The role of packaging to influence purchase intention of smes product in pasaman regency
This study aims to analyze the effect of the benefits of product packaging on the interest in purchasing MSME products in Pasaman Regency. The population of this research are consumers of MSME products in three villages in Pasaman Regency. A total of 255 samples were selected by purposive sampling technique. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique using SmartPLS 3 as a data analysis tool. The results showed that the benefits of packaging (Hedonic benefit of packaging and Utilitarian benefit of packaging influenced consumer buying interest in MSME food products in Pasaman Regency

Algoritma enkripsi / Dekripsi DES adalah Algoritma yang cukup populer digunakan, sehingga
kemudahan mempelajari dan memahaminya sangat perlu dilakukan. Perhitungan menggunakan angka biner
sangat menyulitkan termasuk 16 ronde yang diperlukan untuk menyandikan secara lengkap. Pengajaran
penyandian menggunakan DES ini mengalami kesulitan karena jika dikerjakan secara manual akan
membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama, baik karena rondenya sangat banyak yaitu 16 ronde, juga menuntut
ketelitian tinggi karena dengan bilangan biner sebanyak 64 bit, kemungkinan salah menjadi sangat tinggi; dan
selain itu mahasiswa tidak bisa mencek, apakah tugas yang sudah diberikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman
mereka sudah dikerjakan dengan benar. Aplikasi Excel dan VBA digunakan untuk mempermudah melihat,
membandingkan dan memahami algoritma DES. Hasil penelitian berupa model pengajaran enkripsi modern
menggunakan DES

Developments of electrochemistry in Environmental Technology
This thesis was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and awarded by Brunel University.Uses of electrochemical systems in environmental control technology are described for the removal and separation of metals from solution and the destruction of dye molecules in effluents. A novel concentrator cell system for the removal of lead and cadmium from solution is developed. The operation of this system permits the pH-independent recovery of metals from solution by electrodeposition. The formation of complexes with suitable ligands is exploited to achieve the separation of metals by electrochemical methods. The separations of tin, lead and indium from each other, the separation of nickel from cobalt and the separation of copper and palladium from cobalt are used to illustrate the benefits of complex formation. A three-compartment electrodialysis cell for removal of nickel from cobalt exploiting the greater stability of the nickel-EDTA complex compared with the Co-EDTA complex is described. Efficient removal of nickel from cobalt can be achieved but there is a compromise between cobalt purity and the percentage of cobalt transferred to the catholyte chamber for recovery. The anodic oxidation of a number of dye molecules including methylene blue, acid blue 25, reactive blue 2 and reactive blue 15 in chloride solution has been studied. The anodic oxidation of methylene blue results in the formation of seven neutral and two charged intermediates. The main intermediate is identified by X-ray diffraction crystal structure determination and accurate mass spectrometry as the novel compound 4,6-dichloro-7-dimethylamino-3H-phenothiazin-3 -one, (C14HjoCI2N20S) formed by replacement of one of the diirnethylamino groups of methylene blue with oxygen accompanied by regiospecific chlorination of the carbocylic system. The mass spectra of other intermediates formed are interpreted in terms of this structure. An electroadsorption system combining adsorption and electrolytic processes to achieve the elimination of the chlorinated compounds that are formed during the electro-oxidation of methylene blue is also reported.Financial support obtained from Aleppo University
Evaluasi Pasca Diklat Guru Muda Madrasah Aspek Kompetensi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pasca diklat Diklat Teknis Fungsional Guru Muda Madrasah yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusdiklat Teknis Kementerian Agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi dan survey.Penelitian ini dilakukan di 58 Madrasah dengan 172 responden yang merupakan alumni peserta pelatihan.Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara angket dan wawancara. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa alumni pelatihan mampu mengembangkan kurikulum, mengembangkan materi pembelajaran, memanfaatkan ICT untuk pengembangan diri. Hasil lain, alumni mampu menyusun perangkat dan melaksanakan proses serta penilaian pembelajaran, menjamin kualitas perencanaan, menyelesaikan pekerjaan rutin, memecahkan masalah, meningkatkan hubungan kerja dan kerjasama, mengimplementasi hasil diklat, menerima dan memberi saran, meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan loyalitas.Namun alumni tidak menguasai karakteristik siswa, teori belajar, tidak memanfaatkan ICT dalam pembelajaran, tidak melakukan tindakan reflektif, tidak mengimplementasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bekerja
