This study seeks to evaluate the efficacy of employing information services through the blended learning approach in enhancing students' comprehension of digital literacy amidst the pandemic. This study used a Quasi-Experimental methodology utilizing a Non-Equivalent Control Group design. The study population consisted of students in the twelfth grade, and a purposive sampling method was employed to choose participants from class XII A.     Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh seringnya penggunaan smartphone dapat mengakibatkan pengguna tidak bisa terlepas dari smartphone tersebut. Rasa takut yang berlebihan ketika berada jauh dari ponsel telah dianggap sebagai fobia zaman modern atau yang bisa disebut dengan istilah nomophobia, yang diperkenalkan dalam kehidupan kita sebagai bentuk dari interaksi antara manusia dan smartphone. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 144 orang siswa SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis uji beda (T- test) dengan taraf signifikansi (=0,005). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, nomophobia pada laki-laki SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh Pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang. Kedua, nomophobia pada siswa perempuan SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh pada umumnya juga berada pada kategori sedang. Ketiga, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nomophobia siswa laki-laki dan perempuan di SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh

    Application of Happenstance Learning Theory (HLT) in new normal life after the COVID-19 pandemic

    During the COVID-19 period many individuals were unable to work because of this outbreak. This research was conducted to apply Happenstance Learning Theory (HLT) during the new normal period. Happenstance Learning Theory is conducted with the aim of assessing skills in using coincidences in developing career opportunities. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive, the samples used in this study were 88 respondents using multistage random sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the skills in using opportunities are in the very low category with a percentage of 56%. And seen from the 5 dimensions of Happenstance Learning Theory namely Optimism is in the very low category 39.8%; Flexibility is in the low category of 31.8%; Persistence is in the very low category of 28%; Curiosity; in the medium category 30.7%, and Risk Taking in the very low category 26.4%. Based on the results of this study it was found that there is a need for careful career planning carried out by individuals in making career choices especially during the COVID-19 pandemic

    Academic stress can interfere with students studying in college. One effort that can be made to help students overcome academic stress is through online counseling services. Online counseling can be carried out effectively and efficiently if complete and adequate features support it. KONSELO is a product that we developed to meet the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing online counseling. To improve counselors' abilities in using the KONSELO application, Community Service activities are carried out through workshops and assistance in using KONSELO. Counselors who can operate the KONSELO application can use KONSELO as support for implementing counseling services in higher education to help students overcome academic stress

    The Learning Difficulties of International Students in Universitas Negeri Padang and Universitas Jambi and its Implication of the Role of Guidance and Counseling

    Learning difficulties is used to describe a variety of academic issues. It consists of poor academic performance and general learning deficiencies. International students who study abroad have learning difficulties adjusting to the Indonesia’s academic and social systems Learning difficulties of international students encompass the range of barriers that international students face while striving to succeed in their academic pursuits within the Indonesian higher education system. This research is a comparative descriptive type research with the quantitative method. The population of this research is international students from Universitas Negeri Padang and Universitas Jambi. The number of samples is 30 international selected using Total Sampling Method.The research instrument used was Google form survey questionnaire with Likert Scale type. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical technique and Mann-Whitney technique with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study revealed that (1) the learning difficulties of international students were in the very high category (2) language barrier aspect was in the high category whereas social barrier and dissatisfaction of lecturers were in the very high category, and (3) there was no significant difference between the learning difficulties faced by international students from Universitas Negeri Padang and Universitas Jambi. Based on the research findings, it is suggested to counseling teachers or counselors to be able to provide guidance and counseling services which are information services, individual counseling services, and group guidance services to international students, in order to help them overcome their learning difficulties

    This research was motivated by the phenomenon that some students have career interests are not in line with the major in which they live. The purpose of this study was to describe how the match between the choice of majors with career interests of students with descriptive method. The number of samples is 86 students of SMAN 1 Payakumbuh and 77 students of MAN 2 Payakumbuh. The sampling technique using Stratified Random Sampling techniques. The instrument of this research using questionnaires about career interests by using of Holland's theory. Data will be analyzed by classifying the type of personality that tends to lead to the kind personality for science majors and that tends to lead to the social science majors. The next one match majors choice with career interest seen by his personality type. The results of this study are 46.62% of the students have not had a match between the choice of majors with career interests while as many as 53.37% of the students already have a match between the choice of majors with career interests.

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi pada remaja.dimana perilaku  melukai diri sendiri merupakan perilaku yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi gangguan emosi atau rasa sakit yang emosional dengan cara menyakiti diri sendiri tanpa ada niat untuk bunuh diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan kecenderungan perilaku self-harm siswa Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin secara keseluruhan, (2) Mendeskripsikan kecendrungan perilaku self-harm siswa Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin pada aspek direct self-injury, (3) Mendeskripsikan kecendrungan perilaku self-harm siswa Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin pada aspek non-direct self-harm.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 316 siswa dengan sampel 176 siswa yang merupakan santri dan santriwati di pondok pesantren nurul yaqin. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrument penelitian yaitu angket self-harm dengan pengukuran skala likert. Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis uji beda (t-test) dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05)

    Fenomena permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh siswa SMK yaitu berhubungan dengan pengambilan keputusan karier. Pengambilan keputusan karier merupakan proses pemilihan karier yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakat yang dimiliki siswa. Siswa dapat mengambil keputusan karier apabila paham dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melihat gambaran pemahaman lingkungan dan pengambilan keputusan karier siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Adapun sampel sebanyak 232 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel Propotional Random Sampling. Hubungan kedua variabel dapat diketahui menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil penelitian menemukan: 1) pemahaman lingkungan siswa pada kategori sedang 2) pengambilan keputusan karier siswa pada kategori rendah 3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pemahaman lingkungan dengan pengambilan keputusan karier dengan rxy= 0,618 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Untuk itu dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan guru BK harus berperan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai karier melalui bimbingan karier, asesmen karier, dan mediator dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa

Demikan hal nya pada usaha laundry, Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri merupakan sebuah usaha yang menjalankan bisnis dalam bidang  jasa laundry. Berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan sampai saat ini Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri belum memiliki sistem informasi sendiri dan masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehinnga semua data masih disimpan kedalam sebuah buku. Dan aplikasi ini dibuat untuk mempermudah Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri dalam menjalankan sistem informasi, seperti, menyimpan data pelanggan, menyimpan data transaksi, mencetak transaksi, dan mendata semua sistem informasi yang ada di Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri, sehingga semua sistem informasi yang terdapat di Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri dapat berjalan dengan tepat dan akurat, sehingga  tidak ada kesalahan yang terjadi antara pegawai dan pelanggan, danpelangan pun merasa puas karena sudah adanya bukti pembayaran

    Professional guidance and counseling teachers are expected to master the basic knowledge in the field of guidance and counseling, both theoretical and practical. To support the implementation of duties as a guidance and counseling teacher, it is necessary to have understanding and skills related to needs assessment instrumentation to the preparation of guidance and counseling programs. However, sometimes there are limitations in implementing needs assessment instrumentation, so to make it easier for guidance and counseling teachers in implementing needs assessment instrumentation, a needs assessment instrumentation application was created. This service activity aims to provide understanding, knowledge and skills related to instrumentation applications, needs assessments, and program design based on the results of the needs assessment instrumentation. Skills in identifying needs, interpreting the results of needs assessment instrumentation, compiling guidance and counseling programs and using computer-based guidance and counseling need assessment instrumentation applications. The results show that community service activities regarding the use of computer-based guidance and counseling needs assessment instrumentation applications are in demand and have received positive responses from junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Agam Regency. Apart from that, it is felt that this activity is very necessary to be given to guidance and counseling teachers who have not received this workshop, then this application is also easy to use in carrying out the duties of guidance and counseling teachers and the material provided is also relevant to the needs of guidance and counseling teachers in school
