Recently, the situation in the monument protective field has deteriorated significantly, which is associated with the physical deterioration of monuments, loss of authenticity, disordered advertising, lack of state funding, the inability of owners to maintain objects in good condition, and numerous violations of the current protection legislation. In order to create effective and favorable conditions for the development of the cultural heritage protection, preservation and use of architectural monuments, involving the active public in the protection and protection work in Ukraine, programs for the preservation of architectural heritage have been created at the regional level. The activities of this program planned to assess the prospects for the further use of the architectural heritage and attract investment, the development of preliminary concepts for architectural proposals for their preservation and development. In the program's events, priority is given to outstanding architectural ensembles − architectural monuments of national importance, among which the palace and garden complex "Sadyba" stands out in architectural and artistic qualities in the town settlement of Sharivka. The palace and park in Sharivka is unique, primarily due to the fact that despite the unsatisfactory and often emergency condition of individual objects, it has been preserved practically in its original form, as a town-planning ensemble, where it is still possible to feel the authentic parameters and scale of the palace and garden complex. On the basis of the Sharivskyi ensemble, it is proposed to create a modern ethno park and a tourist eco-complex, which will be located near a significant object of historical and cultural heritage and help create different conditions for recreation: for the duration of staying (short and seasonal rest), by social choice (various age population), on a variety of tourism activities (health tourism, educational tourism, eco- and ethno tourism).

Data on abundance and distribution on Cyanoprokaryota of alluvial soil of the Pryazov National Natural Park (PNNP) are presented. The PNNP is situated in the south part of Zaporizhzhya region near the Azov Sea. Sandy soils of the PNNP are suitable habitats for biodiversity conservation. Nevertheless. Cyanoprokaryota algae have been studying insufficiently and unevenly. 16 soil samples were sampled from the sandy habitats in the PNPP to study the Cyanoprokaryota. The sampling was carried out on the sample areas during 2014-2015 in various locations on Stepanivka Spit (Azov Sea), Fedotova Spit (Utlyutskyi Estuary), Tubalskyy estuary at the mouth Korsak, Taschenakskyi hearth (mouth of the river Tashchenak), Berdyansk Spit near the Krasne lake, Samples were sampled by a conventional algological method, treatment and identification of sampled material was performed in the Laboratory of Botany and Gardening of the Bogdan Chmelnitskiy Melitopol State Pedagogical University. Laboratory processing of the material was carried with culturing methods in two types of cultures: soil cultures with glasses of growth and Bold’s nutrient agar with normal and triple quantity of nitrogen (1N BBM and 3 NBBM). Identification were performed with the light binocular microscope “MICROmed XS-5520” using 40x and 100x objective lenses. Here we registered 23 cyanoprokaryota species from 3 orders (Chroococcales, Oscillatoriales, and Nostocales), 10 families (Merismopediaceae, Gomphosphaeriaceae, Microcystaceae, Chroococcaceae, Oscillatoriaceae, Phormidiaceae, Schizotrichaceae, Pseudanabaenaceae, Nostocaceae, Rivulariaceae) and 11 genera. The dominant species were Merismopedia elegans, M. glauca, Chroococcus minutus, Calothrix parietina, Leptolyngbya notata, Nostoc microscopicum, and Phormidium (Komvophoron) mucicola. Such species like Merismopedia elegans, M. glauca, Chroococcus minutus, and Calothrix parietina were found in all studied park plots with sandy soils that confirming algae wide ecological tolerance. We also discovered strong domination of aquatic species at studied habitats

Development of the Model of the Antagonistic Agents Behavior Under a Cyber Conflict

The results of the development of the model of the antagonistic agents behavior in a cyber conflict are presented. It is shown that the resulting model can be used to analyze investment processes in security systems, taking into account the assumption that investment processes are significantly influenced by the behavior of parties involved in a cyber conflict.General approaches to model development are presented. First of all, the system of concepts, assumptions and limitations is formed, within the framework of which a mathematical model of behavior must be developed. Taking this into account, the mathematical model of the conflicting agents behavior, presented in the form of algebraic and differential equations, is developed. The developed model presents both the technical characteristics of the security system and the psychological characteristics of the participants in the cyber conflict, which affect the financial characteristics of the investment processes in cybersecurity systems. A distinctive feature of the proposed model is the simultaneous consideration of the behavior of the parties to a cyber conflict not as independent parties, but as agents mutually interacting with each other. The model also makes it possible to simulate the destabilizing effect of the confrontation environment disturbances on the behavior of the conflicting parties, changing the degree of vulnerability of the cybersecurity system along various attack vectors and the level of their success.Using the developed model, simulation modeling of the interacting agents behavior in a cyber conflict is performed. The simulation results showed that even the simplest behavior strategies of the attacking side (“the weakest link”) and the defense side (“wait and see”) make it possible to ensure information security of the business process loop. The developed model of interaction between the attacker and the defender can be considered as a tool for modeling the processes of the conflicting parties behavior when implementing various investment scenarios. The simulation results enable decision-makers to receive support regarding the direction of investment in the security of the business process loop

Development of A Direct Penetrating Signal Compensator in A Distributed Reception Channel of A Surveillance Radar

General structure of a compensator of a direct penetrating signal in the diversed reception channel was developed. It is advisable to use the antenna and the receiver of the auxiliary diverted reception channel as an auxiliary antenna and an auxiliary channel. To be able to suppress the penetrating signal in the band of the receiving device of the surveillance radar, distance between the antennas should be up to 6 m. In general, the compensator of the penetrating signals should contain an adder in which the signals received by the main channel are added with the signals received by the auxiliary channel and sent through the amplifier with a corresponding complex transmission coefficient. The direct penetration signal compensator features the obligatory condition of adjusting the value of the complex transmission coefficient of the auxiliary channel signal amplifier. The direct penetration signal compensator is digital and uses the direct method of forming weighting coefficients without the use of feedback. To reduce the time of formation of weighting coefficients when using direct methods of calculation of the correlation matrix, the technology of parallel computational processes was used. The quality of operation of the direct penetrating signal suppression system in the diverted reception channel was evaluated. It was established that without the use of suppression of direct penetrating signals, their powerful response at the output of the matched filter mask weak echo signals. When using a direct penetrating signal in the main channel of the compensator, its response at the output of the matched filter is significantly reduced. This makes it possible to observe weak echoes against the background of a strong penetrating signal. The use of the developed direct penetrating signal compensator provides suppression of the direct penetrating signal from 57 dB to 70 d

Approaches to Visualising the Spatial Position of ‘Sound-objects’

    No full text
In this paper we present the rationale and design for two systems (developed by the Integra Lab research group at Birmingham Conservatoire) implementing a common approach to interactive visualisation of the spatial position of ‘sound-objects’. The first system forms part of the AHRC-funded project ‘Transforming Transformation: 3D Models for Interactive Sound Design’, which entails the development of a new interaction model for audio processing whereby sound can be manipulated through grasp as if it were an invisible 3D object. The second system concerns the spatial manipulation of ‘beatboxer’ vocal sound using handheld mobile devices through already-learned physical movement. In both cases a means to visualise the spatial position of multiple sound sources within a 3D ‘stereo image’ is central to the system design, so a common model for this task was therefore developed. This paper describes the ways in which sound and spatial information are implemented to meet the practical demands of these systems, whilst relating this to the wider context of extant, and potential future methods for spatial audio visualisation.</div
