    The Effectiveness of Power Teaching Technique to Teach Speaking Viewed From Students' Self-actualization

    The objectives of the research was finding out whether: (1) Power Teaching Technique is more effective than Drilling Technique to teach speaking at the Eleventh Graders of SMA N 1 Metro; (2)the students having high self-actualization have better   speaking skill than those having low self-actualization; and (3) there is an interaction between teaching techniques and students' self-actualization in teaching speaking. The   method which was applied in this research was experimental study. It was conducted at the eleventh graders of SMA N 1 Metro. It consists of 11 classes, the total number of population is 325 students. The sample of the research were two classes. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Each class was divided into two groups (the students having low and high self-actualization). The data were analyzed by using ANOVA 2 x 2 and Tukey test. The data analysis shows the following findings: (1) Power Teaching Technique is more effective than Drilling Technique in teaching speakingto the eleventh graders of SMAN 1 Metro; (2) the students having high self-actualization have better speaking skill than those having low self-actualization; and (3) there is an interaction between teaching techniques and students self-actualization in teaching speaking. It can be concluded that Power Teaching Technique is an effective technique to teach speaking at the eleventh graders of SMA N 1 Metro

    Didalam era persaingan yang sangat ketat saat ini perusahaan-perusahaan sedang berusaha mencari solusi pencegahan antara lain dengan mengikut sertakan karyawan yang bertanggung jawab langsung dalam proses produksi kedalam kegiatan pelatihan-pelatihan kerja. kecenderungan menurunnya prestasi kerja karyawan disebabkan oleh kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kurang memadai, menurunnya motivasi kerja, serta kurangnya pelatihan kerja.Peneliti disini tertarik untuk meneliti tentang hubungan antara pelatihan kerja, motivasi dan prestasi kerja karyawan TV Borobudur Semarang. Serta menguji hubungan antara pelatihan dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel moderating terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan TV Borobudur Semarang. TV Borobudur adalah televisi yang perpusat dikota semarang jawa tengah dan merupakan stasiun berjaringan Kompas TV. Sebagai televisi yang baru berpindah manajemen ini adanya pembenahan, ataupun pembaruan alat dan system manajemen hal tersebut juga di imbangi dengan pelatihan kerja, bagaiman sebuah pelatihan kerja itu mampu memotivasi karyawan agar berpretasi. Pengambilan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 87 responden yang terdiri dari seluruh karyawan TV Borobudur Semarang.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Moderator Regression Analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan t hitung pada variabel motivasi kerja adalah 0,258 dengan signifikasi 0,644 > 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi tidak signifikan, karena tidak signifikan maka variabel motivasi kerja tidak mampu dijadikan sebagai variabel moderating, atau dengan kata lain variabel motivasi kerja tidak mampu memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara variabel pelatihan kerja dan prestasi kerja.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengembangan karir, kompensasi, punishment dan pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik survei terhadap 33 karyawan. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir, punishment, dan loyalitas karyawan pada PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional termasuk klasifikasi baik. Sementara untuk kompensasi termasuk pada klasifikasi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa secara simultan pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan punishment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Secara parsial pengembangan karir, kompensasi, dan punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, yang berarti bahwa pengembangan karir, komitmen, dan punishment memberikan pengaruh positif pada loyalitas karyawan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karir yang diberikan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, komitmen yang dibuat dapat ditaati dengan baik oleh para pegawai dan punishment di PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional sudah sesuai dan terukur

    ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work environment, commitment, and organizational culture to the job satisfaction of Administrative Section employees at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Tasikmalaya area. The research method used is a survey method, data obtained directly through a questionnaire distributed to respondents drawn from employees of the Administrative Section of Badan Pertanahan Nasional Tasikmalaya area. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis. The results of the study found that there was an influence of work environment, commitment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction in the Administrative Section of Badan Pertanahan Nasional Tasikmalaya area. It is recommended that based on the results of the responses given by respondents, the Badan Pertanahan Nasional Tasikmalaya area should continue to improve the work environment, commitment and organizational culture so that employees feel the job satisfaction in achieving company goals.Keywords: work environment; commitment; organizational culture; job satisfaction.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis yang mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional area Kota Tasikmalaya melalui lingkungan kerja, komitmen dan budaya organisasi.     ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to know and analysing the influence of job placement and communication on job performance of Bank Tabungan Pensiun Nasional Tbk. Tasikmalaya. The method that is used in this research is survey, while the technique of data collection is done through questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. The sampling technique of this research is census sampling technique with 19 respondents of the sample. Simple multiple linear regression. The research of Placement and Communication had a influence but didn’t significant on Job Performance on Staff Employees Non Manager in Bank BTPN Tbk Tasikmalaya City. Suggested for placement on Staff Employees Non Manager in Bank BTPN Tbk Tasikmalaya City was already quite good, but in collaboration with colleagues should be further enhanced because it will affect on the job performance.Keywords: placement; communication; job performance  ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penempatan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Pensiun Nasional Tbk Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Penempatan dan Komunikasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada staf Pegawai Non manajer di Bank Tabungan Pensiun Nasional Tbk. Kota Tasikmalaya. Disarankan Penempatan pada Staf Pegawai Non Manajer di Bank BTPN Tbk Kota Tasikmalaya memang sudah cukup baik, tetapi bekerjasama dengan rekan kerja harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi karena akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: penempatan; komunikasi; kinerja karyawa

This research aims to determine the effect of initial capital, length of business and type of trade on trading income in the Tos 3000 Batam market, either simultaneous or partially. The population and sample in this research is traders in the Tos 3000 Batam market. The technique or data collection is using a questionnaire, the method of analysis in this research is uses multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis using the T and F test by SPSS application version 25.     The phenomenon that made the object of writing is the management of archives in the Office of District Jagakarsa City Administration South Jakarta is still problematic in its management. The purpose of writing is (1) To explain the implementation of archival management (2) To determine the factors inhibiting the implementation of archival management (3) To know the efforts and follow-up in archives management Jagakarsa District Office. Writing method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection was done by bibliography study and interview guide. Determination of informant writing as much as 5 informant writing. Analysis of archives management indicators at Jagakarsa Sub-district Office are 8 (eight) indicators, namely: recording, controlling, distribution, storage, maintenance, monitoring, transfer and destruction.Based on the discussion of the results obtained the conclusion, namely: (1) Archives management in the Office District Jagakarsa South Jakarta Administration has not run optimally and well. This can be seen from the recording process that is still using the agenda book, not yet computerized; Control processes that are not yet optimal; the distribution process that still uses the disposition sheet so it has not gone well; Maintenance process not implemented; (2) Obstacles encountered in the management of archives at the Jagakarsa District Office of South Jakarta Municipality are the means and infrastructure are not yet available, the budget is still very low, human resources are not yet competent in the management of the archives; (3) The efforts undertaken to deal with the constraints found in the management of archive management in sub-district jagakarsa is the communication between the managerial areas not yet one door managing the archives properly and correctly so that it needs to be made one door management of the archive management and if necessary appointed special officials who handle the archives at the Jagakarsa Sub-district Office

    Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu komponen yang tidak berdiri sendiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kurangnya pemahaman anak terhadap kemampuan literasi bahasa, Rendahnya kemampuan literasi dan kegemaran membaca di kalangan anak-anak merupakan masalah yang sangat memprihatinkan di Indonesia, serta banyak guru saat ini percaya bahwa media hanya digunakan sebagai alat bantu dan boleh diabaikan manakala media itu tidak tersedia dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi bahasa adalah dengan menggunakan permainan maze. Permainan maze dirancang untuk mengajarkan anak-anak tentang huruf, suku kata, dan kata. Dalam permainan ini, anak-anak harus mengikuti jalur yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan maze terhadap kemampuan literasi bahasa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah soal tes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan 3 orang siswa sebagai subjek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, media permainan maze dapat dijadikan media alternatif untuk membantu guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran. Learning media is one component that does not stand alone. This research was conducted because of the lack of children's understanding of language literacy skills, the low literacy skills and reading enthusiasm among children is a very concerning problem in Indonesia, and many teachers currently believe that the media is only used as a tool and can be ignored when the media is not available in the learning process. One of the activities that can improve language literacy skills is by using maze games. Maze games are designed to teach children about letters, syllables and words. In this game, children must follow a predetermined path. This study aims to determine the effect of maze games on language literacy skills before and after treatment. The research instrument used is a test question. The research method used was Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B-A design. This study used 3 students as subjects.
