Media education technologies in developing students' professional competence

While pervasive healthcare systems bear the potential to provide patients with a new quality of medical homecare, the complexity of such systems raises fundamental questions of behavior, communication and technology acceptance. This is especially important, as users of future healthcare systems will be increasingly characterized by diversity. Relying only on highly experienced and technology-prone user groups, which might have been typical users in the last decades, is not sufficient anymore. Rather, elderly users, users with a completely different upbringing and domain knowledge, and ill or handicapped people will have to use the systems. Today, the understanding, in which way physical, emotional and cognitive abilities, caused by individual learning histories and health states, may impact the usage and acceptance of pervasive healthcare technologies, is restricted. This research contributes to this topic by investigating the acceptance motives of aged users with different health states regarding three different implementation concepts for medical technologies: medical technology implemented in mobile devices, smart environments and smart clothing. Using the questionnaire method, a total of 82 users between 40 and 92 years of age were examined regarding their usage motives and barriers with respect to the different technology concepts. Overall, it was revealed that acceptance issues and users' needs and wants should be considered in order to successfully design new medical technologies

ВПЛИВ ВИРОБНИЧИХ ВИТРАТ НА ЕКСПОРТНУ СПРОМОЖНІСТЬ ГАЛУЗІ ПТАХІВНИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ (IMPACT PRODUCTION COSTS ON EXPORT CAPACITY POULTRY INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE)

У статті розкрито роль галузі птахівництва у забезпеченні продовольчої безпеки країни. Розглянуто динаміку, сучасний стан і перспективи розвитку ринку продукції птахівництва в Україні. Розраховано структуру виробничих витрат на виробництво продукції птахівництва в сільськогосподарських підприємствах України. Обґрунтовано напрямки підвищення ефективності виробництва продукції птахівництва в Україні за рахунок оптимізації струк- тури виробничих витрат. Охарактеризовано перспективи виходу вітчизняних виробників продукції птахівництва на ринки ЄС. Виділено заходи, які необхідно здійснити для повної реалізації експортного потенціалу галузі тварин- ництва в Україні. (The article deals with the role of poultry industry in ensuring food security. Considered dynamics, current state and prospects of development of poultry production in Ukraine. Calculated structure of production costs for the production of poultry farms in Ukraine. Grounded directions efficiency poultry production in Ukraine by optimizing the structure of production costs. Characterized prospects of entering Ukrainian producers of poultry products to the EU markets. Highlight measures to be taken to the full realization of the export potential of the livestock industry in Ukraine.

Економічні засади розвитку малих та середніх підприємств України в умовах війни

The article examines the definition of the concepts of "small and medium-sized enterprises," the essence, significance, reasons for the economic downturn, and the insignificant improvement in the indicators of economic development of these entities in the country. Attention is drawn to the fact that these economic entities are important components of the country's economic potential in market relations. Emphasis is placed on the peculiarities of business development in the conditions of a pandemic and wartime in Ukraine. The method of distinguishing small and medium-sized enterprises among micro and large enterprises in the economic system of Ukraine is investigated. A comparative analysis of the indicators of economic activity of active small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years is conducted. Some perennial problems of the economic development of SMEs are outlined, and new main challenges and problems of SME development associated with Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine are identified. Some positive shifts in the economic activities of small and medium-sized enterprises during the war in Ukraine and prospects for the post-war period are revealed. The authors formulate proposals for stabilizing and gradually increasing the potential of enterprises and the development of SMEs in the economy of the country, which is at war with the russian aggressor on the territory of Ukraine.У статті розглянуто дефініцію понять «мале і середнє підприємництво», сутність, значення, причини виникнення економічного спаду та несуттєвого підвищення показників економічного розвитку цих суб’єктів в економіці країни. Звернено увагу на те, що ці суб’єкти економіки є важливими складовими економічного потенціалу країни у ринкових відносинах. Акцентовано увагу на особливостях економічного розвитку бізнесу в умовах пандемії та воєнного часу в Україні. Досліджено метод виокремлення малих і середніх підприємств з - поміж мікро та великих підприємств в економічній системі господарювання в Україні. Проведено порівняльний аналіз показників економічної активності діючих малих та середніх підприємств за останні роки. Окреслено окремі одвічні проблеми економічного розвитку МСП та визначено нові основні виклики та проблеми розвитку МСП, пов’язані з повномасштабним вторгненням росії в Україну. Виявлено окремі позитивні зрушення у економічній діяльності малих і середніх підприємств під час війни в Україні та перспективи у післявоєнний період. Авторами сформовано пропозиції щодо стабілізації та поступового зростання потенціалу підприємств та розвитку МСП в економіці країни, яка перебуває у війні з російським агресором на території України
