraf tiruan bersifat angka. District Integrated Services provides e-KTP Management services. Districts play a roles in providing satisfactionto recipients of e-KTP management services However, in reality there are still many people who are still not satisfied with the achievement of the completion time for the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the Qualityof Integrated Administration Services in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency (E-KTP Management Study) and to determine the inhibiting factors of the Integrated Administration Service Quality in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency (E-KTP Management). learn). The research method used is a quantitative method with data collections techniquesthrough observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Discussion on the Quality of IntegratedAdministrative Services in Bantan regency, Bengkalis regency in the management of E-KTP has not been implementedbased on standards operating procedures. so that it has not provided satisfactory achievements for the community.Conclusion the Quality of Integrated Administrative Services in Bantan regency, Bengkalis Regency in the managementof E-KTP has been implemented but has not been implemented optimally in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures starting from the completion of the time for making E-KTP. This is due to a lack of personnel and supporting infrastructure in providing services. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat  hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot lengan dengan kemampuan lompat harimauatlet senam artistik pemula SSC Kabupaten Agam.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet senam artstik pemula SSC yang berjumlah 25 orang artistik putra. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Standing Broad Jump, Push Up, dan tes kemampuan lompat harimau. Analisis data dilakukan dengan korelasi product moment. Village Government Governance In Determining Border Tapes Between Buluh Manis Village And Pematang Pudu Village In Bengkalis District

This research examines the Governance of Village Governments in Determining Boundaries which have problems regarding Governance in the settlement of boundaries. This study aims to determine village government governance in determining the boundaries between Buluh Manis Village and Pematang Pudu Village in Bengkalis Regency. This type of research, which is located in Buluh Manis Village, Bathin Solapan District and Pematang Pudu Village in Mandau District, is descriptive with qualitative methods, namely research that seeks to describe the object or subject under study in accordance with what it is, and to explain variables and indicators. The results of the study regarding Village Government Governance in Determining the Boundary between Buluh Manis Village and Pematang Pudu Village in Bengkalis Regency were analyzed through four indicators. First, the accountability is both normative accountability and positive accountability can be correlated well because the Bengkalis Regency Government in solving this problem is responsible for the authority assigned to it as it has done several stages of solving the boundary problem between Buluh Manis Village and Pematang Pudu Village . Second, the transparency, namely the openness of the process in the formulation of public policies and the action of its implementation can be seen by the community knowing how the process in the formulation of decision-making to determine the boundaries between Buluh Manis Village and Pematang Pudu Village or in the implementation action which also includes representatives from the community such as community leaders. Third, the participation is that the Bengkalis Regency Government has conducted mediation by opening a discussion forum between the parties involved in the completion of boundary determination.
