Characteristics of the nitric oxide system indicators in the left ventricle myocardium in SHR

The aim was to determine the morpho-functional parameters of the left ventricular myocardium NO system in the rats with essential hypertension (SHR line). Material and methods. We used a combination of modern highly informative methods, namely: research of NOS isoform profie (nNOS, iNOS eNOS) in the myocardial slices along with an assessment of their synthesis and expression of the corresponding mRNA; NO derived nitrites level determination directly in the myocardium homogenates and concentration of nitrotyrosine in blood plasma of rats. The results of the performed studies have shown that high blood pressure in the SHR was accompanied by a signifiant increase in the concentrations of all three NOS isoforms in the myocardium and increased expression of their mRNA. Higher concentration of nitrites by 18.8 % was detected in the SHR group compared with the control animals. The concentration of nitrotyrosine in blood plasma of rats with essential hypertension was also increased by 25 %. Conclusions. The predominance of IRM to constitutive isoforms of NOS with low IRM content to iNOS was noted in the myocardium of the control group rats while in SHR rats higher IRM values were marked for all NOS isoforms. The formation of hypertension is accompanied by high content of NO end metabolites and the development of systemic nitroso-oxidative stress with the increase of nitrotyrosine concentration

Le sport est un élément important de la société qui fait partie d’un mode de vie sain et donne une idée du prestige du pays. Il existe de nombreux articles sur le sport. Ils parlent souvent de ces athlètes ou d’autres. L'article est consacré à l'étude de l'image des athlètes dans les médias modernes français. Les caractéristiques de la présentation de matériel journalistique sur des athlètes français Clarissa Agbenen, Amandine Buchart et Teddy Rinner sont examinées. Ces athlètes représentent la France et sont les principaux judokas du pays. Une liste des qualités que les athlètes ont dans leurs portraits médiatiques est présentée. Les valeurs que possèdent les athlètes sont comparées aux valeurs sociales. Les caractéristiques permettant de créer une image positive d’un athlète sont prises en compte. Cet article souligne également l'importance de ces supports médiatiques pour le développement de sports de masse et l'intérêt pour un mode de vie sain, en particulier chez les enfants et les jeunes.Спорт является важной частью жизни общества, неотъемлемой составляющей здорового образа жизни, а также дает представление о престиже страны. Существует множество статей, посвященных спорту. Часто в них рассказывается о тех или иных спортсменах. В данной статье исследуются образы спортсменов в современных французских СМИ. Исследуются особенности подачи журналистских материалов, посвященных таким французским спортсменам, как Кларисса Агбеньену, Амандин Бушард и Тедди Риннер. Данные спортсмены представляют Францию и являются ведущими дзюдоистами страны. Составляется список качеств, которыми обладают спортсмены в их медийных портретах. Сравниваются ценности, которыми обладают спортсмены, с общественными ценностями. Рассматриваются особенности создания положительного образа спортсмена. Также в этой статье обозначается важность данных материалов СМИ для развития массового спорта и интереса к здоровому образу жизни, особенно среди детей и молодежи

Правовое регулирование государственного управления медицинской наукой

The article presents an analysis of the general legal regulation of medical research in Russian Federation. Issues to be improved are mentioned. The main legal act for management of scientific activities is the Federal Law of 23 August 1996 N 127-FZ "On Science and State Technical Policy". The basic legal norms of the law are outdated and need to be adjusted, and primar items to update are main concepts. Basic definitions of the law need to be clarified and brought into line with international law. In the allocation of budgetary resources and the planning of this activity it is essential to shift the attention from the control over the funds expenditure to the estimation of research results. This will facilitate more effective and transparent spending of budget funds for scientific research in Russian Federation. В статье представлен анализ правового регулирования государственного управления медицинской наукой и проблемы, правовое регулирование которых необходимо совершенствовать. Специальным правовым актом, в соответствии с которым строится деятельность по управлению наукой, является Федеральный закон от 23 августа 1996 г. N 127-ФЗ «О науке и государственно-технической политике» (ред. от 22.12.2014). Базовые правовые нормы данного закона, безусловно, устарели и требуют корректировки, и, в первую очередь, в этом нуждается понятийный аппарат. Основные определения данного закона необходимо уточнить и привести в соответствие с нормами международного права. При распределении бюджетных средств и планировании этой деятельности целесообразно сместить акценты с контроля за расходованием средств на контроль за достижением результатов проводимых научных исследований. Это будет способствовать более эффективному и прозрачному расходованию бюджетных средств на науку.
