    Effective field theory analysis of 3D random field Ising model on isometric lattices

    Ising model with quenched random magnetic fields is examined for single Gaussian, bimodal and double Gaussian random field distributions by introducing an effective field approximation that takes into account the correlations between different spins that emerge when expanding the identities. Random field distribution shape dependencies of the phase diagrams and magnetization curves are investigated for simple cubic, body centered and face centered cubic lattices. The conditions for the occurrence of reentrant behavior and tricritical points on the system are also discussed in detail.Comment: 13 pages, 8 figure

    Salah satu cara Perusahaan untuk mengembangkan USAhanya yaitu dengan cara ekspansi dengan melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO). Fenomena menarik pada saat Perusahaan melakukan Initial Public Offering adalah fenomena Underpricing. Fenomena underpricing merupakan fenomena dimana harga saham yang ditawarkan pada pasar perdana lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan harga saham ketika diperdagangkan di pasar sekunder. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Firm Size) terhadapunderpricing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan yang melakukanInitial Public Offering (IPO) di BEI tahun 2013-2016. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 54 sampel Perusahaan dari 82 Perusahaan yang melakukan initial public offeringdi BEI tahun 2013-2016. Metodeanalisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penenlitian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Firm Size)berpengaruh terhadap underpricing pada Perusahaan yang IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan Net Profit Margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh underpricing pada Perusahaan yang IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    An Analysis of Judges' Considerations in Making Decision About the Case of Application for Marriage Dispensation After the Enactment of Law Number 16 of 2019 Concerning Marriage

    After the enactment of Law no. 16 of 2019 concerning marriage which substantially regulates the age of marriage. The increase in the age of marriage regulated in the law has become a polemic in the community, so to obtain their rights, a marriage dispensation is proposed. The application for Marriage Dispensation has become a polemic, because the community has not been able to adapt, so with many reasons the judge can grant the request.Therefore, it is urgent to reveal the judge's considerations as a result of the judge's decision on marriage dispensation. This research is a qualitative field research in the field of law. The research location focuses on the study of judges' considerations in applying for a marriage dispensation at Watampone Religious Court.The approach used in this research is a normative juridical approach, an empirical juridical approach and a sociological juridical approach. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of collecting data, described or described in the form of sentence exposure in accordance with the formulation of the problem. The research findings show that judges in examining and adjudicating marriage dispensation cases are carried out based on the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Court Regulation Number 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Applications for Marriage Dispensation.The judge's consideration in making decisionof application for a marriage dispensation emphasizes a persuasive approach and considers the benefit. The implication of this finding is that in the case of dispensation, it should be considered carefully, for the sake of the continuity of the marriage relationship

    Understanding tissue morphology: model repurposing using the CoSMoS process

    We present CoSMoS as a way of structuring thinking on how to reuse parts of an existing model and simulation in a new model and its implementation. CoSMoS provides a lens through which to consider, post-implementation, the assumptions made during the design and implementation of a software simulation of physical interactions in the formation of vascular structures from endothelial cells. We show how the abstract physical model and its software implementation can be adapted for a different problem: the growth of cancer cells under varying environmental perturbations. We identify the changes that must be made to adapt the model to its new context, along with the gaps in our knowledge of the domain that must be filled by wet-lab experimentation when recalibrating the model. Through parameter exploration, we identify the parameters that are critical to the dynamic physical structure of the modelled tissue, and we calibrate these parameters using a series of in vitro experiments. Drawing inspiration from the CoSMoS project structure, we maintain confidence in the repurposed model, and achieve a satisfactory degree of model reuse within our in silico experimental system

    Enhanced grain surface effect on magnetic properties of nanometric La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 manganite : Evidence of surface spin freezing of manganite nanoparticles

    We have investigated the effect of nanometric grain size on magnetic properties of single phase, nanocrystalline, granular La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (LCMO) sample. We have considered core-shell structure of our LCMO nanoparticles, which can explain its magnetic properties. From the temperature dependence of field cooled (FC) and zero-field cooled (ZFC) dc magnetization (DCM), the magnetic properties could be distinguished into two regimes: a relatively high temperature regime T > 40 K where the broad maximum of ZFC curve (at T = Tmax) is associated with the blocking of core particle moments, whereas the sharp maximum (at T = TS) is related to the freezing of surface (shell) spins. The unusual shape of M (H) loop at T = 1.5 K, temperature dependent feature of coercive field and remanent magnetization give a strong support of surface spin freezing that are occurring at lower temperature regime (T < 40 K) in this LCMO nanoparticles. Additionally, waiting time (tw) dependence of ZFC relaxation measurements at T = 50 K show weak dependence of relaxation rate [S(t)] on tw and dM/dln(t) following a logarithmic variation on time. Both of these features strongly support the high temperature regime to be associated with the blocking of core moments. At T = 20 K, ZFC relaxation measurements indicates the existence of two different types of relaxation processes in the sample with S(t) attaining a maximum at the elapsed time very close to the wait time tw = 1000 sec, which is an unequivocal sign of glassy behavior. This age-dependent effect convincingly establish the surface spin freezing of our LCMO nanoparticles associated with a background of superparamagnetic (SPM) phase of core moments.Comment: 41 pages, 10 figure
