Adalet Ağaoğlu romanına yansıyan zamanın izdüşümü

Büyük bir İmparatorluğun dağılmasından sonra kurulan Türkiye Cumhuriyeti, başlangıcından günümüze toplumun her kesimini etkileyen önemli kırılmalar yaşamıştır. Cumhuriyet Tarihimiz için önem arz eden bu dönüm noktaları, birçok edebi esere de konu olmuştur. Toplumu etkileyen bu önemli olayları konu edinen romanlara zeitroman (çağ romanı) adı verilir. Elli yıla aşkın yazın hayatına devam eden Adalet Ağaoğlu’nun eserleri de toplumu ve içinde bulunduğu çağı anlatışıyla bu roman türünün özelliklerini taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle Adalet Ağaoğlu’nun Türk Edebiyatı’na kazandırdığı dokuz roman içerisinde dönemin toplumsal yapısını etkileyen tarihi olayları bulmak mümkündür. Kuruluşunun yüzüncü yılını kutlamaya hazırlanan Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin bu tarihsel dönüm noktaları, tezimizin ana konusunu oluşturan Adalet Ağaoğlu romanları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Toplumumuzun kırılma noktası olarak adlandırabileceğimiz dönüşümlerin yaşandığı zamanları tez içerisinde belirli bölümlere ayırdık: Cumhuriyetin ilk yılları, Tek parti dönemi, Demokrat Parti dönemi, askeri darbeleri içine alan bunalımlı yıllar ve son olarak da günümüz Türkiye’sini kapsayan modern Türkiye. Burada amacımız tarihimizde yer alan ve toplumu büyük oranda etkileyen ve değişimine sebep olan bu olayların belirli sıra ile incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla tasnif ettiğimiz tarihsel olaylar, verilen tarihsel bilginin ardından Ağaoğlu’nun romanlarında ele alınış şekli üzerinde durulmuştur. Propuesta de estandarización y mejora de procesos del área de gerencia de proyectos de construcción aplicando herramientas de Lean construction y BPM

El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo, disminuir el tiempo de retraso en la entrega de obras de construcción. Cabe mencionar que estos retrasos ocasionan pérdidas y penalidades a la empresa e insatisfacción por parte del cliente. El estudio se basa en desarrollar un método de mejora integral a las áreas de calidad, planificación y procura. Para ello, se detalla la situación actual de la empresa, luego se establecen mejoras a tratar a partir de las causas de los problemas identificados y de esta manera obtener beneficios económicos para la empresa. Se inicia el trabajo de investigación desarrollando un marco teórico sobre la situación del rubro de construcción y las herramientas y metodologías a emplear, estos ayudarán a entender el contenido del informe. Posteriormente, se describe la situación actual de la empresa, cómo se encuentra organizada, sus unidades de negocio, misión y visión. Por último, se identifican las causas principales de los problemas de las áreas anteriormente mencionadas. A partir de los problemas identificados, se trabajarán las propuestas de mejoras, las cuales se enfocan en la implementación de las herramientas Business Process Management (BPM), Last Planner (LP) y Visual Management (VM). Evaluando los tiempos de trabajo en una obra realizada en el año 2018 como indicadores para evaluar las posibilidades y poder tomar decisiones a partir de ello mediante la simulación. Finalmente, este trabajo de investigación busca beneficios económicos mediante la reducción del pago de gastos y penalidades a la empresa mediante la información obtenida del sistema simulado. La metodología BPM reduce un 30% de tiempo a las actividades que se encuentran asociadas, el LP un 15.57% y VM un 33.3%. Por otra parte, el ahorro en pérdidas y penalidades en un escenario conservador equivale un 22.13%.The purpose of this research work is to reduce the time of delay in the delivery of work. It should be mentioned that delays cause losses and penalties to the company. This study is based on developing a method of integral improvement to the areas of quality, planning and procurement. The current situation of the company is detailed, then improvements are established to deal with the causes of identified problems and thus obtain economic benefits for the company. The research work begins by developing a theoretical framework on the situation of the construction sector and the tools and methodologies to be used; these will help understand the content of the report. Subsequently, the current situation of the company is described: how it is organized, its business units, mission and vision. The main causes of the problems in the aforementioned areas are identified. Based on the problems identified, proposals for improvements will be worked on, which focus on the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM), Last Planner System (SLP) and Visual Management (VM) tools. Evaluating the work times in a work carried out in 2018 as indicators, this study evaluates the possibilities and is able to make decisions from them through simulation. Finally, this research work seeks economic benefits by reducing the payment of expenses and penalties to the company through the information obtained from the simulated system. The BPM methodology reduces the associated activities by 30% of time, the LP 15.57% and VM 33.3%. Implementasi Pertanggung Jawaban Pemegang Saham PT Perorangan Dalam Pendirian Dan Pembubaran Perseroan Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 Tentang Cipta Kerja

Latar belakang dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah karena pemerintah Indonesia membentuk Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja (UU Cipta Kerja) pada tanggal 31 Maret 2023. Sebagai Undang-Undang yang baru dan telah di sahkan dari yang awalnya telah diterbitkan melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 tahun 2022 Tentang Cipta Kerja yang bertujuan memberikan kemudahan, perlindungan dan khususnya terhadap Usaha Mikro dan Kecil, Atau yang berkenaan Langsung dengan Pasal-pasal terkait Perseroan Perseorangan atau UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, untuk Metode pendekatan penelitian dilakukan melalui yuridis normatif, dan kajian yang penulis lakukan terhadap Undang-Undang yang telah dibentuk pemerintah tersebut muncul identifikasi permasalahan, diantaranya soal bagaimana pertanggungjawaban pendiri dan status PT Perseorangan yang tidak melaporkan keuangan secara elektronik, serta konsekuensi hukum terkait pembubaran perseroan perorangan berdasarkan kententuan peraturan pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 Jo PermenkumHam nomor 21 Tahun 2021 sebagai Peraturan Pelaksana dari Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja, sehingga Judul Tesisnya yang penulis kaji berjudul, Pertanggung Jawaban Pemegang Saham PT Perorangan Dalam Pendirian Dan Pembubaran Perseroan Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 Tentang Modal Dasar Perseroan Serta Pendaftaran Pendirian, Perubahan, Dan Pembubaran Perseroan Yang Memenuhi Kriteria Untuk Usaha Mikro Dan Kecil Jo Peraturan Menteri Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 21 Tahun 2021 Tentang Syarat Dan Tata Cara Pendaftaran, Pendirian, Perubahan, Dan Pembubaran Badan Hukum Perseroan Terbatas. Untuk kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, wajib Laporan Keuangan sebagaimana telah diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 dan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 21 Tahun 2021 untuk dilaporkan Kepada Sistem Admnistrasi Badan Hukum (SABH) secara elektronik dan apabila tidak, akan ada sanksi- sanksi yang dikenakan. Terkait pertanggungjawaban, yaitu Perseroan Perorangan dapat dibubarkan karena, Keputusan pemegang saham PT Perorangan Tersebut, jangka waktu berdirinya PT Perorangan berakhir, penetapan pengadilan, kepailitian dan harta pailit perseroan perorangan tidak cukup untuk membayar kepailitan, dicabut nya perizinan berusaha perseroan perorangan sehingga kewajiban perseroan melakukan likuidasi dengan mengisi format pembubaran, dan di Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 21 Tahun 2021,Menteri Mencatat berakhirnya status badan hukum dan menghapus Nama Perseroan Perorangan. Case report and literature review: transient Inab phenotype and an agglutinating anti-IFC in a patient with a gastrointestinal problem

The Inab phenotype is a rare deficiency of all Cromer antigens. These antigens are carried on the decay-accelerating factor (DAF, CD55) molecule that is attached to the red blood cell (RBC) membrane by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor. Although typically inherited, an acquired and transient form of the Inab phenotype also exists. A patient with the triad of transient Inab phenotype, a direct-agglutinating anti-IFC, and gastrointestinal (GI) abnormalities is reported. CASE REPORT: An 18-month-old boy with gastroesophageal reflux disease requiring a feeding tube, milk and soy intolerance, and severe growth retardation, as well as vision and hearing deficits from cytomegalovirus infection, was identified when pretransfusion testing revealed a potent panagglutinin (titer > 2000 at 4°C). This antibody did not react with Dr(a–) and IFC RBCs, and the autocontrol was negative. The patient’s RBCs lacked CD55 by flow cytometric techniques but had normal levels of CD59 and antigens such as Yt a and Emm, carried on GPI-linked proteins, thus excluding paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria. Several months after initial detection, the anti-IFC was virtually undetectable and his cells reacted weakly with anti-IFC, anti-Dr a , and anti-CD55. RBCs from the propositus’ parents and brother demonstrated normal CD55 and CD59 expression. CONCLUSION: This is the first example of a direct-agglutinating anti-IFC. The cause of the transient depression in CD55 protein (and thus Cromer system antigens) and appearance of anti-IFC remains unknown, as does the relationship between the patient’s GI system abnormalities and these serologic findings.Peer Reviewedhttp://deepblue.lib.umich.edu/bitstream/2027.42/71992/1/j.1537-2995.2006.00933.x.pd

Although traditionally fresh frozen plasma (FFP) has been the product of choice for reversing a significant coagulopathy, the modern blood bank will have several different plasma preparations which should all be equally efficacious in reversing a significant coagulopathy or arresting coagulopathic bleeding. Emerging evidence suggests that for a stable patient, transfusing plasma for an INR≤1.5 does not confer a hemostatic benefit while unnecessarily exposing the patient to the risks associated with plasma transfusion.
